So I had a craving for donuts and the Autumn Seasonal Dozen ad kept popping up, so I thought "Why not?" I ordered online at a cost of $25.49 then drove 20 + minutes to pick them up at the store...I got them home and opened the box and what I payed for was nothing like the pictured ad...I know I should have looked inside before leaving the store...But how do you screw up a donut order??? Absolutely no help with CS and no one at the store answering the phone...I wont be going back. read more

Why did the donut go to the dentist? To get a filling LOL. Yeah, I know - it's the perfect intro for a donut place. This location is a trifecta of deliciousness. When not on a Sunday, I also make a pit stop at Chick-fil-A. There's also In-N-Out Burger nearby and Amy's Drive-thru if you want something vegan. No shortage of drive-thru's in Rohnert Park. Service is always friendly here. From Halloween donuts to Christmas donuts, I love stopping by...the kids love it, too. I never leave empty-handed. 'Til next time ~ cheers and see you on Yelp (SYOY)! read more

They've been promoting the cider doughnut at Krispy Kreme available for a short period of time and when I went there at 10 AM this morning. Saturday morning they said they didn't have any wouldn't be available for a whole hour. they hadn't had any all day. The night shift throughout the batch the day before. The moral to this story is don't tease a big guy with a doughnut. Also didn't look like anybody was in the parking lot either. Disappointing your customers probably isn't a winning combo for your business. read more

I visited for my birthday yesterday, hoping to enjoy a free birthday treat with my granddaughter. Unfortunately, the entire experience was highly frustrating and completely ruined the celebration.Automated Drive-Thru: We tried to order at the drive-thru, which is now automated. The robotic system repeatedly misunderstood us and made it impossible to get our order correct.Confusing Rewards Policy: When we mentioned the birthday donut, the automated system instructed us to scan the app. My granddaughter quickly downloaded it right then and there. However, at the window, an employee rudely informed us that the app had to be downloaded prior to our visit.Poor Food and Service: We decided to buy a treat anyway for my granddaughter . The item handed to us was scalding hot, meaning my granddaughter couldn't even eat it until we reached summer camp. Furthermore, they did not provide a single napkin for a very sticky item, which left her fingers entirely coated in gooeyness.Needless to say, between the frustrating ordering system, unhelpful staff, and careless food preparation, we will never return to this location. read more

Krispy Kreme always does a great job... They are company stores that all follow the same guidelines and they seem to work well. Reviews are pretty much the same from location to location. There selection is always fresh and their team members are always friendly and courteous. I'll always believe that they got a bad rap many year's ago when they opened a few stores and they came after them for the calories in the donuts. Really, all donuts are just flower and sugar of course their not overall healthy.. Don't eat one every day and just have one when you do... This is also a great shop. Easy entry from the main road and plenty of parking. We were immediately greeted by the one of the team members behind the counter who was moving between the takeout window and counter. Extremely courteous and did a great job. One Chocolate Creme (just love them) and a large cup of coffee, which by the way, they do really well. Donut was fresh, coffee hot, very simple. The shop had a few seats and their big windows provided plenty of light. They were clearly getting ready for the holidays with all their specialty donuts. KUDOs to this chain for maintaining their great donuts and a perfect level of service.... I am [and have always been] a fan... Enjoy! read more

We went through the drive through and had to talk to AI, regular nowadays I guess, then the AI wouldn't let us even have time to think, we asked to talk to a team member and then it told us to pull up so we did. When we got there it was whatever, the lady was pretty nice and helpful to tell us the menu, my mom got a cookies and cream donut and I got a chocolate sprinkle donut. Once we pulled them out of the package and I looked at my donut, the chocolate looked almost fake and not chocolate-y and I glanced over at my moms and found a WHITE HAIR ON HER DONUT. I went to grab it off Incase it floated over there from the air, but it was EMBEDDED IN THE FROSTING. Terrible experience 1 star. read more

Zero stars. Don't tell me I just spent $50+ on donuts!!!! To be handed the day old trash these lazy ass hats swept off the floor!!!! Not even what I ordered you idiots! Here's my middle finger!!!! I'm not much of a doughnut fan but these are pretty good to eat one once in a while! I really like their banana milk and their workers are always friendly and patient which I appreciate. I have never been inside so hopefully that customer service continues inside. read more

