When I decide that I want to purchase coffee, I cringe at the idea of going to this particular Starbucks. Out of the multiple visits, I think only once did I leave satisfied with the order that I requested and with appropriate customer service. One time, I stood in front of the cashier and nobody tended to me. A few other times, I ordered a specific coffee and they ran out of ingredients....mis-management issues? Plenty of seating inside and also outside. The outside seating is situated in the corner towards the drive thru! Vary spacious inside and employees are usually friendly. The drive thru tends to move rather quickly and they whip out drinks fast both inside and the drive thru. What can I say about Starbucks? You pay for overpriced drinks that are absolutely delicious. This particular location is a hit or miss when it comes to service. There's times when the line moves super fast and there's times when you regret stopping because you are officially late for work. There are some genuinely friendly and nice people that work there. The others are just there to serve you your coffee. This location is always busy. The only bad experience I've had is putting in my mobile order and waiting for 20 minutes for my coffee. They were crazy busy and I was officially late. When it comes to the mobile order, they either acknowledge you picking up your order or you are a complete ghost. But the mobile order is convenient when your order is ready when you enter the store. Beverages always taste great. The only problem I have with Starbucks (not just this location) is a that my cup is never full. I always have at least an inch and a half of room in my white chocolate mocha. Why do I need room?! They do all the work for me in making my drink delicious, what do I need to add?! So I need to order a venti just to feel like I'm getting a full grande. But Starbucks is amazing. I used to come to this Starbucks all the time but the the last handful of times I've come the drinks have been terrible. Taste watered down and flavorless. Got a matcha and tasted like mostly milk. Today I got an Irish cream cold brew with an extra pump of Irish cream because I like my drinks on the sweeter side. There was nothing sweet about this drink & the cold foam had no flavor at all just tasted like foamy milk like they made it on the spot.
