These are some delicious pastries first off. The menu is small which I love with about 3-5 options. They're only open 3 days so on my recent trip I got 3 pound cakes and 3 sweet potato brownies. Everything was warm n when given to me ! The staff were extremely sweet and helpful. The store front us cute she intimate. I love the cakes and how dense it is then the cream cheese frosting over it takes it to another level. The sweet potato brownie is to die for as well. Thick , dense , sweet, the frosting sets it off and I did get one with pecan this time and it added a contrast to the texture. My only complaint is one if my sweet potato brownies had plastic pieces in it. This was my first time with this issue so I will go back. read more

Add this to your list of spots in Winston Salem to try! We sampled several goodies - Oreo fudge brownie, cinnamon roll bread pudding, and the famous sweet potato brownies. The Oreo brownie was decadent and delicious. Super rich and would recommend splitting with at least one other person. Cinnamon roll bread pudding also had great flavor. The sweet potato brownies were my favorite. Not too sweet, super moist and a nice change of pace from the normal bakery item. Service is fast and friendly. Wow! Hidden gem for sure!! We saw posts about this place on Instagram that the line was out the door most days so we had to try it ourselves. We were lucky enough and got there when there was f much of a wait. They take your order and top the dessert right there. We got their famous sweet potato brownie which was delicious. I've been to NataBelles Desserts a few times when visiting NC. I found out about this place from an influencer whom never steered anyone wrong when it comes to the food scene. I came for the cream cheese pound cake and the Sweet potato brownies and a few others daily specials they have. The desserts are amazing and are home made you can definitely taste the love they put into their desserts. The prices are great and the portion size are perfect. I've been here when it's been crazy busy, but the wait isn't too bad and well worth it. The staff is always so friendly and the owner she is so kind and will explain the menu for you. The inside is decent size, but it isn't dine in only take out. It is very clean inside and they have a wall you can sign if you'd like. I was influenced by an influencer to check this place out and was not disappointed! I love the desserts so much that I am now an avid follower of their Instagram page and always one of the first in line for the Greensboro drops!!!! Expect to wait in line because I'm not the only person that thinks this place is amazing! Also I recommend not having your heart set on a dessert since their menu changes daily and only has about 6 options on it (don't worry, you can't go wrong with anything!) On my first visit I had the biscoff banana pudding, strawberry cream cheese pound cake square, and the sweet potato pie swirl cream cheese pound cake FRESH OUT THE OVEN!!! All were amazing but that hot fresh sweet potato pie swirl cake literally melted in my mouth and sent me to another dimension for a bit!!!! THERE IS NO COMPETITION!!! Seen all the news about this place and we got the chance to come check it out. I was very excited to come here. All the items on the menu for the day sounded great. We ended up choosing the sweet potato pie swirl cream cheese pound cake, the strawberry birthday cake, and the biscoff banana pudding. I guess you can call it perfect timing because we're able to get a fresh right out the oven batch. It was hot and fresh. My wife and I looked at each other in the car and said, do we try to now while they're hot before we get home?!? We both shook our head and said yup! Oh my, it was delicious! That sweet potato pie swirl cream cheese pound cake is unbelievable. I swear I could hear sweet baby lullabies as I was eating it lol. The flavor is out of this world. I wasn't sure I would like it but BABYYY, it was everything and it wasn't too sweet! I got mine topped with pecans! It was the perfect combination of spices and sweetness! I will definitely be ordering these for the holidays! Original Cream Cheese Pound Cake - The first time I ordered it they put this icing on it. To me it kind of took away from the taste of the pound cake. It was a little too sweet but the cake was amazingly moist with that perfect pound cake density! After sitting in my car and taking a few bites, I went back in and ordered another slice "naked" with no icing and it was heavenly! However, I will say that after putting the one with icing in the fridge and eating it the next day, it was actually very tasty! Biscoff Banana Pudding Cookie - Wow!! The cookie was thick but soft, and amazing. The pudding on top was also very tasty. It didn't have bananas in it just a thick pudding topped with Biscoff cookie crumbs and a caramel drizzle. I went back in and ordered the cookie without the pudding on top thinking I'd like it better but naahhh that combination of cookie, pudding, and Biscoff was perfect pairing! He also ordered the Churro Pound Cake which was absolute perfection! The cinnamon and brown sugar spice combination was reminiscent of a coffee cake! There menu changes daily so only one or two items are made daily, everything else is something new and when you walk in. You are greeted by friendly staff that are helpful. LATE REVIEW ALERT: Listen Linda. When I say I have been sleeping on the cinn-a-man buns, that is an understatement. Yall know I am frugal with my coins and that price tag had a girl saying - nahhh . But I took the plunge to celebrate the beginning of my Winter Break and boy do I have a new