This particular store opened up at 6 AM and I got there at 7:10 to order a dozen donuts. I asked if they had a specific donut (dulce de leche) and she stated that they didn't but they had the churro to replace it so I told her I wanted three of those she then tells me to hold on and a gentleman comes to take over my order and when I ask him for the three churro, he then tells me they didn't have it. Then I proceeded to order other donuts and it was a continuous we don't have those made right now. They didn't have the sour cream, they didn't have the blueberry, they didn't have the churro. At that point I just canceled my order and drove off. Last time I checked the morning is your prime time so maybe you should have some donuts in stock. Just a thought! read more

I had a couple of mistakes with my pick-up order but spoke with Lisa, the manager, and she sorted it out right away. This store has one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, thanks to Lisa. She is clearly passionate about customer satisfaction and making sure people are happy with their donuts. She explained to me the amount of care and cleanliness that goes into making the donuts and making sure there's no cross-contamination with peanut allergies. This was my second visit to this location. I intended on getting 2 dozen donuts since there was a coupon for a $5 second dozen - plus a coffee. Lo and behold, the drive thru was blocked off, so I had to go in and therefore scrap the coffee, since I only have two hands. There were about 6 or so people in line in front of me. One would think it would go quickly, but I noticed that there was the same cashier as I had three weeks ago, and she hadn't gotten any faster - or friendlier. About 20 minutes later, I got up to the counter. I had just gotten a gift card that I was excited to use. There was a note that said this location does not currently accept or sell gift cards, so there goes that plan. Then the cashier didn't know how to process my coupon, so someone helped her, and told me that "their location pricing" is $5.99 instead of $5. I found out that they screwed up the person in front of me for that deal too, and charged her full price. Then they couldn't even refund her on the spot. The kitchen looks like it's running smoothly, but they need to do something about the front end service, or I don't see it sticking around. I'm going back to Dunkin. read more

came here to claim my free donut for downloading the app ( you can get a free donut on your birthday as well). the space here is HUGE and they even have a party room. parking is very convenient as it's right in front of the store. the service is very fast and easy. i'm a strawberry sprinkle lover so i picked that as my go - to. I am so pissed. I couldn't wait to write this review as soon as I got home. Yes I am writing this the same day it happened. I am going to refer to this establishment as "the bootleg Krispy Kreme." I go on Krispy Kreme's website (not the app) to see when the hot light would be on, because of course they did not answer their phone as usual. I see that it says 5:30 pm to 8 pm. as one of the hot light hours listed. So, I leave my house and make the 25 minute drive. To my surprise the hot light is actually on as I approach the bootleg Krispy Kreme, so I happily turn in. I proudly get to the menu and order a half dozen of original glazed donuts. I get to the window and I hand her my card to pay. I don't get the card back until she hands me the donuts with it. Immediately, I notice that there is nothing hot, warm, or lukewarm about my box. I promptly ask her, "Are y'all not selling hot donuts right now? what's going on?" and she says, "you just missed it. we usually have the light on when we're selling hot donuts." (as if I didn't already know that.) I said, "The light was on when I rolled in the line. So you mean to tell me it has been turned off since then? I wouldn't have gotten in line if it was off in the first place." She then says, "I'm sorry." Mind you, she gave me my card back with the donuts, meaning that they were already paid for so there was nothing I could do. Also, remember that I said that one of the hot light hours posted was from 5:30 pm-8pm (pic included). If you look at the pic of my receipt that I posted, it is time stamped 7:40 pm. There is no reason the light should have been off and to donuts not being served. This location really gives Krispy Kreme a bad name and I hate this location. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't waste your time coming to this location. Just go get some out of the grocery store and heat them up in the microwave because it's not like you'll be able to experience fresh hot donuts at this location. read more

Its hard to judge this place based on its previous reviews due to the fact that we are no longer in its grand openong phases. The lines are no longer a problem and the service is extremely quick. Those raspberry jelly donuts are out of this world (especially if you get lucky to score one fresh and hot). If you go to their website you will be able register for their rewards. I decided to get donuts for my kids on 5/31/20 and I googled the hours and saw the drive thru opens at 6. Plus I called and the automated message said that the lobby opens at 8 and drive thru still opens at 6 am. So I pull in at 6:35 and the drive thru is closed off. I park and put my mask on and go to the door and it's locked, which I knew it would be. But I saw people working and was trying to get their attention. No one would come over so I decide to call. Since it says they're open at 6 am. I called 4 times and no one answered. You need to update your hours or answer the phone when customers call. The doughnuts and lattes are amazing! However, the staff is extremely slow and sometimes they seem miserable. It's almost like you are bothering them. Not all the staff but most. I usually go through drive thru because I usually have my toddler in the car and it's easier this way. Drive thru here can literally take up to 30 minutes(3-7 cars) this is crazy!!! Very surprised that I got stale donuts at 8:30AM this morning. I'd expect that the donuts in the morning would be fresh. Maybe if I went later in the evening when the donuts had been sitting around they'd be slightly stale but these tasted like they had been made yesterday morning. Went to Kristyl Kreme a few weeks ago at 8:10 with my family we wanted some coffee and donuts. To my disappointment by the time I got to the register they told me they could no longer serve us coffee.
