I cannot say enough great things about Nothing Bundt Cakes! I walked in needing a last-minute gender reveal cake while on a serious time crunch, and their team completely came through for me. They were so kind, understanding, and efficient--and somehow still delivered a beautiful and delicious cake right on time. The customer service was outstanding, and the cake itself was a huge hit--moist, flavorful, and absolutely perfect for such a special moment. When I went in to purchase some bunt cakes I didn't know they gave you a bag and they CHARGE YOU FOR It, the cashier Sade A did not inform me what so ever so I'm here thinking I received a free bag, by the time I got home I realized on the receipt it's a charge , I called the store I spoke with her on the phone and she sounded shocked when I said I didn't know it's a charge and said I can go back and take the bag back to get a refund . Why would I drive all the way back to that side of town when I'm home , so now I'm stuck with a bag I purchased that I didn't have to buy if she would of informed me pretty much stealing my money definitely considering I'm not going back after this experience . read more

Terrible experience. I had a buy one get one free coupon from a receipt survey I had filled out. The coupon was then sent to my email and come to my surprise that they wouldn't take it because it was from another city? The coupon nor did my receipt have any restrictions. The tender didn't offer to look at it or scan it. Proceeded to still buy two bundlettes and the tender didn't even give me my receipt. I believe his name is Yomi. He was very extra and gave so much attitude. Yomi's daughter-in-law and a friend apparently came in and they wanted to go in the back and didn't know how the door worked but it was a swing door and he was like "omg and she's gonna be my daughter in law and omg how dumb can you be" and just kept going and he had my change and I even reached out and he pulled it back as he continued talking. One of the girls at the counter apparently took it personal because when I found out that the little party hats on top of the buntinies were 8+ dollars, I asked her "they're just paper right?" and she responded "I don't know" and then said "but they make your cake look a lot better " and I asked her again "but they're just paper right? And again she said I don't know." So I told her that I didn't want the party hats. Also, I had asked that my order to be ready at 5:00 pm and showed up around 6;00 pm so I thought it was odd that they took a long time to bring them out. Well today when I opened them, the frosting was practically falling off of them and some of them looked like they were thrown into the box. That will be my last visit there. Great in flavor and has interesting side merchandise but it would help if they didn't make Door Dashers wait in long lines. Dashers have a deadline for order pick ups and drop offs. I am a Door Dasher and I went to pick up an order that had been clearly sitting in the back, and instead of quickly handing the order, I had to wait in line behind customers that were still deciding what to order. If I could put no stars I would. 9/23/2023 (today) I went to go get my birthday cake & the employee that might go by the name of "YOMI" (due to all the other AWFUL Google & Yelp reviews I've seen so far about him) refused to give me one because "it wasn't me" after providing proof of ID & email. He wouldn't answer my questions on how & why "my code wasn't going through" He then proceeded to make unnecessary comments to customers involving & making them feel uncomfortable. I love nothing bunt cakes, hence the 2 stars. I would give zero for our experience. But we just moved here and tried out this location. I was sadly disappointed at the size of their butlets. It's as if they don't make enough batter to fit the package, as it's suppose to and for $6 a cake I would think they would do what is suppose to be the corporates proportions. I've seen other reviews now complaining about the same thing so seems to be an ongoing thing. Maybe they're trying to make their profits with paying less more supplies. read more

