Super friendly and prompt service :) ! All of the employees here are awesome and greet you with warmth and courtesy, even when they are super swamped and busy :D ! Today was my second time stopping in for an online pickup order :) ! The first time I stopped in was to purchase a box of a dozen assorted donuts and a dozen glazed donuts on Feb 29 this year :) ! Yup! That's right! On Leap Day :D ! I stopped in today to pick up an online order of Saint Patrick's Day donuts, and they look absolutely amazing and delicious :D ! Krispy Kreme has always been a classic as far as donuts go. We went through the drive thru for a sweet fix because it's been awhile. I got the regular glazed and my dare had two chocolate Bavarian cream donuts. The experience was just ok. The slow drive thru wasn't ideal, and I wished my glazed delight had been a tad warm. The donuts themselves haven't changed, taste is familiar but maybe my palate has shifted. While they were decent, they didn't quite hit the mark for me this time. My grand daughter was very excited about the Harry Potter donuts they were advertised. This promotion started on a Monday and I went every single day for four days straight trying to get these donuts. Every day I was told that they were sold out and that they were first come first serve. One of the young girls behind the counter was very rude about it. I don't know if she was just frustrated at how many people were coming in asking the same question but my thought is if you're going to have a big promotion like this and you know that there's gonna be a big demand. Why not make more donuts? The ambience is good at this place. They have room for you to sit down and eat apparently when a Krispy Kreme sign is lit up red, they will give you a free doughnut fresh out of the oven. I finally got the donuts on a Thursday. They did not have the sorting hat donut they were out of those. I did go back the next day on Friday and they finally had them and I was able to get one for my granddaughter. She thought the donuts tasted good. The only problem was there was very little filling in them. I was not able to buy the specific house donuts. They were only offering them as a dozen. It was so delicious I can't believe I waited years to have it again. I bought a few for the road and to travel with and ended up having a lemon filled glazed donut that night and a regular one the next day. They aren't as fresh after but you can microwave them for 8 seconds according to the guy there and that worked well. I ended up taking my employees from around the world to one in Dallas and they loved it! Absolutely in lust for Kirspy Kreme. Its both a magical and deadly place of temptation whenever i eye its green and red lettering. How easy it would be to just walk in and walk outbwith one of their delicous maple glazed doughtnuts. All time fave! You cant top their in house factory for their doughnuts being made! I have experienced the drive thru and a few inside visit with this location and it's always a good experience! Since we had to wait a little bit due to another customer they gave us a free sample of the hot and ready doughnuts...and we gladly accepted of course!! Since I was younger it's always been an experience to walk through Krispy Kreme's doors and right as you are walking in you see the doughnuts starting to come down the conveyer belt to get ready to be glazed! After the glazed they are ready to be boxed or prepared for the customers waiting. It's always been a wonderful experience for me and I love taking kids so they can experience the joy of seeing the doughnuts through the process and then enjoying the lovely pillowy texture and sugar rush taste!! Even though you would think they only serve just doughnuts, they do have coffee, and specialty drinks from you to choose from as well. I did notice this time they had a water container siting out with cups beside it so you could get some water to wash down the sugar!! They offer military discount and they are constantly giving out coupons. This visit they were actually doing a grill giveaway. One thing which probably had been a thing is the fact they have added the calories of each doughnut to the label so you can see the damage of eating that doughnut is...hehe The inside of the establishment was clean as well!! I hardly ever eat donuts but when I do, they have to be Krispy Kreme. I decided to pay them a visit to try their strawberry glazed and filled donuts. The strawberry glazed donuts are good just too sweet for my taste. The strawberry filled ones were sweet but the filling was on the tart side. My favorite donut has always been and will be just the original glazed donut. I got there when the donuts were warm and I felt like I was eating a little piece of heaven, divine. Gloomy, grimy and careless. This Krispy Kreme should be put out to pasture. The workers look unimpressed with the customers, their product and themselves. My visit started with ordering a decaf peppermint mocha. The cashier stated that only lattes come in decaf. Also when I asked for a non dairy substitute she said they had a substitute.... 2% dairy milk. I'm not sure if she misunderstood but she made no attempt to continue to help. I ultimately got a caffeinated dairy peppermint mocha. The first sip was mediocre at best, then it just got worse. It tasted like I was drinking a Nyquil latte. The cashier exchanged it for a regular latte but by then I was just annoyed at the bad service. The table area looked grimy with crumbs and drab furniture. I only gave this place 2 stars because the lady working the register was polite and respectful. The place itself is in desperate need of a lift. It's outdated, dirty, and needs renovations. There was no merchandise on display, on the shelves. Completely dirty. None of the tables had been cleaned off. There were napkins and Krispy Kreme hats all over the place. Some of the employees were on their phones instead of helping customers. Staff was slow and doughnuts where low for 6:30am on a Saturday when we are order number 4. Clearly they didn't start making the doughnuts early enough. Iced coffee tasted like watered down coffee, probably because they don't use cooled coffee for the iced coffee instead just dump hot coffee over ice. Three people working the front, plus one on drive through and one helps us but acts like he doesn't want to be there and his teammates help him with nothing as far as making coffee or ringing us up. So it takes longer then it should and they just stand there. Pass on this place. read more

Great glazed donuts. Those are made fresh, but be sure you get your free donut to sample as you wait in often long lines. Usually, you can buy a card from an fundraising organization that entitles you to an extra dozen donuts if you but one dozen.
