The very berry Cinnaholic rolls was delicious!! The service was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, the bathroom had no paper towels or toilet tissue in itNot a good sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I was originally going to give two stars until I did my research and realized that this place is 100% vegan, which I did not know before coming in! I am not vegan whatsoever so I originally thought it didn't taste great. The frosting on the regular cinnamon bun has a buttered popcorn, taste, and smell, which I really didn't like, but now knowing that it is a fully vegan and dairy free place it really wasn't bad for what it was! If you're vegan, then I think it would be great for you! But I love milk and eggs. The service was great and what we ordered was freshly prepared!

Food: A decent place to get a cinnamon roll. They bake them fresh each day and then they sit out on display for an unknown amount of time. The flavor of the Very Berry roll was good, but nothing really stood out and I wish I stuck with a classic roll instead as the cinnamon was muted heavily by all the other flavors. Service: Standard service where they take your order and hand it to you, nothing above and beyond and that is totally okay. Ambiance: [[HIGHLIGHT]]the store was kept very clean, but we also came during a time of very low volume.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was plenty of parking as this side of the plaza was super empty.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]At night with the sign lit up it looks so promising... but I didn't pay attention to things.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You go in and it smells lovely. It's clean and bright.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The two employees didn't greet us but we looked at the menu and it looked and sounded delicious. However, this is an all vegan bakery which in my book is fake food. I purchased a cookie that looked the least offensive to my way of eating. It was a poor representation of a cinnamon sugar cookie. It was almost uncooked in the middle. Only the edges were cooked enough to be edible. Do not recommend and will not go back. If vegan is your thing I suppose you should try this but you may want to consider what ingredients they are using and you are putting in your body. I'd rather have no baked goods than fake baked goods.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I became a Cinnaholic when the smell radiating through the parking lot caught me dead in my tracks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I turned around and tried to find where this decadent smell was coming from. I am so glad I stopped by. I picked up a campfire s'mores and a Cookie Monster. I grabbed it to go, but i made the mistake and opened the box in the car, because i carried the aroma with me. Oh...my...goodness.The s'mores cinnamon bun was so good. Make sure to eat it while it is warm. The toppings just melt in your mouth. I will definitely stop by again!

I absolutely adore this place. Amazing selection as well as a build your own. Staff is always super helpful and nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Vibe is super casual and chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place for kids/families to have a nice dessert.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A good spot if you're in the mood for a sweet treat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is kept really clean there's plenty of parking available for this location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have several different options to choose from and you can also build your own cinnamon roll if you're feeling creative. They're very generous with the toppings and the presentation is very visually appealing. The cinnamon roll itself was a little bit old/tough and there wasn't that much actual cinnamon inside, but the toppings made up for what the cinnamon roll was missing.

I stopped by here around 8:30pm on a Saturday evening after dinner. It's interesting because I first heard of Cinnaholic earlier in the week when I was visiting TX. When I came back, I saw a billboard saying a location here was open. The timing was impeccable. lol. I will say that GPS took me to the wrong side of the building. It took me driving around to find it. It wasn't busy when I arrived. I placed my order at 8:32pm. I got the "very berry" roll. it was ready at 8:35pm. I ordered the same thing while I was in TX. I took it home and ate it. Is was delicious!! I'll note that the presentation wasn't the best and lacked sufficient strawberries. My experience, overall, was better at the location in TX. Nonetheless, I plan to return when I have a sugar craving. There are so many mouth watering options.

Cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite treats in the world so when Cinnaholic opened in Greensboro, I was itching to get over there and try one! Upon entry, the scent of freshly baked warm cinnamon rolls smacks you square in the face. That's when I knew my being there was going to be a match made in heaven. The line was long but the staff takes order and gets them out in a very timely manner so we weren't waiting long at all. I couldn't decide watch roll I wanted so naturally I got three LOL. The Santa's milk and cookies, the gingerbread, and the chimney stack. Each roll was warm, humongous, and unique. We had to eat a few bites of the chimney stack to get the box to close and it was divine. The cookies were also very fresh and soft. Now that I know that these rolls are as tasty as they are beautiful, I'll be making a stop as often as I can - there's a bunch of different flavors still to try and even a build your own option! It also doesn't hurt that they are located right beside Crumbl!

I ordered a dozen baby buns today for an open house and they were just what I needed! Super cute snack to bring to a party or open house! Will definitely be doing this again!! They melt in your mouth. Just the perfect amount of sweet and cinnamon. I need to go back and try some other menu items too! The build your own option looks amazinggggg! Thanks for getting these together for me so fast!

Build Your Own Cinnamon Roll with cake batter icing, sprinkles, and Cinnadoodle Cookies
    Danielle H.

I love cinnamon rolls so I was super excited to see a Cinnaholic opened in Greensboro! They have cinnamon rolls with tons of toppings to pick from to create your own or you can select one of their flavor combos. On my visit I went with a build your own roll and did cake batter icing, sprinkles, and cinnadoodle cookies. This was a great combination for me and I love that you can customize it to your liking. I also really like that they serve them warm so you get that fresh baked cinnamon roll experience. The staff were nice here and got our order out pretty quick.

Old Skool Roll with light icing and pecans

I ordered the Old Skool Roll with light icing and pecans. It was good, but really good after I warmed it up for a few seconds in the microwave to soften the roll.

