You've got to love a good original glazed krispy kreme doughnut. Yeah, this place has lost a little bit of its luster, but it still produces amazing doughnuts. If I eat in this area (which happens quite often because it's right next to Tinseltown) then I just grab desert here since they're open pretty late. But this isn't a place that you absolutely have to go, which is why I gave it a 3 star rating. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! Like honestly! The food is great but how the hell are you supposed to get it if for one they do not take calls, I can guarantee a voicemail every time you call and you cant order thing online or on the app past a certain time that they are obviously still serving at. And on top of that you wait in the drive thru for at least 2 hours for the worst customer service ever experienced. And this isnt my first time here either, ive been here a multitude of times. read more

Worst customer service ever. Waited in the drive thru line an hour to be told at the window that they are only taking cash. Spoke to the manager and asked why he didn't have a sign or someone informing people it's cash only so they don't wait in the long line. His response was, I was doing paperwork. Wow really?! Well without customers he wouldn't have a job to do paperwork. The worst customer service ever. Customers are your 1st priority. The employees said they lost a bunch a business because not being able to take credit or debit cards. Why would a franchisee owner hire a MANAGER that doesn't care about customer service!!! Really slow service at 6:30am is putting it mildly. I actually never buy donuts for my self it was for my wife's office team. Lasted one hour. After this I scanned through a few reviews seems they have already been addressed about this same issue in the past. Hopefully they get this resolved. read more

The Eastside store had a line 50+ mins long... why? Because the donuts are soooooo good that theres 100s in line for a tasty donut?... is because of the limited flavors that we wont get again?... did Covid do it?... was it you, Covid? Check your order before you leave their drive-thru. They gave me different donuts than the glazed ones I ordered.

Those donuts are crave-able boys and girls. The facility is not as beautiful as some other Krispy Kreme's but it's alright. El Paso does need a better donut place though. read more

Normally I would give them a 4 to 5 star because their glazed donuts are so damn good but today sad to say today I got Duked. So here is the story. I had to get a few things from Walmart so as I head to the check out I see Krispy Kreme donuts. So I decided to get some, I decided not to get the ones from Walmart and go to Krispy Kreme store thinking they would be more fresh, and better yet maybe I can even catch the hot and ready sign-on. So I pull up to Krispy Kreme and lo and behold The hot and ready sign is on. With having a sleeping three-year-old in the car I decided to go through drive-through. I order a dozen glazed donuts pay for them then drive home. I carried the donuts and put them on the counter grab my glass of milk and get a donut out. Wait a minute there is something wrong here?!? As I touch the donate it doesn't feel hot nor does it feel warm like they normally do when I bring them home I kind of shrug it off and take a bite of the donut humm, doesn't quite taste right either and Yep doesn't taste fresh. So I start looking at the packaging and think for a minute normally they do not give me the dozen donuts with the see-through window normally it's in a Krispy Kreme box and you can't see through it but this one has a window. Oh my gosh it also has a delivery sticker on it just like the ones at Walmart. I think they gave me but don't know if they were supposed to deliver in the morning to the local stores around town. Oh my I didn't get fresh donuts, I drove all the way to Krispy Kreme and I ended up with a box that must've been left behind and they found a sucker to sell it to. If I want me a day old Krispy Kreme I could've just picked up the ones they had at Walmart they were probably cheaper there too but instead I paid full price like if I was getting the fresh hot off the oil Krispy Kreme donut. Well that was a waste of money. Although the donut is still tasty I'm just very disappointed that it could've been better but somebody decided I didn't need the fresh Krispy Kreme hot and ready donut. Although this will not keep me from going back I know now that I will have to double check their work or I will have to go inside and watch what donuts they put in the box. read more