I wandered into Nothing But Bundt Cakes this afternoon at 2:00 pm hoping for a pumpkin spice bundt cake. I was in luck. I ordered a cake, paid for it, and requested a fork and napkins. The young lady informed me she couldn't give me a fork. Well, if you have never been here, I can tell you these delicious cakes cannot be consumed without a fork. They're covered top to bottom--and in the middle "hole" is filled with gooey, sugary cream cheese icing--delicious!! Saddened, because I was already salivating, and without even touching the transparent (clear) plastic container that didn't even too pretend to obscure the delicacy inside, I requested my money back. The young lady insisted she could not return my money. Huh? I then insisted she keep the cake anyway, since there was nothing I could do, except stare at the cake through the plastic container. Another nice woman with a 5-year old boy in tow, who witnessed and overheard my exchange with the young lady behind the counter, asked if I needed a fork, to which I relied yes. She then went outside to the parking lot where her car was parked, and produced one of those plastic packages with a napkin, plastic fork and plastic knife--the kind that places like Nuthin But Bundt Cakes and Asian restaurants (another type of food impossible to eat without utensils) give away with each order. Embarrassed by this scene, the young lady behind the counter confided "she wasn't allowed to give out plastic forks" on account of the owner wanting to cut back on the use of plastics. I want to cut back on supporting small business owners (this is a franchised location) who don't practice what they preach. Response to owner: I can truly appreciate everyone in the world doing their utmost to minimize the amounts of plastics ending up in our oceans. Got that. I try not to use plastic water bottles, but sometimes, they are the only option available. The owner perhaps feels guilty about the thousands of clear plastic containers in which his product is displayed in the case and sold to consumers. We all feel guilty and ashamed when we go down the grocery isles and see nothing but plastic containers of milk, detergent, yogurt, EVERYTHING! Yet, if a car dealership sells cars with gasoline-powered engines and wants to make a social statement by welding gas cap covers shut so that customers cannot fill their vehicles with gas, they shouldn't be too surprised if customers return the cars and demand refunds. Might I suggest the owner find another line of work other than selling food in plastic containers and then refusing to offer a fork (or refund) which (like the gasoline for the car), is not an option, but a necessity. It was not only the refusal to provide a fork, but the refusal to offer a refund when it was explained, the cake is useless without a fork, just as the car is useless without gas. My apologies to the owner--who I've met around town a couple times. Very thoughtful and generous individual, who supports local charities, and is a genuinely wonderful person with a delightful family. Started with incorrect change. So i went on a Tuesday and purchased two bundtlets, cookies & cream/snickerdoodle. I gave the cashier a $50 and she mistakenly gave me change for a $20. She got her manager, who in fact is the owner Yomi. The owner comes out and she tells him about the change and rather than lead with an apology he asks the cashier, rt in front of me - "Are you sure?" You may as well just call me a thief, same thing. He proceeds to go over a register training and taking up my time, rather than just pop the register see that my $50 sits atop the $20's give me my change and let me leave. So i get home and one of the cupcakes is noticeably smaller than the other. I woulda let it go but for the prior change issue. I called the store and spoke to Yomi and he doubted my claim again. Went back the next day for a refund but Yomi wasnt there and no employee is empowered to grant a refund without him being there. Left my phone number so he could call me back. No call. So i called the next night. Spoke to Yomi and he said he called the wrong number. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt he twice denied me. Went in. I received this to-go Bundt cake as a cake for my birthday! The presentation was good, it was individually wrapped in a plastic container that was labeled, keeping the look and structure of the cake intact after a long, hot, and bumpy car ride. The cake itself was delicious! It was moist and not too overly sweet. The flavor of the white chocolate really paired well with the raspberry. There was the right amount of frosting. Nothing Bundt Cakes, I want to eat nothing bundt you for dessert the rest of my life. Okay... maybe that's an exaggeration, but these bundt cakes are seriously the business! Off the recommendation of Isah K., I headed on over to The Fountains and moseyed on into NBC. It's a small shop with a lot of cake related doo-dads and knick-knacks. I liked the idea that they sell things like cute little cupcake holders (and I'm talking about the kind that are actually decorated and come with cute little toppers and such). The bundt cakes are held in a refrigerated area next to the register, but they carry a sample or two between the door and cash register and if you have any reservations about how good NBC could possibly be, go try the sample. We were immediately welcomed by either the manager or possibly the franchise owner. I didn't catch his name, but he was extremely friendly and bubbly. He definitely elevated the trip and made it super comfortable to try out a new place. The sample that was available was the red velvet. Two words: HELL YES! Two things surprised me about the red velvet bundt cake... 1. These cakes are ridiculously moist, and 2. It's sprinkled with chocolate chips. This was my absolute favorite red velvet anything I've ever had. When it came to buy, we got the personal sized red velvet (because how could we not?) and the white chocolate raspberry. The white chocolate raspberry was just as good and I love the frosting that's on these mini cakes. It's thick, but also moist and cream cheesy deliciousness. And for two cakes we paid about $7. Yuuuuusss! NBC is in a great location and you'll be happy with any cake you leave with. Unfortunately there isn't anywhere to sit in the shop (it really is small), but I think it's a good idea that they don't because it gives your cake a chance to actually make it home. read more

