Went here on the 9th to get some birthday donuts. The person at the counter was ridiculously rude. Gave me an attitude when I asked her how the birthday rewards worked and made me feel like I was stupid or a bad person for even asking. Drove a half an hour away for these donuts too. read more

Finally we have one in outlet area. Doughnuts are the best hands down. Thanks Krispy Kreme!

I had a couple of mistakes with my pick-up order but spoke with Lisa, the manager, and she sorted it out right away. This store has one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, thanks to Lisa. She is clearly passionate about customer satisfaction and making sure people are happy with their donuts. She explained to me the amount of care and cleanliness that goes into making the donuts and making sure there's no cross-contamination with peanut allergies. Thank you and your staff for what you guys are doing and for giving all of us a taste of normalcy! :) read more

This particular store opened up at 6 AM and I got there at 7:10 to order a dozen donuts. I asked if they had a specific donut (dulce de leche) and she stated that they didn't but they had the churro to replace it so I told her I wanted three of those she then tells me to hold on and a gentleman comes to take over my order and when I ask him for the three churro, he then tells me they didn't have it. Then I proceeded to order other donuts and it was a continuous we don't have those made right now. They didn't have the sour cream, they didn't have the blueberry, they didn't have the churro. At that point I just canceled my order and drove off. Last time I checked the morning is your prime time so maybe you should have some donuts in stock. Just a thought! read more

This was my second visit to this location. I intended on getting 2 dozen donuts since there was a coupon for a $5 second dozen - plus a coffee. Lo and behold, the drive thru was blocked off, so I had to go in and therefore scrap the coffee, since I only have two hands. There were about 6 or so people in line in front of me. One would think it would go quickly, but I noticed that there was the same cashier as I had three weeks ago, and she hadn't gotten any faster - or friendlier. About 20 minutes later, I got up to the counter. I had just gotten a gift card that I was excited to use. There was a note that said this location does not currently accept or sell gift cards, so there goes that plan. Then the cashier didn't know how to process my coupon, so someone helped her, and told me that "their location pricing" is $5.99 instead of $5. I found out that they screwed up the person in front of me for that deal too, and charged her full price. Then they couldn't even refund her on the spot. The kitchen looks like it's running smoothly, but they need to do something about the front end service, or I don't see it sticking around. I'm going back to Dunkin. read more

Stopped by this place in early morning on Saturday. Only drive through. The location is otherwise not accessible. Bummer but ok. Got 6 donuts and a large hot late. $15. Are you kidding me? These have to be the most expensive donuts known to human kind. The donuts were ok. I thought they are way too sweet. Yes, donuts are meant to be sweet but even competition does not put so much sugar. The price is crazy. Got 2 glazed, 1 peanut butter, one kreme filled, one raspberry filled and one chocolate dough. Large latte. $15. You must be kidding. read more

Beautiful place- bigger than some of the ones I used to go to in Houston, Tx and Pa. The donuts seem to have gotten smaller. On the plus side, they have more flavor choices than they used too when I lived in Texas. read more

Great selection of fresh donuts, but a question about customer service? I bought 7 dozen donuts for coworkers for Christmas, and I asked for just two extra empty half dozen boxes to divvy them up, and the manager told me "no." read more

The store will not answer the phone during business hours no matter how many times you try calling.

came here to claim my free donut for downloading the app ( you can get a free donut on your birthday as well). the space here is HUGE and they even have a party room. parking is very convenient as it's right in front of the store. the service is very fast and easy. i'm a strawberry sprinkle lover so i picked that as my go - to. I didn't really taste any difference from this donut as i would as a donut from dunkin so that's why this place is "just ok". otherwise, if you're a lover of krispy kreme, this place is great! read more

I am so pissed. I couldn't wait to write this review as soon as I got home. Yes I am writing this the same day it happened. I am going to refer to this establishment as "the bootleg Krispy Kreme." I go on Krispy Kreme's website (not the app) to see when the hot light would be on, because of course they did not answer their phone as usual. I see that it says 5:30 pm to 8 pm. as one of the hot light hours listed. So, I leave my house and make the 25 minute drive. To my surprise the hot light is actually on as I approach the bootleg Krispy Kreme, so I happily turn in. I proudly get to the menu and order a half dozen of original glazed donuts. I get to the window and I hand her my card to pay. I don't get the card back until she hands me the donuts with it. Immediately, I notice that there is nothing hot, warm, or lukewarm about my box. I promptly ask her, "Are y'all not selling hot donuts right now? what's going on?" and she says, "you just missed it. we usually have the light on when we're selling hot donuts." (as if I didn't already know that.) I said, "The light was on when I rolled in the line. So you mean to tell me it has been turned off since then? I wouldn't have gotten in line if it was off in the first place." She then says, "I'm sorry." Mind you, she gave me my card back with the donuts, meaning that they were already paid for so there was nothing I could do. Also, remember that I said that one of the hot light hours posted was from 5:30 pm-8pm (pic included). If you look at the pic of my receipt that I posted, it is time stamped 7:40 pm. There is no reason the light should have been off and to donuts not being served. This location really gives Krispy Kreme a bad name and I hate this location. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't waste your time coming to this location. Just go get some out of the grocery store and heat them up in the microwave because it's not like you'll be able to experience fresh hot donuts at this location. read more

Krispy Kreme - Proof that I in fact came here at the time stated. - Donuts Near Me - Springfield Township, New Jersey

See all

Its hard to judge this place based on its previous reviews due to the fact that we are no longer in its grand openong phases. The lines are no longer a problem and the service is extremely quick. Those raspberry jelly donuts are out of this world (especially if you get lucky to score one fresh and hot). If you go to their website you will be able register for their rewards. Springfield Krispy Kreme is definitely here to stay and I am looking forward to a long and scrumptious relationship. #unlocknjhomes read more