We went for 2 donuts and 2 coffees. The drive through took forever, there may have been only one person working so the wait was understandable. Then the person working messed up our order twice. When we finally got everything in close enough to the right sizes(we don't think we actually got the right sizes for our drinks). My hazelnut coffee was nothing but creamer and the other vanilla coffee tasted burnt with little to no creamer or milk. The drinks did not even go to the top of the cup and one drink came with whipped cream(the one that was all creamer to begin with). The whipped cream also had gross little black dots in it. Very disappointed after waiting such a long time. The drinks are barley drinkable and the outsides of the cups were covered in the film of white stuff. read more

I hate a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts whose lights aren't on! But a cold doughnuts is better than no doughnut at all. And so, I have had to make a mad rush jumping out of an 18-wheeler to go across the street and get me some doughnuts. I appreciate the sugar more than you will ever know. read more

Krispy Kreme, so legendary..well, not really. The donuts are alright, but honestly both my husband and I prefer albertsons over theirs. The employees are friendly enough, but if you order a coffee of any type they always take forever to make it. I ordered half caf one time and the guy looked like I asked him to perform open heart surgery. Today was my first time through the drive thru, and I was less than amused. I was the only car, and when I pulled up to window there was one lady just walking in, but they had me sitting there for minutes! The magic of krispy kreme is being able to watch them come off the grease & through the glaze...get em hot off the conveyer belt you know. That magic is tainted by a dirty kitchen in this case. Looking through the glass at grease and glaze and old dough all over the floor and equipment grossed me out. The guy that took our order had a giant piercing in his ear that apparently effected either his hearing or his ability to understand what I asked for. He made me feel like he was doing me a huge favor by giving me what i asked for (I wanted a donut pulled off the belt before it went through the glaze, and iced with chocolate). Got home with great coffee and a few very greasy donuts. Too sweet for my taste, and GREASE SOAKED. The traditional cake donut was delicious though. read more

All the donuts I picked were made fresh and out of 4 I ate one. I chose chocolate glazed, strawberry filled with powdered sugar, maple, and blueberry. I went through tgw drive thru service as it was nice but no free glazed donut at this location...I guess you have to get down and go inside store. I did enjoy the decaf coffee but noticed it had a bold taste even with five creamers in it. Next time I will have to add water and morw half and half but thats for me since I am not a regular coffee drinker. So it was a great experience overall. read more

fantastic donuts. can never get anything except the original glazed. i'll eat a half dozen in under 5 minutes. suspicious of the ingredients. possibly crack cocaine inside the donut itself. i can't stop eating them. at least 100,000 calories have been eaten here by me alone, and counting. read more

In the mood for something sweet today and decided to stop by Krispy Kreme. Unlike the store on North Mesa, this one did not offer a free hot doughnut upon arrive. Ordered a couple and instead of providing those hot off the line I was provided a couple from the case. All in all an ok experience, but I think in the future I'll continue making the trip to North Mesa. read more

The employees at this location are always chipper and happy, I have no idea why... But I love it! This place obviously sells non-stop because every time I've gone there is a line of cars and parking lot has never been empty. The donuts are delicious, there is a dunkin' donuts around the corner but I'd hardly say they're in competition. Tips: go inside instead of the drive through for a free donut :-). If you know someone who works at a local school district they sell coupons (10) for $10 and you get one free dozen of the original glazed when you buy one dozen of the assorted --what a deal! read more

On Saturday November 8, the red light was on but no hot doughnuts were ready. Bottomline Krispy Kreme have great doughnut but their ability to live up to the red light expectation is declining. This is the only market area I have experienced this happening. I lived in Tennessee and Georgia but never had this issue. Our two trips (so far) to this Krispy Kreme have been very pleasant. Both times there was an employee ready and waiting with hot, fresh donuts right off the line to hand out. Ahhh... The East side Krispy Kreme rocks. Always have hot donuts and a free sample when you walk in. The new westside location sucks. The employees are nt friednly and rarely do they have hot donuts. Even when they do (with the sign on and everything) they try to push the cold ones on you. To make matters worse they frequently say their machine is broken just to save money on fresh donuts.