addiction. I went with the biscoff and had to wait a few minutes. I drove home (abt a 10 min drive) and it was still warm when I dove in. This thing is HUGE. I ate it in 4 sessions. They are pillowy soft, you can see the layers as you pull them a part. If was so rich and decadent and melted in my mouth. It was even great cold and also reheats well. The next time you see these posted, run ‍ don't walk to grab you one. I promise you won't regret it. PS - the picture does not do this justice. PART 2: I also snagged one for Valentines's Day and it was made with red velvet. This was yummy as well but not as good as the biscoff. We have heard about this place time and time again and we finally had the opportunity to try it. The hype is definitely real. I ordered the sweet potato brownie, and I am still thinking about it two weeks later. It was warm, oozy, buttery, moist, and very flavorful. Truly, it was like a warm hug. Great customer service and they make it threw the line quickly. I came in Saturday afternoon and the line wasn't too bad (could fit inside). They had one person walking down the line taking orders, another ringing people up, and someone else completing the orders. Orders ranged in size but it probably took us 20mins for the whole process. The service was pretty prompt. I visit on Thursdays to avoid the crowds. The sweet potato brownie IS with all the hype!!!! I personally am not a fan of the cake bites. Sooooo the food was so good I forgot to take a picture first lol. It was warm and I just couldn't wait to take a bite and it was 100$ worth the calories. The pound cake was moist and sweet and the birthday cake crumble was such a fun twist. The sweet potato brownie was just like eating a slice of sweet potato pie but with a different textural profile but when you bit into it you were 100% able to tell the flavor. I ordered the Munchies Box for July and it came with 6 phenomenal desserts including the classic pound cake, birthday cake pound cake, orange creamsicle pound cake, sweet potato brownie and a couple others. It was packaged well and with intention. All ingredients down to the icing and crumbles were included and allowed you to recreate the full NataBelle's experience at home. Me and my friend did a dessert tasting and we had the pleasure of sampling all 6 and we were just blown away. Yes i've taken that trip to Winston 3 times just for this. The first time I stood in line for close to an hour which isn't bad considering how long the line was and the cakes needed a little time to cool considering they were in high demand and coming out like fruit cakes lol. Each time i've ordered 3 pound cakes and 3 sweet potato brownies (which is the limit) and atleast 2 of them don't make it out of the parking lot. The pound cake is soo airy and light. It literally melts in your mouth. The sweet potato brownie is soo light and fluffy. Not too sweet which I love. It's a Monday and I wish they were open to grab a couple of pieces. NataBelles is busy daily but def the weekends expect a wait. The inside is very spacious with a lot of standing and a good amount of seating. The reason I gave this bakery a three star review is because when she first moved to this location, the posted hours were not the actual hours. Mama and I tried to go several weekends in a row during the posted hours, but she was never open. Finally, when we went one day when she was open and got the sweet potato brownie, it didn't include the toppings that it included when it was purchased at the Piedmont aviation Cafe. Also, it didn't taste as good and it was much smaller. We decided that she must've chosen to use substandard ingredients, but obviously it still gets good reviews on here so the people who are trying it for the first time with the new ingredients obviously enjoy it. They don't have anything to compare it to like we do. It was tasty but nothing to write home about. I will have to try some of the other bakery items that I've read about here on Yelp. . Also, the place was very plain and I hope she has added some decorations to spice it up. There was absolutely no ambience as there were no tables or chairs and the service was just OK. It's always a joy to come to NataBelles Desserts. I first heard of them watching Mr.ChimeTime on Youtube, and on the two occasions I've been here, I've ordered the whole menu. The interior is cute, but no frills. There's a lot of decor centered around inspiration and such with very welcoming staff. Come in, look through what they have for the day, and get your order in. While their offerings may change, it seems like they always have their Sweet Potato Brownie. Get this with pecans for an extra $1 and enjoy an overload of flavor that will make your brain think this is too rich and too sweet. However, you won't want to stop eating it, or the 4-5 other items you probably ordered. They'll all have the perfect texture and have you thinking "I should stop" after one bite. However, you won't stop after that one bite and before you know it, you'll wish you had ordered another one. I won't name all the things I've ordered here, mainly because I don't remember them all, but of note I remember ordering an item that was flavored like Dole Whip that came with lots of whipped cream that was a tropical delight, and an item that was cheesecake bites with strawberry crunch which was fantastic. We have seen a fair amount of buzz about NataBelles over the last several months. My wife knew there storefront location was within the Marketplace mall but we were recently able to get our first taste of their famous sweet potato brownies at the Piedmont Aviation Snack Bar. We read, the whole