Bad service! Rude. Coffees and hot chocolate we're disastrous. Waited 35 minutes to take our order. Took 50 minutes to get our order! Don't waste your time!

4 of us visited on a Saturday morning around 11. Very friendly staff who will explain anything you may have questions on. Our mix of minis did not disappoint. Fresh, semi crispy with the sweet toppings making each of the unique. Now, these are 1 bite mini's so you may want to order a bunch lol

This place is adorable! From the name to the size of the donuts it is a really fun and unique experience. Customer service alone on our visit was top notch. The man at the register did a fantastic job welcoming us, explaining how to order, and helping us choose flavors. The donuts are bite sized and a little pricey, but being freshly made they have a nice crunch to them with your topping of choice which is the perfect combo! This would be a great place to take the kids!

This was our first time coming here, and we were absolutely amazed at all the different flavors. Unfortunately, the employees didn't seem that friendly. They actually seemed annoyed the whole time we were there. We would like to visit again, and try some new flavors and possibly a coffee!

The donuts were very yummy with lots of options to choose from. It's a little pricey though and just doesn't seem quite worth the price. Each mini donut is about the size of a 50 cent coin and about a dollar each. Friendly employees. Cute packaging. Fresh. Wouldn't have this often, though.

I wanted to love this place... I usually go to Humble Donuts on the Far East since it is close to home. But I was at the Fountains and a friend told me to try this place out. The design of the place is neat, but the fact that they don't have extractors or proper ventilation makes the smell of fried oil over whelming. There were 3 orders ahead of us and the wait was a bit much. We waited an hour to receive our order which I found to be quite ridiculous. Humble Donuts also makes their orders on the spot and I have never waited over 20 minutes for my order. Not to mention we walked out of there with a strong oil stench which was gross. We ordered gansito, pistachio, cinnamon sugar, churro, fruity pebbles, and s'mores. The doughnuts were okay, they had a strong taste of the oil and the toppings overwhelmed the taste of the actual doughnuts. The pistachio had pecans not pistachio which was a big disappointment... I mean for the price, the wait, and the taste I would say it is very commercial. I would much rather stick to Humble Doughnuts for my mini doughnuts cravings. But that is just my opinion.... Try it out and you be the judge....

DONUTS AT THE PRICE OF GOLD Your personal late night donut shop at your service. After dining at the rich variety of restaurants at the Fountains, what could be better than mini housemade dessert donuts to end the night? Enter The Dapper Doughnut with its clean interior aesthetic and enough class to convince you that the humble doughnut will be your chauffeur to a heavenly night of elite dessert. With a display case of each of their donut concoctions, you simply point and have them at your heart's content. The smell of fresh donuts is unmatched and I can tell you are already drooling. Now, lets explore that sweet temptation... The DESSERT: A BUFFET OF DONUTS The donuts tasted mostly of the toppings that gave them an identity. The donut itself was lacking in flavor and just tasted like plain cake (-1 star). I was hoping for something that drew me in and made me want them more than anything else in this world. Cajeta Pecan Doughnuts: BOUGIE TEX-MEX CARAMEL Cajeta is a rich and THICK goat milk caramel with that famous goat cheese & grassy aftertaste, like fine-aged kettle corn. It is a complex smooth sweetness that balances out with the nutty caramelized pecans. The donut is hot and crispy and fills all your senses. From the smells, sounds, taste, and feel of these donuts, you can find yourself falling in love with caramel again. Nutella Dream Doughnuts: BITE-SIZED BEDROOM SEDUCTION WITH AN EARLY ENDING Dreams are made of nutella and made less sinful with fresh strawberries. A perfect match between nutella & strawberries on a bed of freshly made donuts. The hazelnut and rich chocolate nutella is balanced by the tangy strawberries. The donut was hot and crunchy, but the honeymoon ends quickly. You realize that you would have the same experience dipping strawberries in nutella wrapping them between a fresh crepe. The donut stayed in the background and did not make its flavor presence known on my tastebuds (-1 star). The VERDICT: HANDCRAFTED ARTISANAL TREATS FOR YOUR HIGHNESS Imagine the fresh quality of Krispy Kreme donuts for the same price, but 1/10th the size. While these little donut treats are pricey, you do get a high quality, fresh, and handcrafted treat, but realize that each bite is the beginning of the end immediately. The crunch of each tiny donut is addicting with a burst of flavors from their toppings, but the donut only contributes texture and temperature without any significant taste. Look at the topping to donut ratio and you will realize why each little bomb of flavor is addicting. Cajeta Pecan Doughnuts were filled with rich goat milk caramel balanced by the earthy pecans, while the Nutella Dream Doughnuts balanced hazelnut cocoa with fresh, tangy strawberries. These donuts were tasty, but for the price and freshness, I was expecting to experience something more.

If you have ever tried Trisha's mini doughnuts and love them, you'll like these. First time tonight because I wanted to try their loaded hot chocolate. We ordered a 6 pack to try donuts but only got to taste 2 flavors because since they decorate the donuts then and there I guess it's too much work to do the different kinds at one time. So the 6 pack comes with 2 flavors (3 donuts of the same flavor and the other 3 the other flavor). Ordered the chocolate peanut butter and the chocolate glazed. I can vouch for the chocolate PB one. The donuts are super soft since they are freshly made. I did not taste the chocolate glazed one since they were my mother in laws choice. The hot chocolate is pretty good and they give you 2 cinnamon ones with it so that's a plus and a good size drink. Worth it. I like my chocolate more milky and thank goodness they offer milks at a station to add. I would recommend this place but just wish I could order different kinds of donuts like other places rather than just 3 donuts of the same flavor. No fun.

A cute concept that I'm so glad El Paso has! Originally, I was going to knock down a star because my friend and I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes for our order. But before we brought attention to it, the manager came out and apologized and gave us a voucher for free doughnuts next time. This was so incredibly sweet of him! He took responsibility for something - and that's something that's going to make any business successful. I love the concept of being able to customize so many different doughnuts with different toppings. This make it so easy to buy for a party for friends or as a work treat. In fact, the man in front of me bought a box for his wife's office party the next day, haha! Lucky them. :) The doughnuts are freshly made in house, and the smell of the fried dough wafts through the air as you step inside. Then, they decorate and top the doughnuts to your liking. They're fresh and enjoyed best the day of (wasn't as good the next day, as all doughnuts are). My favorite flavor was definitely the fruity pebbles, but that's because I like that even on my frozen yogurt. Honestly, the toppings are easy to replicate yourself at home. It's just simple syrups and drizzles and sugar and fruits and cereals, but it's putting them on a fresh doughtnut with cute packaging that makes this place stand out!

Delicious hot chocolate! I would recommend coming to try a sweet drink and walk around the nice Fountains area. Their donuts were also good, but they were more like small cakes & a bit expensive! It was a really fun place to visit, and I would go back.

Pretty good, options of flavors are great since it's a lot of different options. I thing special with the dough however.

They said, we can't do 12 (I figured as much) and our new hires generally start "low". During the hiring process, I was NOT told the actual starting pay was $8/hour during a probation period. (I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
