    Matcha latte

Phenomenal food and friendly staff. Cafe is well decorated and had a cute sitting area with couches as well as multi colored tables for dining. Ordered the biscuit breakfast and a matcha latte. Mom had the mushroom tacos and they were very yummy. Highly recommend!!

This is one of mine and my husband's favorite restaurants! Mel and Gabe always make us feel at home each and every time we go! The vibes are great, especially when you're one of the first few to arrive because there's always a calm, quiet energy with great music playing! Mel really puts her whole heart into cooking everything from farm fresh ingredients and it always comes out immaculate! We were one of the first few to try their first menu where they had lamb and veggies and it was..UH-mazing..(it became our spot after that) but my all time favorite HAS TO BE THE QUICHE. Doesn't matter which quiche you get..(the green chili one is my absolute fave though!) Get both if they're available or one of each and share like my husband and I do! Can't wait for our next visit!

10/10 overall experience!! If you are visiting Cafe Piró is A MUST!! From the chill music, relaxed vibes, to the beautiful artwork and homemade ceramic cups and playes, this place truly takes your breath away! Wonderful service on top of such a beautiful interior design. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Molléte toast which is like an open face sandwich. Ingredients listed above all blended well together. If you're looking for a savory and fulfilling breakfast I highly suggest. If anyone comes to visit us again in El Paso my boyfriend and I will most definitely bring them to Café Piro!

This Cafe is impressive inside and out. I ordered the Tres Hermanas Posole soup aka 3 sisters. I was served a nice coffee called Cafe Piro with a dehydrated orange slice on top by the owner Gabe Padilla. It has a nice eye pleasing environment that has a great energy. Go check it out.

Our son brought us here for our anniversary. It was totally worth the drive from Las Cruces, NM. Such a cute building & as soon as you walk in you know this is going to be an awesome experience. Started with an orange espresso old fashioned. The best espresso I've ever had. Then absolutely enjoyed a quiche. The ambience was warm & inviting. The staff is very friendly. We are already talking about the next time we come! Highly recommend!

This is such a cute place. I enjoyed the ambience so much. The service was awesome the hosts were very kind and warm. We had the tacos and the mole flight. portions are just right not too much not salty not greasy. The vegan queso fundido was AMAZING (oily of course) but it was so real. I was expecting a more spreadable mole, These were quite loose, but still tasty.

Amazing food Amazing atmosphere Amazing service Celebrated my wife's birthday and the couches in the back made a very pleasant diner, the decoration of the entire building is Mexican traditional, is very warm and delightful. Will definitely come back. Although, I do have some suggestions: - Add more non vegan options. - More variety of drinks would be good.

Great service, food was delicious. Somewhat of a limited option. Beautiful decor and building, lots of local art, great location. Salad was fresh and had a sweeter dressing with some really nice figs. Posole had a nice flavor and spice, it is a vegetarian three sisters posole, in case you're expecting beef or chicken. Overall excellent restaurant and a must try. You can't beat the historic area, the excellent environment and great food.

Amazing, limited menu with modern Mexican flavorings and healthy options. Lions Mane! Family feel yet super cool and artist den vibe. A must for those looking for something new, wonderful, and different in the El Paso are.

Lovely ambiance, service and food/drink! The menu changes on a weekly basis according to fresh local produce. The owners hand-made the dishes and table cloths, and they stained the chairs and tables themselves using natural pigments. Everything is made with love :) We loved the mole flight, curried squash and mushrooms, and blueberry-lemon-ricotta pie, as well as the drinks which are made with house made syrups and are very refreshing. They also serve coffee, beer, and wine!

I've gone and they have closed early because they have run out of food so it seems inconsistent to me.

Small little Mexi-PR fusion cafe on the far east...buzzing…read more I enjoyed a MexiMocha latte. It was a nice little out of the way place that a lot of folks know about. So, it got crowded in the dining room pretty quick. If it weren't so busy or if they cycled through the customers, it would be better. I also got the ham, cheese, and egg sandwich...it was pretty good. No extra ingr dients, just those in the name. Plenty of sandwich...we split two between four peeps. They had a bunch of table games to keep you entertained in case you wanted to hang out I would like to try their guava and other pastries, their Caribbean sandwiches (tripleta, and bistec). Pastries and desserts were looking pretty good. I'd come me back to try, but probably would take it to go. I will try this place out again.

Both were very good and the portions are huge my partner and I should've just shared. I was a little disappointed of their mango tamarindo drink. I thought that it was mango and tamarind(the fruit) mixed together not chamoy and chile(Tajín) in the drink. I wasn't happy and just ordered another and asked if I can have the mango and tamarind without chili and they said yes. The tamarind still has a spice to it which it shouldn't, tamarind is tart and sour. I guess that's where the misconception of Mexican and Puerto Rican terms collide. I would go back but I guess ask next time if the drinks are Puerto Rican terms or in Mexican terms.

I had such a lovely experience here!…read more The staff here were so friendly and helpful, and I ended up leaving with a Matcha Frappe with Almond Milk and it was fantastic! That's all I can speak for, though they do have a very large menu with food and drink options. I'll definitely be back, maybe with my computer one day, too.

It once you do find it, I think you'll be satisfied with the list of fresh options you have to choose from. Given the name, most of their sandwiches (breakfast and lunch) are served on croissants or you can opt for a pita wrap. They also serve a variety waffle items and fresh salads. So if you are looking to eat healthy, or satisfy your sweet tooth, you have options. They also serve up a variety of teas, flavored lemonades, and iced, hot or frappe coffees. This was my first visit and d cider on having the turkey with panela cheese croissant. You can choose a side salad, veggies straws or sea salt chips as a side item of you order the combo that also includes a drink. The sandwich was delicious, fresh and light and the salad was also fresh and plentiful. I ordered three separate drinks to try: cucumber lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and the matcha frappe. They were all made fresh with fresh ingredients and not overly sweet like you would find a most other places. I wanted to try their waffle with banana and Nutella but unfortunately they were out, but that's okay because now I have another Eason to come back and try something else. The person working (I assume it's the owner) was very kind and respectful and the only other patron in the restaurant had nothing but nice things to say about all the food on the menu and that they are always eating at this place. So if you're looking for lighter fare options and happen to be in the area, or are just looking for an afternoon getaway, I recommend you stop and give this place a try and support local!