idea was inspired by her late grandmother and her sweet-potato brownies, cream-cheese pound cake squares and more. Never did I expect to like the taste of a sweet potato brownie but let me tell you these are delicious. Today we had family in town from out of state and decided to stop in. When we arrived in the early afternoon they were moderately busy and there was a short line. We placed our order and were given our order number. We had a seat at one of the benches and waited for quite some time while they "dressed" our brownies. Once our number was called we picked up our brownies and immediately dug in. Unlike the prepackaged one we had previously this one was warm...this elevated it to the next level. Absolutely delicious! The desserts are definitely 5 stars and more. Sweet potato brownie was one of the best desserts I ever ate, and we also got the banana pudding cake, which was again one of the best desserts I ever ate. Finally, we got the pound cake bites, and if you're following along, it was one of the best desserts I ever ate!! They have limited hours here and sell out fast, but they are worth the effort! They are all so sweet in there too. Almost as sweet as their treats. The inside of the new-ish location was very clean and tidy as well. Don't plan to have it there, but that's okay. This is the kind of thing you're gonna want to take home for some shameless privacy! I can confidently say there is nothing else like this in the game, certainly not in the area. Their most popular item is the world famous sweet potato brownie and it is simply perfection. Everything about this brownie is right. It's airy, moist, and packed full of flavor. All their goodies are dressed onsite so they stay fresh and are all made to order. You can get the sweet potato brownie with or without pecans over the healthy dose of sweet icing dousing. Their cream cheese pound cake bites come with rotating topping options. On the day of my visit the options were strawberry white chocolate, churro with cheesecake mousse, and cream cheese pound cake bites with a crunch berry crumble. Natabelles does a great job of posting the daily menu on their social media. You'll need to plan your trip carefully because they do sell out almost daily! I overheard the gentleman behind me telling them that he had driven down all the way from Charlotte. These may seem like they're a bit pricy but there is SO much dessert in these treats. They pack these boxes full, especially with the pound cake bites. It is a HEARTY portion and tastes great even days later. The owner is an absolute gem, I really enjoyed talking with her about her business. She started NataBelles as a way to cope with the grief brought on by losing her grandmother. Hey family. I had heard about this place some time ago and it was definitely on my list to try. I had the pleasure of dropping by on Saturday and I understand the hype. The desserts are really really good. I really enjoyed the sweet potato brownie but I equally enjoyed the poundcake bites. I was a little confused because I didn't realize it's within Marketplace Mall in Winston-Salem. There are not too many spots within the mall but I did ask a customer who was in line with me that NataBelles and Hamricks are the only reason people go there for the most part. When I reached the section I was slightly confused because I saw a few people kind of standing around. I was notified that I needed to have a ticket with a number on it and when they called it, I could place my order. They do rotate some items, so I could either scan the QR code which links to their Facebook page or look at on the counter. I received my number and just sat for a few minutes until I was called to place my order. The only thing I would say as the business grows is to maybe have a signs on the front counter to let people know that's how they need to place their order. But I believe this was recently implemented so it cuts down on the chaos. I placed my order and got one of everything on the menu that day. I knew traveling to Winston-Salem, I needed to make it worth my while. They opened at 12 and I got there about 11:45 because I knew it is a popular spot. I'm very glad I did and aside from probably going during the week, I'm sure it gets busy on Saturdays. I recommend getting there early so you don't run the risk of them running out of your favorite item. They also are active on Instagram so to easy to keep up with updates. Sweet potato cinnamon roll was a 10/10 Was sold out in less than an hour. But waiting 2 hours for it on a Saturday afternoon that was a 0/10 experience. Was is good? Yes, but not that good. After two long years I was finally able to try the World Famous Sweet Potato Brownies and Cheese cake with pecans and they did not disappoint! Price wise, I was a little surprised by the portion sizes of the brownie's - I was expecting them to be a little larger. The cheesecake was more price appropriate. Still, I would definitely return the next time I'm riding through Winston Salem to try more flavors! read more

Wow, all I can say is NataBelles is phenomenal! We recently came for a Yelp event, but when we saw the Poundcake bites w/ Birthday cake crumble we knew we had buy an order and give them a try as well! These have to be some of the best poundcake squares I have ever had!! On their own they are perfectly sweet and moist, but add the toppings and boom! These are phenomenal!!! Be sure to come early and check out their site for the menu as it does change and they do sell out of things quick (after giving them a taste, I certainly see why). We will hands down be coming back for more tasty treats as well! read more
