Yummy get in my tummy!! This place is one of those places that just soothes whatever ails you. I hit this place a couple times per month and it's on the birthday treat run. So kind of them to give you a free bundlet for your birthday. The icing is perfect. Not too sweet and soft and creamy without the "crust" you sometimes get on icing. Having a gluten free option is a must for me, and they had two excellent choices of which I ordered both. They have so many different options to choose from. I chose the 12-pack bundlet bundle, which allowed me to have quite the variety at my event. They come individually packages, which allowed my guests to take one and leave, or stay a while and save some for later. Received an email offer and decided to drop in as my birthday is approaching on 3/25. I selected the strawberries and cream single Bundt cake. My wife ordered the pecan praline cake. The space has some nice things for purchase such as a variety of cards for different holidays/occasions and other small gifts. The space was small but nice. I will say that I did not feel welcomed upon entry. I arrived around 6:20pm and discovered they close at 7pm. Not certain if the interaction had anything to do with the time of day I dropped in. However, the employee that manned the register was rather short and distant. There was even a moment that she started to speak to someone in the middle of my order. This was my first trip here and I was extremely excited to try a sweet treat! Amidst all of that, they did not fail in the baking department. The icing was a bit sweet but the cake and strawberries were delicious and evened the flavors all around. My wife described the pecan praline cake as yummy. The frosting is sweet so sometimes I scrape it and put aside. My favorite is white chocolate raspy. Just learned when you purchase a "Nothing Bunt Cakes " carry out bag for the small Bundt's you get a discount when purchasing 4. So worth it!!! Ladies in the front were super friendly and helpful when told this was our first time there. Their menu is posted big and loud as soon as you approach the front. No guess work involved! They have bundtlets (single serve cakes), bundtinis (about the size of a cupcake), tiered cakes, 8' or 10' cakes. They also have gluten free options! (Yay for me!) Where has this place been my whole life?! I have been twice since this cute little store has opened. I see many more visits in my future too. Both times I went, I ordered the bundtlets, personal sized bundt cakes. They are just the right size! I'm currently in love with their featured flavor, Lemon Raspberry. It is the perfect summer flavor. I've also tried lemon (thanks to the free samples!), white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, carrot cake and chocolate chocolate chip. We just used Nothing Bundt Cakes to cater our office party, and we ordered 150 mini bundtlets. We chose choc, choc chip (my absolute fave), confetti for the kids, red velvet, and vanilla. This new "bakery" is located between Swoozies and Sur La Table, in the Shops at Friendly near PF Changs & Flemings. I was skeptical at first - we have some awesome cake shops in Greensboro - but tried the Red Velvet and was very pleased. It was moist and my fear of skimpy frosting was put to rest. There was enough frosting for every bite. The store also has a few gift items (think birthday/special occasion) available to purchase, too. A refrigerated case of large bundt cakes, bundtlets (think 1-2 servings) and bundtinis (cupcake size, sold only by the dozen) showed what was available and they may have had more in the back. I think Friendly Center needed a bakery of some sort and while this store only does one thing (bundt cakes) hopefully it will stay a long time. NOTE: Their hours state they are not open past 6:00pm (4pm on Sundays) which is unexpectedly short. read more

Walked in at 10 am. I've been to other locations many times and was excited that this franchisee was finally opening in Greensboro. I was planning to get a few different decorated ones as a thank you gifts for my kids teachers. Two workers in the front were trying to work on a cake box. I was looking at the case trying to decide on the flavors. Then, another walk-in customer came in and they asked her if she needed help. The female worker ended up helping her instead when they knew that I was there first. I decided to walk out, even then no one was saying anything. Wow! Not welcoming, business operation was not orderly. I've been to other locations and all of them were nice, except for this one. This is not the way to do business. Stopped by here while shopping. A family member had brought one of the cakes to holiday stuff and enjoyed it. I was greeted by a really nice girl and she was more than welcome to answer any questions I had. I'll have to say though.... it's nothing BUT cake. No water, no coffee, nothing. (Not even utensils to eat the smaller cakes) I was hoping to get a coffee and a piece of cake. That was disappointing when I found out they didn't do drinks. I got two of the bundtlets. Carrot and Lemon. The carrot was good, but really just tasted like a spice cake with tons of frosting. The frosting was delicious but alittle heavy for my taste. I enjoyed what I sampled, but I was disappointed. I would've much rather enjoyed a set up like some of the local spots like Cheesecake by Alex, or Delicious Bakery. Tasted your red velvet bundt cake on Saturday at a friends graduation and I must say it was amazing. And on Sunday I decided to take my sister there to pick up a couple cakes Togo and the customer service was horrible. With over 12 year in the service industry I must say I was very shocked by the rude young man that was behind the counter. He was very inpatient and clearly could care less about the fact that customer service is just as important if not more than the food. Not only did he get an attitude about me wanting to order the confetti bundt cake because he had to go in the back to get it but he also slammed my receipt on the counter after paying for me sign and immediately walked away no bye, have a good day or anything. I didn't expect that at all. These cakes are DELICIOUS!! Love this place so much!! My only concern is that I wish they would share what type of flour they use. I checked the website and emailed customer service but haven't heard back. I can have organic, non-GMO wheat flour but when I eat "unbleached or bleached wheat flour" that is not organic, I get a rash. I have been eating the GF chocolate chip cake (which is DELICIOUS) but if they use organic flour in their other cakes, I could try more flavors. Highly recommend this place!! read more
