The other day I put my order in the drive-thru at KK. I got my donuts and Scott gave me change for the transaction and then he gave me change for another transaction. I had forgotten to get my change from the day before. Wow! All the workers at KK's are friendly. I love going there. read more

My daughter and I come here almost every wed for family night! She loves it! She gets her own donut that she gets to decorate and they have crafts for the kids to do. read more

It was awesome visiting this location and krispy kreme in general after a long time. The person at counter gave all of us free doughnuts and also explained the making process and seemed very excited about the whole thing. All in all very friendly staff and great donuts. read more

Very convenient location and easy to get in and out. The donuts are consistently good and the same you'll find at all Krispy Kreme locations. Not really my favorite donuts, but their quality control is good and I know what I'm getting each time. My favorites are the Krispy Kreme original glazed. Still fascinating watching the in-store donut assembly line! read more

Great kolaches, but they took forever to process my order. That being said, they were fresh and hot when they arrived, but didn't have enough cheese on them. read more

Awful. They have a rewards system but dont know how to redeem your points off your account. Three times I've tried to redeem the points in different occasions. Just now they had me 10 mins trying to figure it out i gave up and left. Also if you like fresh and warm doughnuts make sure you revise them before you take them, they like to stack sealed boxes and sell them as "fresh". All the employees seem to be in a foul mood but one, which is always cheerful and sincerely treating people. read more

Hi, Did you see the yahoo story about a Krispy Kreme worker in Austin? She was presented with a customer request to create a configuration or the Olympic Circles with doughnuts. So deep and analytically in thought and questions she came thru with a class act and solved a problem that should have EVERY business mgt. person take notice. Her name is Jackie and works at the KK in Austin, TX. I wish I could meet her. Her deed inspires a want to achieve when you watch the clip. Mark Scharlow, Toledo, OH PS Who ever taught her is to be praised. read more

It's a clean and well kept donut shop. My only complaint is they will not warm up their donuts. Who wants a cold donut? I saw the microwave and asked to have my donut heated up, but was told they do not warm up donuts here. read more

Multiple cashiers kept taking my card back and forth to the drive thru register to charge me, and walking away while I was talking to them. I could tell there must've been some malfunction with the main registers, but they were not communicating and making it way more complicated than it needed to be. Ordering a donut has never felt so confusing. The main concern was that water from the ceiling was leaking onto the floor. Two separate people walked through the puddle while I was there, and both let an employee know. Both times, the employee said, "Yeah, it's an old building," and didn't bother to put a bucket or caution sign up. This is not only unsanitary, but it's not safe. I hope the employee has a better response to corporate when someone slips and tries to sue... The donuts and kolaches never disappoint though. read more

I went here once to pick up some donuts for a client. If I ever get donuts I try to stay away from the chains, but when I came to this Krispy Cream to pick up my order at the drive thru I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. An amazing woman by the name of Christine greeted me. For a second I thought I was at a mom-and-pops donut store because of how warm and welcoming Christine was. The donuts were ready in literally 15 seconds and the transaction couldn't have been more pleasant. I've gone back many times since then, and the extra calories and grams of sugar are worth it. Christine's smile is contagious. This is a great place with consistent quality and amazing customer service. read more

My kids love this place so much, I had to promise them I would say something nice online.

KK has distinguished itself in the marketplace with a unique product that nobody else can rival. There is no other experience like savoring a glazed KK fresh off the line. No other donuts taste like them. The fact that they give you one free when you go in is a big bonus. Just be sure to get there after 5pm when they fire up the machine. The only problem I have with KK is that they have crept their prices up to about a buck per donut when you buy them individually. That still isn't much for the sinful pleasure you receive, but not quite the bargain it once was. Also, at most you can only eat two or three of these at a time and then you immediately regret it. You are easily tempted to bring home a dozen or two but remorse always sets in when you see the half eaten box mocking you. Enjoy KK, but in moderation. read more

Ok first of all I am a donut fanatic I eat like 25 a day yum so when I heard about this place after 15 donuts I was hooked they need more variety of fountain drinks wish I had one back home read more

Saturday Morning went to get a Hazelnut iced coffee, and the guy that was the cashier made my drink. When I purchased my order I got my drink and it was black, I looked at the website at the Hazelnut iced coffee and the pictures showed a creamy tan color, it was not made right and it's false advertisement plus it did not taste nothing like it should have and it was not a medium like I ordered it was definitely a small so not only did he get the drink around he got the size wrong. I'm very disappointed in my purchase. read more

my buddy and i were at this location a couple of nights ago, there weren't any customers when we walked in the store had 3 staffs working and one looked like a manager, no hi or hello or howdy.. ok.. that's fine i guess, so we said hi to 'em.. after standing there for a minute the manager finally asked what we wanted..i told him we're still deciding for there's quite a selection.. 2 other people walked in then followed by a family of 5, we finally decided what we wanted and the manager took our order while the other customers were greeted with joy and and cheer and were offered free samples while i was paying.. i don't know what to make of it, oh well, maybe they have a pleasant morning staff.. read more