So I fell in love with their cakes at the yelp event yesterday... And today I realized my friend's birthday is tomorrow. What should I do?!.... Nothing bundt Cakes!!!! So we went there for the first time. It was very easy to find. It's located in The Fountains so there's tons of parking spaces. As soon as we walked in, the staff welcomed us with warm smile and cake samples. Chocolate chocolate chips.. Oh so good. We told them we were looking for a birthday cake and they showed us the options. You get to choose either 8 inch or 10 inch cake with your favorite flavor from the 9 flavors: Red velvet, chocolate chocolate chips, lemon, marble, pecan praline, carrot, white white chocolate, cinnamon swirl, and white chocolate raspberry. Once you choose the size and your flavor, you get to choose the design. They have a huuuuge book of design and if you can't decide, they can show you popular ones. I got 8 inch chocolate chocolate chips with birthday decoration and the total was around $29. I was very happy with the finished product. So pretty!! The service was very speedy too. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for the decoration. The Valentines Day is coming up soon. If you don't know what to get, just go to this place. Beautiful store in "The Fountains of Farah" shopping mall. Great location. You see the Bundt cakes outside the store which makes you want to have one. Then, you decide to go in the super cute store where you see a variety of super cute mini bundt cakes and you want to have one. Sounds amazing right! Well, then you experience rude costumer service. They do not acknowledge you. They decide to first answer the phone and take their precious time to talk to you. When they finally acknowledge you and you ask for the beautiful mini bundt cakes; You are told they are only sold by the dozen. ($20 per dozen) So, you agree to have a dozen. Then, you ask for a coffee. Their name is not "nothing but bundt cakes" yet it feels like because there is no coffee. They do sell coffee mugs, water bottles, other "decor" items but no coffee. So, I get to my vehicle and taste the bundt cakes. They are beautifully packed, I wish they had labels to know what flavor is each. I taste the mini bundt cakes. At a Yelp event last night, we were introduced to some samples. Loved it. So we decided this is a must try place. As fate would have it, we had a unexpected birthday gathering the very next day... And away we go... Walked in and was instantly greeted not only by friendly and helpful staff, but samples! YUUUPPPP! 3 stars right off the bat. Explained what we needed, when, and why. Less than 30 minutes later, and our wallets less than $40 lighter, we walked out completely satisfied with 1 8" chocolate cake, very nicely decorated, and a smaller red velvet cake. Although these bundt cakes looked unappealing, boring, and incredibly ugly, I decided to give it a shot anyway. My first thought walking in was.. "why.... Why in gods name would anyone have a store that only sells bundt cakes, and to make matters worse, why the same bland and lazy design on every single one of them?" After trying the carrot cake, I was immediately blown away by the taste of the cream alone. It was the most delicious frosting I have ever had in my entire life. Not only that, but the carrot cake was to die for. Combined, they are an unstoppable force. A cake that good does not go unnoticed, but a cake that ugly does. This store would make a killing with just a couple of tweaks to their operation. Offering a forks or spoons would be great. A celebration friendly design or Maybe a fully frosted cake would be nice. Tiny/ bite sized samples would be great for business. Last time we went, they did not have any and suggested that we go across to barns and noble (Starbucks) for some utensils. I figured they had just ran out and suggested Starbucks for that reason. Today, when I asked for utensils, and got the same response from another person. I asked, "do you not offer utensils, or did you just run out?" The employee said that they do not offer any, but suggested I went to barns and noble for utensils. This is a garbage practice. Not only is it unfair to Starbucks, who now has to provide free utensils for another business, but extremely unfair to your customers who now have to go out of their way, or simply dig in with their fingers. This is not a cupcake. It is not something that you can eat without getting your hands dirty. Either offer gloves or utensils. Do they even offer napkins? Probably not. Anyway, dollar tree has some great deals on utensils. Also, you could argue it's to limit the waste, but then you would have to change your small containers to paper and not plastic. As far as having to go next door for utensils, if you have any type of respect for your customer, please offer some utensils. Otherwise we just have to go across the street to buy something because it doesn't feel right to ask for free utensils. For this, I've decided to remove a couple of starts. If you do not offer utensils, please refrain from suggesting that the customer takes advantage of other businesses across the street. read more

Some people are made uncomfortable by the word 'moist,' but not this guy, I'm all about moist, moist is important to me, perhaps it's the moist important thing to me. I MOISTurize my hair and skin, I fight to keep MOISTure out of my closets and cabinets while at the same time fighting to keep MOISTure in the bedroom, heck I am so committed to MOIST that I will purposely add an i to 'mo(i)st!' I guess what I'm trying to say is that the cakes at Nothing Bundt Cakes are deliciously moist, and I moist definitely recommend them. I placed an order through the phone to the El Paso Location at the Fountains 8889 Gateway West Blvd Unit 200 El Paso, TX 79925 United States. I spoke to a man name James that works there at that location. James was very unprofessional and very rude and refused to refund me a credit to a gift card. I then asked politely if they had a customer service number I could call to see if maybe they can issue me the refund, and he very rudely said I could Google that myself. As a successful company I would have never assumed that I, as a customer. Would ever be treated or spoken to the way, James spoke to me and handled the situation. Worst customer service. read more

I ordered a 2 tier cake onTuesday evening to be picked up on Wednesday at 10. I arrived at 10 am , having been informed the night before that they open at 8 am. I needed to be at work by 11. Ordered and paid for a cake a week in advanced for curbside pick up. Got there before the designated pick up to find out they canceled curbside pick up in the middle of a pandemic. They expect people picking up and new orders to stand in a line for over 3 hours not following the "safe" 6ft social distancing guidelines. Most of which are also not wearing masks. No heads up about the canceled pick up which would be quicker and more effective than what they are now doing. They will not refund our order for wanting to protect our family. They will never receive our business again and I will not recommend them to anyone due to their horrible customer service. Update: waited 4 hours in line, they never made our order. We had to pick a random flavor they had in stock, they didn't give us the $12 in extras we had paid for. Got it home to find over 8 hairs in the frosting! read more

Delicious! I got a free mini bundt cake for my birthday recently. Thank you for that! It made the day a little bit more special. You can sign up on their website for this neat perk. This was the main reason why I went to the Fountains of Farah. The store is clean and tidy. Depending on the size of the bundt cake, they're around $21-30. The mini bundt cakes are almost $5. I chose confetti and it was good. It's white with colorful dots of red, green and blue. The frosting is very sweet but the cake part was fabulous. It tasted fresh and soft. I also had a sample of their red velvet cake. It was also good. Thanks again for your kind gesture. I hope the establishment continues doing this for years to come. I didn't buy anything this time but have in the past. I have another September birthday to celebrate so I'm thinking of coming back. read more