    Suggestions and great branding!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I tried a dish that I had never had before, as well as naan. (Because of course. How do you not get naan?) I wish I could say that it was worth the wait, but my experience here suggested otherwise. Positives first: Noor is both spacious and stylish with plenty of seating in both the bar and dining areas. Sujan proved to be an attentive and courteous server. That said, the buffet was somewhat underwhelming. It was smaller than those I've found elsewhere in the area. While it offered a solid mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, those offerings were the epitome of playing it safe. Only the hakka noodles (not always an Indian buffet staple) and butter chicken (better than average) really stood out. Nothing else, from the tandoori chicken to the daal to the naan, was prepared poorly, but it was fairly forgettable. Granted, buffet food needs to appeal to a wide range of diners with varying levels of spice tolerance, and so I went in not expecting any heat. Take spiciness out of the equation, however, and the flavors still felt subdued. At least the $20 seemed reasonable for what was offered. It's possible that Noor really shines if you order off the regular menu, and so I wouldn't rule out a return here. The next time I want a weekend lunch buffet, however, I think I'll stick to Taaza.

By the time I left around 6, there were people standing and waiting to be seated. The patio was open with one couple enjoying the nice weather and relative quiet of outdoors. Embur recently relocated to Smyres Place in Greensboro and the new space feels much smaller than I expected. The design reminded me of what I imagine a modern restaurant in Peru might look like. Industrial with solid wood floors, warm finishes, and a large wine display. There are around 25 to 26 tables, mostly two tops and four tops. The largest table seats six, but they will push tables together for larger groups. While I was there, a group of more than 20 came in celebrating something and they were seated quickly without disrupting the rest of the room. The small patio has outdoor seating with about 8 tables and a they have bar area with about nine comfortable seats. The menu took me a minute to understand but I ended up liking the setup. You choose your entrée, which comes with set ingredients, and then choose your protein. Each protein has a different price, so you can control the cost of your meal somewhat. Most menu items can also be made gluten free according to the menu, and vegetarian options seem easy to do. For my appetizer, I ordered the flatbread. Perfection. Rosemary, olive oil, sea salt. Crispy outside, soft inside, and so flavorful I almost ate the whole thing before my meal was served. The server came with water right away and remain attentive but not intrusive the whole time. For my entree, I ordered the Arroz Chaufa with salmon. Arroz Chaufa literally means fried rice. At first the dish seemed a bit salty to me, but once I added the green sauce that comes with it (served on the side), everything balanced out. The green sauce has very mild heat, so if you are not a fan of spicy food, that is the one I would recommend. There is a list of sauces so I assume you can customize your entree. According to my server, the other sauces bring more heat. The salmon was excellent, well seasoned but not too much, and moist. The portion was ample. I was very hungry but I had leftovers to bring home. Service was exactly what I want when dining alone. Attentive without being intrusive. I watched Netflix while I ate and enjoyed my meal without feeling rushed or bothered. The noise level is average for a busy small restaurant. Comfortable enough to relax, but if you want to talk to someone in your group a couple of seats away, you will need your outside voice. This place feels upscale without being fussy, so expected to pay more than average, but I thought it was good value for the quality and portions. I loved this restaurant and will absolutely go back. Must order: Rosemary flatbread appetizer. Tip: Ask about sauce heat before ordering. If you do not like spicy food, start with the green sauce.

After looking at the menus for a few places, Shukkranaa seemed worth a gamble. The menu boasts everything you'd expect (curries, biryanis, breads, plenty of vegetarian dishes), and under other circumstances, I'd be all over the chicken 65. However, I wanted to give one of their quick lunch specials a try. Available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions, the offerings change daily, but they include an appetizer, two curries, salad, rice, bread, and a dessert. At $13 veg/$15 non-veg, that seemed like a good deal for the money. I placed an online order for that day's vegetarian special (paneer kadhai and daal makhani), and it was ready when I arrived. Though Shukkranaa's location (a strip mall near a motel up 68) screams "nondescript," the interior seemed more inviting, and the gentleman at the register was polite. After a short drive home, I was able to enjoy a better-than-expected lunch. It came largely as advertised with a pakora as the appetizer, naan as the bread, and a piece of galub jamun as the dessert (though the "salad" was just a few assorted vegetables). The rice was fragrant, the sauces creamy, the portion size more than respectable, and to my relief, Shukkranaa does NOT hold back on flavor. I don't know if the dine-in experience would be as impressive, and there are certainly other Indian eateries to choose from in the immediate area, but for tasty, convenient takeout, count Shuukranaa as a name to remember.

Between excellent service, from the host to the kitchen staff, and being a bright, cheery place decorated in a modern farmhouse feel (only complaint is the HARD seating), we love this place. The food is always delicious and seasoned perfectly with FLAVOR. For the appetizer, the Salad Pizza is absolutely scrumptious and was recommended by our server our first visit here last year. Honestly, it keeps bringing us back. The flavors are incredible. It has feta, mozzarella, topped with organic greens, shaved onions, tossed in a lemon/dijon dressing with shaved parmesan. It's a flavor bomb in the mouth. The meatloaf, is to die for. If you're a meatloaf eater this is for you. It's so tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned. Melts in your mouth and the sauce on top is the perfect blend of sweet and savory to top it off. For my two sides this time I chose the fried brussels sprouts and the greens. The greens are always seasoned perfectly and the brussels sprouts were crispy and full of flavor. They tasted even better dipped in my meatloaf sauce so that was a win-win. My boyfriend had the special which was short ribs. For his two sides, he had greens and green beans. The short rib was perfectly tender and absolutely delicious full of flavor and moist for him. The green beans and the greens were also perfect as well full of flavor, just enough fat and butter. It's a great little date spot or a family dinner. They also have outdoor seating covered with umbrellas. There's a bar inside with a TV if you choose to go watch sports and the food here is always on point full of flavor and makes you want to come back and try more things on the menu. You can't go wrong at southern roots.

They also had several reasonably priced drink specials, which was a nice surprise. The service was amazing--friendly, attentive, and a big part of what made the meal so enjoyable. Overall, a really solid dining experience, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.
