I usually have decent coffee and service from this location which is my neighborhood one. Unfortunately, I got a really bad cup of coffee last night it was only a tall caramel macch w extra caramel syrup. It had so much milk it was disgusting and what caramel I should add to complaint. I poured my cup down the drain and called the store. Was apologized to and told to supply my name for the list. This morning I got up to claim my remake and to add more goodies. Well, after explaining at window the store manager Evelyn Pineda whom sounded like it was her I spoke w night before goes back and forth with me on my credit. She claimed she was looking for the receipt in the system...ok, I don't even get a receipt when I order. However, she needs the receipt to see if I was refunded the $$. If it was its not in my account and its not the instruction given to me when I called them the night before. The total order was $8 it included a danish, I was obviously telling the truth because I specifically told her the time I ordered and amount eventhough they don't provide receipts to their customers (she wanted to know that too..to find the receipt). So, basically I was given her card not sure why, I paid for a new order and told her it was not worth my time to go in rounds about a $5 cup of coffee. Its petty for a manager to treat a customer as if they were lying about a tall..not grande, not venti coffee they screwed up. Evelyn Pineda the coffee was not refunded in my account, your Starbucks provided a pathethic cup of joe and you provided the worst customer service. Its not about $5, its about the service and product you put out. It will be quite awhile before I entertain this location again with my time and although its $5, my hard earned money. read more

I go to this Starbucks often as it's very close to my kids class but somehow dint review it sooner, this place is good mostly they don't screw up order, staff is good but one guy, I don't know his name he ties a small pony tail sometimes, he is outstanding whenever he is making drink it's always lively, welcoming, friendly smiling and he is good with kids( mine usually won't have patience, while waiting for his), but he will be super nice! read more

Ive been going to this Starbucks for many years. The staff was always helpful and straight to work. They have hired members who care more about their hair than doing their job. The lack of efficiency and after the employee finished messing with their hair I finally got my pastry. Ordered it ahead thinking it would be quick... and it was anything but. And my drink was only half filled ( I get it often and know it's not supposed to happen ) Overall just disappointed in the service and quality of a location and store I enjoy so much. read more

I placed two online orders this morning for pickup. Upon arriving at the parking lot, I noticed it was hard to get in due to cars in the drive-thru, wrapping back and into the main street., way busier than usual. Once I was able to park in front of the store safely, I got out of the car, and there was a sandwich board in front that said "DRIVE THRU ONLY" with an apology note that the lobby was "temporarily closed." Now, this has happened before due to store issues or staffing, but it is usually not a big deal. But, inside the store, there were several tables occupied with customers eating/drinking, not sure what was up with that. I was in a hurry, hence why I placed the online order and counted the cars, and it was 17 deep to get to the drive-thru. I did not have time, so I tried to call the store and have them cancel and refund my order. No answer. I will have to reach out to Starbucks directly for the refund. If you are closing the lobby I am sure there is a good reason, BUT, the first thing you need to do is close the online orders unless you are going to have someone at the door to hand them out. I know "first-world" problems, but it was a pretty frustrating experience for myself and several other patrons who arrived at the same time. read more

I'm so sad. I go to this Starbucks pretty frequently and I always see the employees offer whipped treats to sweet pups in the car at the drive thru. So today I decided to bring my sweet boy to Starbucks with me. He typically hates car rides, but as we neared he drove thru window he peeked up with his tail wagging as if he knew What was coming. To my surprise the drive thru employee didn't even acknowledge his happy wagging tail even with my window down. He didn't offer any sweet treat for my puppy. I left that drive thru with the most disappointed dog I've ever seen. I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks location. If I am in a hurry, I love the drive through option! Then I can get my passion tea lemonade fix quick and on the go! Of course if it's 6am I'm on my way to work, a tall coffee with a shot of espresso is the way to go. The baristas are friendly and the facilities are clean. My coffee drink as well as other items in my order, is made to perfection and delivered with exuberance at the crack of dawn each and every time. This location has recently went downhill. They have an employee that has no clue what they are doing, I think the name tag says Sole. Three times now this person took my order then asked me when I got to the window what my order was or handed me all the wrong drinks. I've gotten great service at this location. Last time I was here I came in about 10 minutes before they closed. I apologized and order a caramel flan latte. This seems to be a very popular location. The crew is very efficient; however, so don't let a line dissuade you. The store front is small, bordering on claustrophobic, but there is a drive through and some outside seating. If you are getting coffee to go, this is a great location. read more

It would take a lot for me to stop going to Starbucks. This location is convenient and has a drive through which is the only reason I ever go here. But it is awful. They *regularly* mess up my drink order (hot instead of iced, the wrong size, not enough shots, etc.), and don't make drinks properly even when they are technically making the right thing that I ordered (i.e. an entire inch of thin bubbly foam that dissolves and leaves you with a half-full cup). The attitude is horrible, the service is slow, and I have NEVER been offered a free drink coupon despite the number of times they've screwed up my order. This is not a question of demanding free drinks; it's the fact that they don't acknowledge their mistake and attempt to make up for it, which is, quite simply, poor service. Even so, it is still a Starbucks, which means that the food is decent and the drinks, when made correctly, are great. Even a crappy Starbucks is better than a lot of other coffee places. If you go, expect to wait for a while for them to fix your drink after they screw it up the first time. read more

This morning I went to Starbucks to get a free holiday reusable cup. Things have been stressful, unpredictable and upsetting the past 8 months and I know a free reusable cup isn't much, but it really made my day. The woman who gave me my order, I think her name was Apol, but I could totally be spelling that wrong/didn't get a good look at the name tag and I profusely apologize if I did, but she is so incredibly kind and makes my day whenever I see her in the drive thru. She brightens up my day and makes me feel good the rest of the day, even if it has been kinda sucky from the start.