I went about 20mins before closing and ordered a few donuts with the AI. I tried ordering regular milk and this is the third or fourth time and he tells us that they don't have it but yet when you get to the window, they do have regular milk this time the hot donut sign was lit up and on as we approach the window, we were told there was no more raspberry donuts and ask for regular milk. The girl that was working at the window asked rudely what we wanted! Last week I was there and that's the same person. I was there a little bit earlier and it took about five minutes for her to even come to the window then today when we got the donuts, they were ice cold now I have the hot and ready sign on if you're gonna get cold donuts. They obviously were not fresh. The person that is at the window needs some customer service skills or maybe she should be in the back baking although I love the doughnuts. Maybe I have to try somewhere else to get better customer service and warm fresh donuts as advertised! read more

Craving hard for donuts in the late afternoon and honestly, I love the sweet donuts at Krispy Kreme. I stopped in and had a super sweet & friendly girl behind the counter help box up some donut dots and a pack of 6 to go. Was offered a fruity pebbles milk glaze donut while waiting and decided to get one of those too plus an iced vanilla latte which wasn't too sweet. All in all it's a good visit to come in and get some treats to take home to family. read more

We came last night because it was my birthday today and I wanted donuts instead of a cake and Krispy kreme original glazed donuts are one of my favorites! The donuts we got had way too much glaze on them! It was like they were double glazed. The glaze was so thick! I thought that for sure we ordered double glazed or extra glazed by accident. I went to look online and that's not even an option. I just moved to the area and this was my first time getting donuts here as it's not a common treat i can indulge in everyday anymore. I definitely miss the old Krispy Kreme where i used to live because they always came out perfect. read more

Went there today around 1:30pm asking for my promotional donut for doing my civic duty voting, and didn't get one! Although there was a display case full of other donuts, the girl behind the counter refused to substitute one and refused to tell me when a glazed one would be available. Sheeze, if your business is so profit driven, then don't advertise offers if you have no intention of honoring them! Well, I know I won't be coming here anymore for special occasions in my office when I need a special treat or meeting food. read more

There's a reason the other reviews are bad. We arrived a little before 9 pm. Got to the window after ordering was told at 9:03 even though the ai machine took our order they couldn't give us our donuts yet had two trays of donuts in their hands as well. Not to mention the front door was locked before 9pm. Both hot and ready signs were on and the open sign outside the doors was there as well. The manager Vanessa needs better training and customer service. Going to Walmart and getting Krispy Kreme was 10x better than dealing with her. read more

OVER GLAZED UNDER COOKED INEDIBLE 19.95 DOZEN TRAGEDY. The chewy under cooked dough, overpowering frosting and definitely over glazed, the staff don't have the proportions right or definitely could care less complete waste of money these donuts aren't cheap they went straight into the trash. With dented donuts and even a beat-up box shows the staff couldn't care less as then hand a huge box of donut disappointment. The hot and now sign on definitely only made up for huge disappointment the team members were practically in another world when we arrived.. Pass on this location until they fix their issues. read more

I hadn't been here in a year. Ordered 2 doughnuts and a coffee. As usual, the doughnuts were great. Unfortunately, the coffee was not. The previous times I was here, the coffee was fine. I now understand why I don't come to this location for donuts. My husband loves the Halloween decorated donuts and their apple fritters so here I am. The reason for one star and not a half only is because at least they had the Halloween donuts on hand but they only had drive-through available, they had no apple fritters ready to go with their special going today and then after paying $18 for donuts I get home to find they shorted me one donut, gave me 2 orange sprinkle minis (didn't order), no chocolate glaze Halloween sprinkles and then another orange mini and original glaze in a separate bag with no explanation. Why have a special going knowing that the mornings are probably your most busiest and you don't have inventory on hand and then not to say anything about a short on other donuts is poor. I'm so irritated because of the time and money spent. Not again read more

I come in after picking up a sandwich at West Coast sourdough I see signs all over the place that are laminated and highlighted that say you can get two dozen donuts for 999 I ordered the two dozen donuts it comes out to $30 I didn't ask why is it coming out incorrectly and the girl says oh we have the wrong signage up. We know it's wrong people complain every day I said why don't you just take it down if it's completely wrong She just looked at me as if I was crazy Customer service cannot get any worse. It's a sad day when you can't even go to an establishment and get a correct price on a box of donuts. Typical current American capitalistic corporate marketing let's completely lie and wait and see who we can get to pay a completely different price anyways before someone complains Sad world we're living in these days read more

Talk about shrinkflation - the donuts are now 30% smaller and the price is 100% more expensive.

