Mini donuts are dry, super stale and so sweet they hurt your teeth. Girl was new and completely untrained took forever as she didn't know where any of the buttons were on the till at all. I found out after leaving that she gave me the wrong donut (which had a giant smooshed finger mark on top) and probably charged me more. She had me give her back the wrong one which she threw out what a waste she should have just given it to me. The first time we went here, they were good. But this morning, the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and most importantly didn't seem to have anyone helping her (she was new). She handed the coffee holding the top touching where we drink from. The coffee still had coffee grounds in it. And, the maple bar looked like it was squished (see picture) tells me they have some issues making donuts? Never got one that looked like this. Traveled over 2,000 miles to get glorious Krispy Kreme doughnuts and it was well worth it (paradise is severely lacking in quality doughnuts) Whenever I visit California I have a list of food places I MUST hit up while I'm in town and luckily this location opened up just for me in October ^_~ All the doughnuts were fulling stocked and they even had mini doughnuts that I've never seen before (so cute) sadly they didn't have any "hot and fresh" avaliable when we went but it didn't stop us from getting 2 dozen and some coffee. The area is still being built up so the GPS wasn't really sure how to get us there but never fear it's in Menifee by the Starbucks. And there is a drive through so theres no excuse not to go! No complaints with the overall store, everything was clean and staff was friendly. My new favorite doughnut is hands down the sour cream Old Fashion, I wish I could've brought home a couple dozen of those. Maybe one day Krispy Kreme will come to Oahu ^_^ read more

Simple decor. Smells good. Nice music playing inside. Temperature is nice. Open parking lot, close to the entrance. It's always pretty empty even though it's super close to the freeway entrance along with being located in a strip mall. I'll comeback for sure, especially since there's only a handful of locations in SoCal. They also offer drive-through which is convenient when you have a slew of children. Bicycle parking is available as well. The staff is well put together, clean, and professional. read more

When in at 9o'clock this morning to get a St. Patrick's Day donut. They were out of all the fancy ones. And only had plain green. I could see in the back that there were more that appeared to be decorated. I asked if I could get one of those and they said no. The guy was quite Short and not very friendly. They stated that they couldn't keep up with the demand. I believe this is not the first time they have had the special. How can you be sold out by 9 AM? I asked how long it would take if I waited for a decorated one. They said 45 minutes to an hour! They only had one person in the back decorating the donuts. If you're going to sell something special you need to keep up with supply and demand! I personally don't think Krispy Kreme is the best donut but went there for the special decorated doughnut. So I walked over to the register side the girl standing there clearly turned around to avoid me. So I started to walk out. I mean obviously they don't want my money. I went to this Krispy Kreme one day and was the only customer in the store. The service was great and friendly. I enjoyed their feedback on choices. I also enjoy when they give you another taste of a donut cause the one you got was older and they had just made fresh ones. This Krispy Kreme has the best customer service! On opening day there was a huge line and wait. When I reached the window at the drive threw, I attempted to pay through mobile pay, which had frozen my order in their system. I had ordered a dozen assorted donuts and a Carmel frap. They ended up giving me the entire dozen donuts, three extra freshly glazed donuts and two fraps for free, due to the long wait and issue with their system freezing my order preventing me from being capable to pay through mobile pay. Today, I went to Krispy Kreme for another dozen donuts and a three shot espresso frap, which took a little longer for them to make, but was no big deal. I had payed for my order and waited patiently for my drink. They then handed me my drink, again apologized for the delay, and handed me a second dozen glazed donuts for free! I was not upset, frustrated or annoyed by the wait, and to be honest it wasn't even that long! However, they still insisted I take the donuts on them! They are truly amazing with customer service and really want to provide their customers with the best experience possible! Seriously, a breath of fresh air!
