I love this Starbucks because the wifi works very very well. At many places I have to sit and wait for my iPad to pull up a site, not at this one. It is very customer friendly and the various seating arrangements allows for plenty of groups to come in and just hang out. Also due to the location, you can easily go shopping, eat breakfast lunch or dinner and check out one of the many stores here at the Fountains. $$ Starbucks honors Military Veterans and gives you a free coffee or tea. So make aure you stop by.

Before I say anything else...yes, I know it's Starbucks. Yes, I know the drinks are the same in every Starbucks. No, it's not the best Starbucks I've ever been to (I have a weird obsession with a lot of the SB's in Philly). Buuuuuuuuuuuut on an EP level this is the best SB we have. So far. This location just recently opened up at the Fountains. After annoyingly snapping pictures of the baristas, the bar, my drink, customers, myself, and any other little thing I found relevant, I began uploading pictures to Instagram. The first being a picture of the space from a couch and captioned it with, "okay Starbucks. tryna get all urban industrial on me." After a few back and forths with my buddy Adam (who's all into that architectural hoopla), it was understood that 'urban industrial' is the perfect description for this SB. It's Adam approved! I love the booth seating. It's higher up and the tables are bar height, so you can put a few bar chairs around it. The couches are comfy like I expect in a SB. It just generally looks nicer and more put together than the other SBs here. So no need wasting my time on the drinks and eats. The staff is trained, okay? Go get your Starbucks on already.

I guess I shouldn't park in the mobile pick up spot... my bad.... moving now.....lol

Good morning, I've been out of the loop for a while. Work took me overseas to a place where I didn't have access to anything yelp worthy to write about. It's nice to be back home with my family and to all the awesome eateries I have yet to try. One of my first stops after my long flight was Starbucks to get a little pick me up. Have a great day everyone.

This Starbucks actually has a bar counter to it. Lots of room and area to sit in. Plenty of tables. Even as packed as it was on Black Friday night around 9p, it could accommodate.

    Look for this place!

Whoa, I think we've got a new best Starbucks in El Paso! Given all the hype and anticipation for the Fountains, its only appropriate that their Starbucks would be the nicest in town. This location is quite big, with lots of seating arrangements, aside from the tables I noticed seats at the bar, just off from where you get your coffee. The armchair and couch arrangement is quite homely, very impressive. I'm also a fan of their outside seating, which isn't fenced in like at most locations. Coffee and pastries are as tasty as we've come to expect from SBUX, and the folks working there were very friendly. Another thing I noticed is that their Wi-Fi provider is Google and not AT&T, I'm not sure how this impacts things, but I found it interesting. Though this location has a drive-thru, I'm not sure getting here is as convenient as other locations, IMO this is more of a sit down and enjoy while reading type of location.

Their drive thru is definitely a bit tight for big trucks which I dislike but won't stop me from visiting them.

The staff here are beyond enthusiastic -- the kind of people who greet you like you're already part of the crew. Their positivity alone is a mood booster. They've got all the fun stuff: protein donuts, waffles, açaí bowls, smoothies, refreshers, and even protein coffee -- plus vegan options, which is always a win in my book. Everything feels playful and health-forward, like a mix between a post-gym refuel spot and a feel-good café. Prices are definitely on the higher side for this part of town, but you can tell they're using quality ingredients and putting care into presentation. It's one of those places that makes you forget you're not in a bigger city -- it just has that boutique café vibe that's hard not to love. If you're looking for a spot that's high-energy, health-focused, and full of good vibes (literally), Vibe N Thrive lives up to its name.

If orders stop being accepted more than 30 minutes before closing, the posted hours should reflect that or a last-order time should be clearly communicated. I understand that many of the employees are young and appreciate that they are given the opportunity to work. However, the staff we encountered were rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience.

Hana Banana's posted closing time is 9:30 PM, but when we arrived at 9:00 PM, they had already stopped taking orders and were turning customers away. We weren't the only ones either. Several customers were being told they couldn't order despite the business still being open according to the posted hours. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of politely explaining the situation or apologizing, the staff came across as rude and dismissive. If you plan to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, your hours should reflect that so customers don't waste their time driving over. Closing early is one thing, but being unfriendly to customers about it is another. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

They said, we can't do 12 (I figured as much) and our new hires generally start "low". During the hiring process, I was NOT told the actual starting pay was $8/hour during a probation period. (I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