Fresh donuts they actually give you a free donut when you walk through the doors. At least that was my experience more than once. I love the smell of this place. Bring me back to being at Astro wold for some reason. That was a long time ago haha there's not a huge selection of donuts but they are very fresh and really delicious read more

This place has a horrible drive thru lady. First of all you cant even understand any word that comes out of her mouth, then she seems like your a hassle cause I went threw drive thru. Oh an make sure you speek slowly cause asking for a cup of water might get you a 1.89 bottled water, an asking for two sep bags is extra work for her. read more

Service is always wonderful, attentive, and quick. You've gotta go in and get one of the glazed fresh off the belt. It's worth the time.

I really like Krispy Kreme donuts. However, for some reason every time I have been to this location, the donuts never seem fresh. I have yet to have a hot fresh donut served here. Perhaps I have just had back luck/timing. Nonetheless, never had a fresh donut there. read more

I was just here on Friday and the doughnuts are so yummy! I really like that they have the assembly line of doughnuts, that are freshly being made right in front of you too. I tried the ghost buster doughnuts, the Halloween themed ones and the classics. All delicious! The staff was wonderful and all in all...it was a very pleasant visit :-) read more

I had the best experience ever. Customer service was amazing. My son and I were waiting in line and were cut in front of several times but quietly we waited. Finally ordered and went to pay but the staff insisted they pay for my dozen donuts and then another staff member can't out with a second dozen and handed it to my son. Thank you !! read more

I know the donuts are great but the coffee is fantastic. Their latte was 10times better than the more expensive coffee down the road at cuprimo. read more

A month or so ago, I stopped in for a chocolate glazed cake donut and iced coffee and was pleased with both. Today I stopped by again. The donut was OK, the iced coffee was bitter and had to be thrown away, and the service was not friendly at all. read more

My husband and I went to this location tonight after checking the Hot Now app and getting a craving for some warm donuts. At the drive thru our car was the only one in the line (at about 8:30 pm) and we quickly placed our simple order for a dozen glazed. We got to the window and waited for our doughnuts.... and waited....and waited. After awhile a female came to the window and asked, "What was your order? I don't know where he went" referring to the gentleman who took our order at the speaker. I reminded her of our order (though I would've thought it would be your ordering system) and she said she would be right back with it. So we wait.... and wait.. and wait some more. After about ten to fifteen minutes at that window with zero help, I had enough and left. We watched several people walk past the drive thru window and not a single one felt personally responsible to help. After all of the media coverage surrounding Jackie and her outstanding customer service, I was sorely disappointed in our experience. read more

Okay...I'm embarrassed to admit it but I'm hooked on Krispy Kreme donuts! I had my first taste in North Carolina and I was addicted. We enjoy watching the donuts being made. I always stop by around the holidays for the adorable holiday themed donuts. The best part is when we go there on the weekend AM, they'll give you complimentary hot glazed donuts right off the conveyor belt. You cannot beat a fresh hot glazed donut! read more

I just love it. I'm kinda crazy so I like drive up to the one in our neighborhood at 2 a.m. and get the donuts. It's really great.

Not only were the donuts great, but getting a free dozen donuts for my first Krispy Kreme donut experience was pretty sweet!! I was #blessed. I went on September 19th when they were having Pirate Day. The majority of people waiting in line were all dressed up like Pirates, getting all hyped up for their free donuts. I wasn't one of those people but my "arrgh" pirate voice really stole the show that day!!! :D Just kidding. It was actually really whimpy but the worker was nice when he said my pirate voice was "pretty groovy." From that, I would have to rate the customer service to be 6 out of 5 stars because my pirate voice was really cringeworthy on all levels. In addition to the friendly service, the donut itself hit a home run for me. The glazed donut was fresh n' hot. The delicious smell had already put me in a trance. That first bite melted in my mouth. The dough was super warm 'n soft and the glaze was sweet, simple and to the point. Loved every bite. It was truly a foodie's donut dream experience. I would definitely recommend Krispy Kreme if you still haven't had it yet. read more

I can never resist this place when I pass by, and my kids neither. What more can you ask for from a donut shop? Warm fresh donuts, watch them be made right before your eyes, a huge variety..which is awesome considering I love the Kreme fillings and my wife cant stand them. My daughter loves anything with sprinkles, and my son just sticks to the original. Customer service here is awesome! I recommend this place all the time to everyone. If you haven't been here, you are missing out! read more

Wagon, the manager is fantastic! I brought a group of residents from our retirement community by his store to pick up donuts for our scenic drive. He loaded up a box of fresh, hot donut holes, as well a box of regular glazed donuts and brought them out to the bus and personally handed them out. He is sweet and personable, not to mention is outstanding customer service. Thank you Wagon, and all the wonderful staff at the Research blvd. store! read more
