This is how they APPLIED LUBE, ridiculous

WORST DEALERSHIP, WORST SERVICE EVER They charged me ridiculous amount of money for the issue they were not able to address and tried to charge me even more. Also, they did not inform or provide me of the approximate quote prior to continuing with any service. On top of all that, during all 3 times I had to go there to drop off my car so they can try to do NOTHING, the condition of my car when I got it back was a DISASTER, TERRIBLE. The first time, they did not put the floor mat back in my car and did not even remember where they put it. Second time, the components and fabrics of my trunk was just left there without properly assembled back to how it was supposed to be. And finally, on third time, they told me that they had put lube on the metal part of my back seat and when I opened the seat, the lube was just dumped and smeared all over. The photos attached show how they applied lube to the metal in my car. I would NEVER RECOMMEND and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to this dealership. Their customer service is beyond horrible and I cannot even describe this level of poor quality.

Pinion nut backed off.

I can't say enough good things about Twins Buick GMC and the way their team handled my situation…read more The original vehicle I purchased from them ended up developing serious electrical problems. That could have easily turned into a nightmare, especially with the possibility of a long repair process or the vehicle ultimately being totaled. But Twins didn't just shrug their shoulders and leave me to deal with it. I stayed involved, asked questions, did my own legwork, and worked with them because I cared just as much as they did about finding a real solution. In return, Twins stepped up and helped make the situation right by helping me get into the Buick ST I have now. That meant more to me than they probably realize. As a disabled father with children who also have disabilities, reliable transportation isn't just a convenience. It affects my independence, my work, and most importantly, my ability to be there for my kids. A huge thank-you to Craig, Gina, Mark, and the entire finance team. Every one of them played a part in helping turn a very frustrating situation into something positive. Craig really came through for me, Gina and Mark helped keep things moving, and the finance team worked through the details to help make the ST possible. Anybody can earn a good review when everything goes perfectly. The real test of a business is what they do when something goes wrong. The first vehicle had problems, but Twins stood behind the situation and helped make it right. That says a lot more to me than a flawless transaction ever could. They earned my trust, my respect, and absolutely earned this five-star review. Thank you to Craig, Gina, Mark, the finance team, and everyone at Twins Buick GMC who helped me get through the situation and into my ST. You didn't just sell me another vehicle. You stood behind the first one and helped make things right when it mattered.

I told him that I had very little time to come to see the Mazda 3 in person today, advertised for $1,500.00, because I had a important appointment to attend, in just a couple of hours. I asked him why this vehicle, which looked very nice in the Autotrader ad, was selling for such a low price. He assured me that it was just because it was getting near the end of the month. I told him that I would come directly to the dealership, to pay a cash deposit to hold the vehicle, until I had some more free time to complete the sale, and required paperwork. I drove to the dealership, which took nearly 1/2 hour, in heavy traffic. Once I got there, a "sales representative" approached me, smoking a cigarette, and asked what vehicle I was interested in? I told him that I was there to see the tan Mazda 3, to which he said "oh, that car already sold last night". I told him that I just spoke to a phone representative , who assured me that it was still available. He didn't seem to care, so I had a few choice words for him about his company wasting an hour of my time, to come to see a car that was not even on the lot. My thoughts: The local phone number listed, went to a call center rep, who had no idea of vehicle availability. This car was listed for a price that seemed too low, and too good to be true, and was only being used to lure in unsuspecting customers. In other words, it was the oldest trick in the book, used by many unscrupulous businesses of common bait & switch advertisements, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. In conclusion, I will say that I would never personally purchase any type of vehicle from Columbus Luxury Cars, L.L.C. It seems that other people have also felt the same way about this dishonest dealership, based on their very poor customer ratings.

I asked why he said they added a paint sealer and an engine inspection. I told him the reason I'm here is it was listed for 15,994 on the website and he said we just changed our prices. I asked if he could get the keys and his response was let's go in inside and talk some numbers and I told him I want to see the inside again. He walked off and never came back and had one of his co workers come out and tell me they couldn't find the keys. Stay away from this place. The price on their website was 5,000 dollars lower than what they said it was on the lot.

We're in a peculiar situation with a car purchase, and I found one at Capital Kia (Great Lakes now) a month prior to submit to GMAC for approval. Gabby was most helpful then. But it fell through. So yesterday, we look at a Ford EcoSport which had some high mileage for GMAC, I think, but I loved it. She and her team worked to find me something GM can't complain about: a 2020 Kia Soul with under 15K miles on it. That's right, boys and girls, I Said under 15K miles. Not a Ferrari or a Bugatti, a Kia. Two hours after we arrived, (see picture below), we have a (new to me) new Kia Soul. And I Still say there's an "e" missing from Soul (where's Kia made? S. Korea. Figure out the pun yerself, I'm not explaining all of my Dad jokes lol) I love Capital Kia. They treat you right. Every customer chair in the place is leather. They are all reasonably intelligent (I mean they quickly understood what "substitution of collateral" means, that other place ... the idiot looked at me like I'd grown a third head), and worked with me through every step. They kept in touch with me and honestly, that's why I returned to them. I like helping out people who care. It's just me. I should be picking it up Tuesday. Now all it needs is a software update to immobilize the engine... LMFAO :)

They got me a 6% interest rate and I put a little down on it and it has been history since! I love driving it and I put about 4,000 miles on it the first year I've owned it. I will definitely buy another vehicle here if the opportunity presents itself and I've sent a few customers their way as well because they were so good. In attempt to purchase a car, my guy friend (who's so in cars) and I priced the KBB value of a 04 Volvo. They wanted 12, KBB priced at 7 but we were willing to negotiate. As a person with good credit (literally classified as good) and 1500+ for a downpayment we found it odd that they wanted nearly 30% of the car's asking price, switched some numbers to where KBB price matched there's, then tried to put me in cars that looked like they were on there last leg. Granted, each customer experience is different, but it's crazy how with good credit I was told I need a substantial downpayment and the Volvo s40 turbo was not an option, yet I went to Lindsay Acura and only put down 1500 with a brand new Acura TL... First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.
