It is prepared with chickpea flour, onions, green peppers, fennel, kale and potatoes; with a side of grapes. I wanted one of their cold pressed juices and they have so many options that I wanted to try. I ended up ordering #R4 Beet, apple, ginger and lime. It was fantastic! Before they brought me my meal one of the employees brought me a complimentary cream soup made of Poblano peppers. They have 3 locations and I mentioned to the manager that I live in Las Cruces. The waffacado is a whey protein waffle with avocado and everything bagel seasoning.
