We came here for the Harry Potter collection donuts. They had a selection of all of them including special sorting hat boxes and donuts. I got the griffindoor donut, its was pretty good. A little rich for even a donut. My 2 oldest boys got the sorting hat donuts and managed to get the houses they wanted! The cashier was very talkative and friendly and even inquired of the boys as to which house they got "sorted" into. It was a good experience and we went when it wasnt very busy.

I love this place but wow have they gotten very high. Just two years ago it was 12 for a dozen and now it's 16 even with a discount. Not sure if it's worth my sweet tooth anymore but they are surely friendly and the products are delicious .

I wanted to try one of the limited time Biscoff donuts so I ordered one to go (in addition to a classic chocolate iced with sprinkles). I was the only customer in the store and it took maybe a minute before I was greeted. They seemed to be short staffed because the cashier checked me out at the drive thru register. He was polite. Both donuts were just ok. They tasted stale and that could be because I went closer to the end of the day (5pm). The Biscoff one had only a slight taste of the Biscoff cookie flavor. It mostly tasted like chocolate on top of a (stale) glazed donut. If you're looking to save money, I definitely recommend signing up for their app because Krispy Kreme has deals all the time. I was able to get the Biscoff donut free with purchase. Krispy Kreme is great when their donuts are hot, but I probably will not go here on the regular unless they have specialty donuts or deals.

Great service, plenty of parking, and same delicious donuts. They also sell coffee and other drinks! I love how you can see the donuts being made! Very spacious and clean in the inside.

Stop what you're doing ...drive to any Krispy Kreme and order a dozen or two of the Limited Edition lemonade doughnuts!!! They have a variety box that includes Lemonade / Pink Lemonade / Lemonade with Lemon cream. My fave = Lemonade!! Very sweet and it's not a tart taste. Go Now..this is the final week of these limited edition doughnuts. It lasted 2-Weeks!!! Yikes!!! We the People would like another 2-weeks!!

I actually wanted to try a different donut place in the area .. but they were close.. ended up here.. lady at drive thru was attentive and assisted me by informing me that I had a free donut which I didn't realize I had already.

I've been three times to get a pumpkin spiced cake. Donut for my family. Each time I come they are out. It has been morning noon and late afternoon and still out or something that you advertise and have seasonal. He should be available. Just saying do better Krispy Kreme.

Fine location, fine people with good donuts. Kids love the seasonal fun decorations and the couches for sitting. Good for families but come when it's not busy!

How can a shop that makes the doughnuts on site not have a dozen of original glazed at 6 pm? Very disappointed.

The options somehow felt both limited and all over the place at the same time. Not many frappes, and nothing that made me think, I have to try that. So I asked the barista what he'd recommend. He pointed one out and was friendly enough, but he also seemed mildly irritated that I was a first timer ordering in the drive thru, like I was somehow holding up the line...except there wasn't a single car behind me. I also grabbed one of their pastries. He took my card, asked if I wanted it heated up, I said, "Yes, please," and then disappeared to, I assumed, make my drink. Then I waited. And waited. Ten minutes later I'm literally trying to peek through the drive thru window because...WTF? I ordered an iced coffee and a pre-made pastry. There were two baristas casually walking around, nobody inside except people already drinking their coffee, and the place wasn't busy at all. Finally, another barista came to the window with my drink and said they were "just waiting on the pastry." At this point I'm thinking...are they back there milling the flour and rolling the dough themselves? Five more minutes go by. She finally hands me the pastry...still in the container from whatever bakery actually made it. And it's cold. So basically all they had to do was grab it off a shelf and hand it to me. By the time I drove away, most of the ice in my coffee had already melted. Even watered down, though, it was just...bland. The coffee itself wasn't robust at all, and I couldn't really taste the coconut flavor that was supposed to be the specialty of the drink. The bearded guy who took my order never came back, either. Maybe he got pulled away, maybe he didn't, but it honestly felt like he just couldn't be bothered finishing my order. The whole experience was just disappointing. The flavors, the customer service, and a 15-minute wait for an iced coffee and a grab-and-go pastry when the place wasn't even busy? Hard pass. I drive all the way from Gibsonville to Mebane now just to get coffee from The Habit, and it's worth every extra minute. Better atmosphere, friendlier service, and honestly...just way better coffee.

Kept it simple--nitro cold brew and an iced Bear Claw with almond milk. First off, that nitro was clean as hell. Smooth, no bitterness, and the fact that it's naturally sugar-free without sacrificing flavor? That's a win all day. The Bear Claw was solid too--nice balance with the almond milk, not overly sweet, just easy to enjoy. And one thing I really respect--their whipped cream is always sugar-free. That's huge for me living a sugar-free lifestyle, and it shows they actually think about their customers. Best part though, out of nowhere, both the barista and I looked up and boom... line out the door. We kind of just looked at each other like "well damn," and honestly, good for them. That's what happens when you're doing things right. Even with the rush, everybody kept a great attitude. Customers, staff; just good people all around. That small-town Burlington feel is real here. Folks talking, connecting, or just chilling on the couch doing their own thing--no pressure, no weird energy, just a genuinely cool environment. And this place actually feels welcoming. Not that forced "too cool" coffee shop vibe you sometimes get. Just real people, treating you like a normal human being. That goes a long way. Also worth calling out... So their rewards program is legit. You get 10 points for every dollar you spend, and it adds up fast. I've already built up enough where I could knock about half off my bill if I wanted to. That's real value, not just marketing fluff. It's got that perfect mix of small-town vibe with modern convenience, and I really hope that never changes. This has been a consistently solid spot for me, and I'll keep coming back!

I've been to Salvation many times, and it used to be one of my top-recommended coffee shops in Burlington, NC. Unfortunately, not anymore. Customer service during my recent visits has been disappointing. The baristas often made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. While there was one occasion when the person at the register was kind and welcoming. My most recent visit was the day after Christmas when I met up with my siblings, and the experience was especially unpleasant. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, customer service was poor, and the coffee itself was underwhelming. The espresso in my latte was barely noticeable. Worst of all, the music was extremely loud and filled with constant profanity, to the point that we felt uncomfortable staying inside and had to leave to meet outside instead. I hope this review is not taken in the wrong way, but I genuinely used to enjoy Salvation Coffee, but the decline in service, atmosphere, and overall experience has been noticeable and disappointing.