On Sunday my boyfriend and I stopped in to purchase some donuts and the staff were both friendly and helpful! Glad to see they were fully stocked as well when we came in! I ordered a Strawberry Iced With Sprinkles and it was the best I've ever had, not to mention it matched my nails! Order this and thank me later, Happy National Eat What You Want Day! I would highly recommend this location, watch the hot glazed donuts go through their fryer in their viewing window and try not to drool! Check in for seasonal specials and deals! We will definitely be back! read more

Advertised on order board 18.99 per dozen, AI order came up 19.99. Complained and of course nothing. Last time here for me.

Really tried liking these donuts but wasn't to pleasant. It was cold and very sweet. My kids couldn't finish their donuts either. Normally I would have to beg them to stop eating donuts. On bright side, the donuts look great, my sister also said their regular glazed donuts are better and to have that next time. read more

Krispy Kreme had a promotion today . First 500 get a dozen donuts . We arrived and they said they already had 500 customers . I can hardly believe them since there was no one in line before or after me . Nice false advertising of promotional event just to get me in . Every time we come here they don't have the donuts we want . It doesn't matter if it's early in the morning, afternoon or evening ! I think Krispy Kreme donuts are okay. Definitely for sweet teeth. I would rate service, however I can't because they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Inside closes at 9 and drive-thru closes at 10. I go there at 9:30 and get my order taken by a robot. If you guys were closed why is the robot still taking orders? I pull up to the window and nobody is there and the lights are off. It's in a good location though. read more

I called to inform them that they were selling dry stale donuts and taking advantage of loyal customers. They took my name and number and told me the manager would call me. Ordering is talking to robot/AI, it wasn't getting what I ordered right, after repeating several times finally it was right in the screen. Even pulling up to window the worker said exactly what I ordered but when I got home, NOT what I ordered. I suggest you go inside everytime to order your food, and point at the exact donut you want. Everytime I've come here something is messed up, they either get the order wrong, forget to give me part of my order etc and they NEVER make it right. read more

I stopped in with my Groupon deal, 2 Dozen glazed. Its a great deal if you're taking donuts to your peeps. The holiday donuts are super festive. For opening day not bad of a crowd in the afternoon. Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made. All the employees were very friendly given the masses that have been through before we got there. They did excellent with directing traffic given they share what now seems to be a small parking lot with Chick fil a. They also held traffic so we could cross the driveway safely. We were thanked about four times leaving the register and what I'm assuming were owner/managers that were on site to guarantee smoothness. When we taste tested them the filled ones lacked filling. There was maybe a teaspoon of filling in each. A bit disappointing. Will try again maybe in a month when the excitement wears off and they can refine their amount of filling per donut. Do Not Go at 3:30am and expect quick drive thru. Maybe I woke them up? Then the Coffee machine was down. Then their CC machine was "rebooting". Look you've been open over a week. You should know when your CC machine will batch and reboot. It's not rocket science. And I shouldn't have to wait another 5 at the window to be told it's going to be a little longer if I want to pay by card. I left with out my doughnuts and very annoyed at the horrible night customer service. read more

They never have the donuts they show online. Have placed orders online in the past few months to show up to pick up and get told they "ran out" or hit with the "the person that fills the donuts are on lunch" and I have to pick donuts I don't even like. I stopped ordering online since I never get what I request and I don't want to get stuck with donuts I don't even like. A while back I was told to come back and they would fix the issue.. I came back and the employees had no idea and weren't even told about the issue, it was embarrassing so I just left instead never fixed the issue nor did I get a refund. Months went by and I went today and the selection of donuts was pretty basic not enough options and didn't have what I wanted so I just left. It's a constant disappointment so I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

I was up early this morning to get some hot Krispy Cream doughnuts. I called the number in Rohnert Park to find out when they started serving hot doughnuts. I was told that hot doughnuts are served from 6 am to 11 am. I waited and drove to the store and arrived at 6:07. When I got in line I ordered the hot doughnuts I was told that there were NO hot doughnuts at that time and there wouldn't be any until an hour later. I explained that I had called a half hour earlier and was told 6 am and asked why didn't the person on the phone tell me this during my call. All the person said was "Sorry". I think this is very poor customer service. I made the effort to contact them to confirm information and the staff couldn't even provide correct information. This is ridiculous! I hope that management sees this and does something about their very poor customer service! read more
