Was told it was drive thru only, I even double check again when I was at the drive thru window and was told it's $5.99 per dozen. After I left the store notice I was charge 12..99 per dozen, came back to the store and was told it's for member only, I show manager the website that clearly show the special and no mention of anything about member only, it even states no coupons needed, the manager then said it not their website even though He verified that it a promo running today. I ask him why the person on the phone and at the window did not tell me before I order that the price was for member only. He said because they were busy. So I was charged $25.98 for 2 dozen instead of $11.98. So I return it since he was not willing to honored their ad. Today is October 30, 2018 I just spent $11.55 this morning, I go to drink the milk I purchased and it was very sour even smelled bad which, I smelled after I drank it because it tasted bad. I checked expiration date and it says it expires January 16, 2019 now, Remind you today is October 30. I've never seen regular milk last almost 3 months unless it's almond milk. Somewhere somebody stamped the wrong expiration date. It's sad because I am a milk fan so in return I just get my money back which, I don't care about the money it's the fact of how many of these bottles have been sold with the wrong expiration date, how many people have drank it not knowing that it was bad and how many times has this happened? Krispy Kreme doughnut is a large corporation so that mistake should've never happened unless it was done purposely(mad employee etc.). Today 10a.m. March 3rd I travelled from Perris to Menifee, specifically to visit the Krispy Kreme store 591 there. My reason for visiting was very simple - it was regarding donuts for Dr Suess birthday. I understand and appreciate your store's policy on quick service. I was, however, not impressed with the abrupt way your employee, John Doe, served me this morning. While myself and another customer were deciding, John Doe pranced up with him abruptness. Another female employee in my opinion, had everything under control. Therefore the rudeness he brought in an attempt to assist wasn't necessary. I have appreciated your courteous service and tasty treats through the years and doubt that you would condone such behavior from your employees. Went tonight to buy some donuts. Service by the girl that helped us was poor. She didn't know the meaning of customer service. What kind of training do they give some of their staff? She was clearly there just to earn her hourly wage and not offer any assistance. This was most notable when their card machine froze on my transaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she stood there and played with the paper hats until a guy took over the transaction on his register. For the cost of these donuts (1/2 dozen cost almost $8) and the bad attitude of one if the staff, I'll take my business to a mom and pop donut shop from now on. read more

I make frequent stops here in the morning to pick up donuts before work and the customer service is always exceptional! They are so kind and friendly! I typically stop by around 7:00 a.m and there will be a few cars in the drive-thru, but they're pretty quick at moving the line. The doughnuts here are always hot, warm, and tasty! read more

In a time where we have businesses struggling to stay afloat we have employees closing down businesses earlier then what is listed as operational business hours. If a business states that they are open until 10 pm then you serve the customers who have made to the facility during those hours, point blank! This evening I pull up to the drive thru with 10 min to spare, there are 2 cars ahead of me and the car in the front is ordering through the drive thru box and proceeded to pull forward to receive their food. The car directly ahead of me stops at the box and then pulls up behind the car in front of them. I pull up and it says it's closed. I pull up behind the other cars and wait for the first car to get his order, then the next car. By the time I get to the window I am told by the employees they are closed btw it's 10:02 pm. Are you kidding me 10:02 I waited for 2 cars a head of me and then you can't serve me. I am sorry but I run a restaurant and if any of my employees turned away a sale 2 min after we closed when the customer arrived before our posted operational hours, I would be issuing some write ups. Lazy, poor customer service employees like that are the reason our businesses are a contributing factor in why our businesses are having a hard time coming back from the pandemic. read more

Went to the drive thru to order after being told you could not pick up, even though the coupon emailed the previous day stated to come in, told the gentleman at the drive in speaker regarding the coupon for my order. He did not give a price and said would be given at the window. This year I have made 3 trips to this location on different days of the week and been told "we don't have those, we had a really big promotion over the weekend ". The five stars are strictly for the morning staff. I've gone in several time and each time the morning staff are so pleasant and welcoming. I didn't catch their names but the elder gentleman and the cashier were so friendly to my 11 month old and he was a bit grumpy. Came through the drive through since the sign was on saying HOT fresh doughnuts. Got my dozen glazed doughnuts opened them up and they were cold and rock hard. Went inside to ask for fresh ones since the sign said fresh and was told that the doughnuts come out cold. Really???? Do you think I'm that stupid? Then was told suddenly sorry they can't do fresh ones for another twenty minutes because they already set up for chocolate ones. This completely goes against everything I eat but I broke down and indulged in my inner fat girl! Order the combo pack for 2 dozen donuts with a drink. Of course the original glazed are to die for! The assorted dozen seem to be not as fresh as it should be but still was eaten up ;) They kindly leave out donuts cut up to try but they should really clear them out hourly if not eaten because they were hard :( but regardless a sweet gesture. The location was convenient and the store was clean. The employees were kind and there were people even applying for positions there. A few months ago, I got a whiff of the donuts while at the ATM and decided to get a couple of them for a snack back at home. It was later in the evening and there were no customers in the store, so I went in to buy a couple of donuts. There was a sign regarding masks, but I can't wear one for medical reasons, and none of the employees said anything so I simply continued with my order. Then a 'Karen' with a 'tude came in - not as a customer, but to raise hell for them not kicking me out since I didn't have a mask. She started hollering, "How come he's not wearing a mask?," she demanded, as she stomped her little baby feet in a tantrum to the young kids working the counter. "Because none of your business, that's how come," I responded to her. At that time she turned and hollered out an obscenity (FY) and turned back to the kid and demanded the corporate number. I suggested she calm down, and mind her own business, and she again turned and stated the same FY response, to which I asked, "Do you kiss your children with that dirty mouth of yours?" (I could see the kid behind the counter trying not to laugh). They finally rang me up and handed my donuts to me as I walked out, with Karen still stomping her feet and demanding an answer. Odd that she feared this COVID silliness - yet entered the store walking right past me just to do what Karens do in the wild. You would think she would have waited until I left, or avoided me altogether, but with some people it's not about masks - it's about complying to the shepherd's wishes. When I got home, I called the store and asked for the manager, and explained to him that I was the guy without the mask that was just in there, and before I could say anything he interrupted me and apologized for "Karen's" rude behavior. I explained that he didn't need to apologize, it was all on her, and he told me, "Corporate told us that we should not judge anyone, and if someone comes in without a mask, respect them and help them like any other customer and get them on their way." It's nice to see that some younger kids these days can keep the politics out of it, and simply follow the guidance their company provides them, and to do so maturely and rationally. I waited for the last person to leave before I entered, so I was trying to respect others, but then ... well, Karens gotta Karen, so...
