The fish was perfectly cooked, the shrimp were juicy, and all the toppings complemented everything beautifully. Every bite was fresh and full of flavor. And let's talk about the okra -- hands down the BEST okra ever! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not greasy at all. I could've ordered a second batch just for myself! That response alone was unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism from management. A staff member (who walked past us when we asked for water) came to our table acting as if she were a supervisor or manager, but it was clear she was not. Being misled like that was frustrating. When the actual manager was finally contacted, he came over already defensive, talked over us, and dismissed our concerns instead of trying to resolve them. To make matters even more concerning, I personally ordered an alcoholic drink and was not asked to show my ID at any point. Overall, this experience showed poor service, poor food quality, and unprofessional management. This place has clearly gone downhill.