Stopped by for Dulce de Leche donuts.. line was soooo slow 'till finally my turn!! When I get called to pick my order I was told they didn't have any though the display was full. The person in front of me was told that none of his options were avilable and while waiting for his order he noticed all of them actually were. I asked for a refund and realized there was a long line of people waiting for the same: charged for donuts and coffee that were not available or even sold at that store! Everyone was waiting for the manager who took so long that I decided to leave before even seeing him/her show up. So many upset customers, awful place and 20 wasted minutes for nothing.. ! read more

Same experience as others...ordered ahead for scheduled pickup. Then was told I had to wait in line to just go inside to pickup my order. Wtf is the purpose of ordering ahead? Not worth it.. never again. Don't waste your time. read more

Terrible service, went in 8:11am for a donut and a Latte. Line was fast, donuts were ready waited about 10 mins for them to ask me what I was waiting for 5 minutes to make the drink wrong and another 5 to make it right. Terrible doughnuts tasted stale and dry would not recommend! Stay away be warned! A bunch of high schools.

Always amazing! KK beats DD every time. DD Donuts all tastecsane , like old oil. KK not overly sweet and fresh. Yeah for drive thru.

I don't see what's so special. There were a lot of choices (except for the new and highly promoted Reese's donut -- bummer) and the donuts were warm and fresh, but they were small and expensive and, frankly, average tasting. Don't get me wrong -- they're better than Dunkin' (but less accessible) and they don't compare to other fresh/homemade donuts. read more

Their donuts are amazing, of course, but the service here is ridiculously slow and the employees seem like they'd rather be anywhere else but behind the counter. I've been here 3 times and have yet to hear "thank you" after purchase. And FYI, don't count on the donuts you see behind the glass while waiting in line to be available to buy. As the joyless guy at the register told the woman in front of me placing her order for a few of those items, "we don't have those, those are for display only". read more

I decided to get donuts for my kids on 5/31/20 and I googled the hours and saw the drive thru opens at 6. Plus I called and the automated message said that the lobby opens at 8 and drive thru still opens at 6 am. So I pull in at 6:35 and the drive thru is closed off. I park and put my mask on and go to the door and it's locked, which I knew it would be. But I saw people working and was trying to get their attention. No one would come over so I decide to call. Since it says they're open at 6 am. I called 4 times and no one answered. You need to update your hours or answer the phone when customers call. Extremely disappointed, especially since I got there at 6:30 am. read more

Great doughnuts. SUPER slow service. Either better training or have more staff. Lines move like molasses. They aren't cooking anything, 90% of the time they are putting a dozen together. How long does that take??? 5 minutes- 10minutes?? Disappointed. read more

I went to Krispy Kreme as I always do because I've been going for a couple months now. I had a problem with my donuts one morning and asked for another order since they messed up my first one (no big deal). Until an employee named Matthew started to be disrespectful and say RACIST slurs underneath his breathe. So when I asked to speak to a manager, turns out the manager is his mother whose name is Lisa.. you know how that already went. Don't go to this Krispy Kreme unless you want to be disrespected and discriminated. read more

Today marks the first day of getting a free dozen for healthcare providers. I went early this morning , and was denied due to the fact that "they donated a bunch already to neighboring facilities." As an ER nurse in the frontlines, I didn't see what the confusion was all about. Your site states: beginning Monday, March 30 - National Doctors' Day - and on every subsequent Monday through National Nurses Week (May 6-12), Krispy Kreme will provide all healthcare workers free dozens of our iconic Original Glazed® Doughnuts.* Just go to a Krispy Kreme drive-thru, tell us what you need and show us your employer badge. That's it. Pick up some free dozens on the way to work for you and your colleagues, or maybe a free dozen on your way home to family after a long shift. So what's the problem? read more

Nothing better than a fresh apple danish. I am waiting for the lemon donut to come back. Sooooo... yummy

The doughnuts and lattes are amazing! However, the staff is extremely slow and sometimes they seem miserable. It's almost like you are bothering them. Not all the staff but most. I usually go through drive thru because I usually have my toddler in the car and it's easier this way. Drive thru here can literally take up to 30 minutes(3-7 cars) this is crazy!!! Communication is terrible. Sometimes I rather go to DD and order a doughnut rather than wait in line for 30 min or more. read more

When this place opened it used to be very busy but on my latest two visits it was almost empty. I guess they are not doing a good job keeping customers happy. One thing i found strange that their 3 pack assorted costs more than same 3 donuts priced individually- its more glaring if one of the 3 is original glazed. Of course the cashier had no clue that they have this pricing disparity untill i pointed it out. read more

Their Hot Light is a mess! I've lived in the south and the hot light means come get your hot donut. Not here. Apathetic customer service Unapologetic Rude Incapable management Ok you ran out of regular glazed Which wasn't true just too lazy to make more with over two hours remaining of Hot Light when i informed you I had driven thirty miles each way spending gas and tolls none of you cared. I'm aware the Hot Light is on according to the website. I am sorry you drove so far to be disappointed. Very surprised that I got stale donuts at 8:30AM this morning. I'd expect that the donuts in the morning would be fresh. Maybe if I went later in the evening when the donuts had been sitting around they'd be slightly stale but these tasted like they had been made yesterday morning. That really is a shame because for a brand that has pretty decent products this location is going to ruin Krispy Kreme for a lot of people. I have to admit that the staff was pretty good today. I've been there several times prior and the staff has SUCKED. read more
