Cinnamon Roll, soft and cinnamony yummy.

Ever since this shop opened it has always been a terrific experience. Pleasant service, fresh and tasty baked goods and the coffee is the best around ( a well- kept secret). The drive- thru moves quickly and my order is always correct. I also appreciate the treat gesture that KK makes to veterans on Veterans Day. This is a very appreciated time for me as I don't often stop through except for seasonal donuts for an event. The treat puts a smile on faces. + service + quick drive-thru + well - stocked and fun specialty items + well- lit property + parking

FOOD We came in around 10 am on a Sunday and ordered two dozen assorted doughnuts alongside a 24-ct of doughnut holes for an event. The glazed doughnuts were freshly made and had a wonderful, hot and fluffy interior and a perfect coat of glaze on the outside. The raspberry-filled, chocolate sprinkles, and strawberry sprinkle doughnuts were standard, but the cinnamon roll (extra cost; 50-cent upcharge per doughnut) doughnuts and lemon-filled doughnuts were the fan favorites. The former was a great combo of a classic glazed doughnut with cinnamon spread swirl, while the latter was perfectly creamy and tangy without being too sweet. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. A drive-thru is also available at this location. We also came when the hot sign was on and were able to grab a free doughnut (glazed). AMBIANCE There is some seating at one side of the store, though it is mostly a grab-and-go location. The interior is very clean and tidy. Napkins and utensils were also well-stocked. PARKING Ample parking is available in the lot by the store.

Order half dozen glazed which were fine. I wanted a water but they were out of bottled waters so the server said she could give me a cup of ice water, well that wasn't good because the water was full of mold particles so glad I looked and didn't let my son drink the dang water

The seasonal special doughnuts look beautiful! The ones hot off belt were delicious. The filled one was barely filled (why deducted point) Fast service, friendly and patient staff on my visit day (Saturday morning). It smells amazing in there when they have hot doughnuts coming off line. The drive thru looked so busy (we went inside)

This is how the strawberry glaze turned out FRESH. Absolutely disappointing.

This Krispy Kreme is substandard. This review has nothing to do with the facility or the workers, just the donuts themselves. Something is wrong with how the glaze is applied. When applied correctly, these donuts are little miracles. But every single day, at this location the glaze on the original glazed is mostly thin and looks terrible and tastes terrible. I have been to other Krispy Kreme's where the glaze is PERFECT. Just look at the difference in the promotional pic compared to the actual donuts from this location. It's a joke. I hope someone at this facility reads this any looks to fix the settings. If this Krispy Kreme ever corrects their settings and gets the glaze right, I will give this location 5 stars. Please correct this!

Came for my free birthday original glazed dozen! It's awesome that Krispy Kreme does this & it's good for your whole birthday month. I didn't get any trouble from the staff for getting these for free either - you just have to have the app. The donuts were "hot & ready" and so delicious. Krispy Kreme is nostalgic for many of us and they just melt in your mouth. We also got one lemon filled donut to try - it was also delicious. Would def recommend! There are not many locations anymore.

I love Krispy Kreme they taste so light and delicious, on the day I visited this store around 2:15 pm I was so excited to see the donuts on the conveyor belt but my excitement didn't last long the manger/ cashier I don't remember who it was he told me that they make fresh donuts at 11 am and 5 pm so that was a bummer but he was kind enough to tell me about a deal where I could get dozen glazed donuts for a lesser price than usual (I don't remember the exact price ) .

They were missing a lot of donut flavors but the best we tried was the pumpkin spice glazed ones. The hot original glazed donuts tasted very eggy and was not our favorite. The other donuts are okay but didn't suit my taste personally... They were very pack and went as an efficient pace though!

