Never been to this Baskins Robbins before until this past week. I was in the mood for a milkshake - which I've not had one in many years. I selected the Cookies & Cream ice cream for my milkshake - in a large size. I also got a container of their Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream to take home. The milkshake was huge - and yummy! The Chocolate-Peanut Butter ice cream was consumed later in the week. Very rich and satisfying! Service was good - paid with Apple Pay. While I was there - I looked for photos of Scott Lang - but there were no mentions of the "Employee of the Century!" to be found. #BaskinRobbins read more

The only reason this store gets 2 stars instead of 1 in my book is because of a certain employee. I have been here multiple times and everytime i've been here an employee named Jacob has been working. He is a very kind and energetic young man who always strikes up a conversation. Always greets us with a smile and always has my family leaving happy. Truly a great interaction every time. Now the downside to this store is, in my most recent visit, my family and i had sat down and were eating our ice cream when i noticed not one, but two hairs in my cup. I had already been questioning the sanitation aspect of this store after when we walked in we were met with the foul smell of body odor from what seemed to be coming from a female employee. Nonetheless, I bring my ice cream up to the counter to address the issue and the employee i mentioned up above was standing there. He fixed the issue and gave me a clean, hair free scoop without the side of body odor. I'm not sure if it's the management or what behind this store but most of the employees are rude or do not seem trained. read more

Late post! It was Hello Kitty & Mimmy's birthday on 11/01/2018 so being a Hello Kitty fan, I called to ask if they can do a photo cake! They didn't disappoint! The owner was very kind and attentive to what others might think is a silly request! She took the time to check in with me and even made lots of suggestions! It was overall a very positive and fun experience! Plus the ice cream cake was delish!!! I stored the left overs in the freezer so we were able to enjoy it longer! I will definitely order custom cakes from them again! read more

I don't know what is wrong with this store. Absentee owners, maybe? Several months ago I came in and ordered a sundae and the cashier charged it as an ice cream scoop plus add ons for over double the cost. Then didn't know how to delete it. I figured it was a new hire. Today, I went in to see about ordering a gluten free ice cream cake. Several months ago an employee who is also gluten free told us they could do it and it was really easy because all they had to do was leave out the cookie layer and they had made several of them. When I asked about it today, Nida was totally confused. Then said, she had to check with her co-worker. When I asked if I could leave a message for a manager to get back to me she said she was the manager. She proceeded to tell me they couldn't do a gluten free ice cream cake because all their flavors had gluten. When I pointed out to her how many labels said gluten conscious she just stared at me as if I was speaking another language. I did not feel valued. I did not feel she had any interest in making a sale. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the ice cream is really good. We'll probably avoid this franchise until there's a change of ownership and the owners actually train their staff. The ones in Manassas are all fine but avoid this one. read more

It's been a year since I last reviewed this place and so I had them make me a custom Grasshopper shake: extra-thick mint chocolate chip with crushed Oreo toppings mixed in. Delicious! They did it right and didn't skimp! Great neighborhood Baskin for Haymarket! read more

Clean shop staffed by young but friendly employees. Generally not busy; I have never been more than second in line. There is a Dunkin' Donuts right next door, but the two businesses at this location are not linked in any way, unlike many other locations. No problems here; I was in and out in less than five minutes. Plenty of parking right in front, too. read more

Great atmosphere for parties and get togethers. Very clean. The owner is exceptionally friendly and greets people as they come in. I am dairy-free so it is nice that they always have options for me when I come! My favorite is the daiquiri ice. read more

Absolutely the best Baskin-Robbins location I have ever visited. The store was clean and nicely decorated and the service was excellent.

So we wait like 15 mins because some kids ordered like 10 different ice-creams on top of the employees being slow. Then it's finally our turn to order and we ordered a milk shake and the employee states they are out of milk! Harris Teeter is walking distance!!!!Like why wasn't a sign put on the door so customers are aware and don't waste there time in line waiting!!!!! Horrible customer service! read more