One year later and the light still calls me!!! I was minding my own business and the bright red light signaled me like the biggest SOS call known to a foodie. Knowing good and well this was not what I needed or where I needed to be, I hit a quick right off Liberia and found myself in the drive thru! No line, no waiting, I pulled up ordered my three pack and was on my way to the sweetest gratification that only KK can provide. My victim of choice tonight was the Pumpkin Spice Cake, a Strawberry Glazed snd an Original Glazed that was just as hot as the light beams red!!! Even late at night the doughnuts were fresh!!! Service was efficient and friendly and served as another reminder of why I'm always drawn to the red reckoning of a Krispy Kreme sign!!!

    Donuts!

You just can't beat the original donuts fresh off the belt. Chewy and light with a sweet glaze. The employee who helped us was very kind and quick to fulfill our order. The reason I'm docking a star is because the other donuts (Boston creme, lemon filled, etc) were a bit older and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Otherwise very happy with this Krispy Kreme!

Missing a donut, and more than half my order is wrong lol.
    John L.

I ordered donuts because the Key Lime situation sounded bomb. $36 later, two dozen donuts arrive at my door. Except I'm missing a donut, and more than half of my donuts are not what I ordered. I was really confused. I called customer service and they gave me $12 back. And the customer service lady was really nice, I wish I remembered what her name was. But come on Krispy Kreme, what the actual F is this? Look at my receipt and look at the donuts. ‍

The default vanilla latte isn't overly sweet, which is good. The regular latte is pretty well pulled. Not over extracted, but a little too much milk for my preference. My wife had an English muffin with an egg. It tasted as good as a 2 ingredient dish could taste. Or at least those 2 ingredients. My raspberry crumble was also good, but could have used more raspberry. I prefer to taste the raspberry as the predominant flavor and in this bar it was a bit masked by the crumble. Still enjoyable though. It's a bit tight inside and typical of an independent coffee shop. Wooden floors and something to look at wherever you turn. Incredibly, all 3 of the 2022 runner-up were in Virginia as I live in Anne Arundel County, MD, but that's just how it worked out with Jirani Coffee House being the furthest from my home at a staggering 53 miles away. It was one of those strange Saturdays where I ended up further and further from my home throughout the day. There was something expensive I was shopping for (bed) where I wanted to test in person as opposed to buying online without knowing. It was in a bedding store in the Tysons area, which I ended up buying from them in the end. Then, there was an astronomy Meetup out at the Air & Space Museum out in Chantilly, so I was like I'm already out in Tysons, and in the 11 years living in the DMV, I need to visit this location of Air & Space. The astronomy Meetup was canceled due to overcast weather, which I didn't realize until after I got there, but I enjoyed the museum until closing time. I weighed options and saw a coffee & comedy Meetup even further from my home in Manassas, which I decided to do since the astronomy event was canceled, and I had already driven all that way. Experience at Jirani: This was a cute coffee house in historic downtown Manassas. The iced chai was excellent, and the staff was friendly. Then, the comedy at nearby ART Factory was great too as was the museum which had some free wine & hors d'oeuvres. If I'm ever in Manassas, I'd definitely try to get back to Jirani!

Everything felt fresh, flavorful, comforting, and so clearly made with care. We also tried the flatbread, a meat wrap, smoothies, their special soup which was so good I would absolutely go back just for that, warm catmir for dessert, and a bunch of appetizers. Honestly, everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. I also had the chance to meet the owner and chef, who was incredibly kind and clearly puts so much heart into this place. And the restaurant itself completely surprised me because it is way bigger inside than you'd expect. Super clean, modern, beautifully designed, and honestly such a cute brunch spot. I got two chocolate glazed filled with Bavarian, and whitw creme, and a long john of Bavarian. The cream fillings were great, no trouble there. The donuts were.. different. Donuts have that progression, from air filled Krispy Kreme, to dense cake donuts, and used hockey pucks left over from 1987 Duncan Donuts. I like the airy kind, not so much as Krispy because that's too thin, but something with heft, but air pockets. Texas rides the line between pockets of air and density, and what it tasted like is that they had been airy at one point, but those pockets collapsed on themselves creating a hybrid airy/dense donut. It's possible the Texas donuts I had were sitting out a bit, or the creme filling caused a collapse of the internal donut structure.
