I am very late with this review, but have been very busy as well as in and out of the hospital, since taking delivery of my Mach 1 Mustang I purchased from Krieger in December 2020. But I did not take actual delivery until January 2021 due to shipping delays down to my home in Florida due to weather. I initially talked to Jeff Krieger who I attended college with back in the mid 1970's about the car. He ended up referring me on to Dennis Fritz his used car Manager to work out the details. Long story short my wife and I presented Dennis with several challenges and hesitations however Dennis was extremely patient and worked through them all. We even had to get one of his sales reps Geno involved at one point and he came through like a champ. Finally after a few shipping issues we finally took delivery on January 4th. I have since made a few modifications, and taken the car to 5 car shows. I have done pretty well as I have come home with 3 very nice trophies for my efforts and the nice car from Krieger Thank you all ! read more

So, we've had to take our car back twice in three days because each time they take our car apart something new stops working correctly. Then they want to say that the new issue, that mysteriously started happening after they've serviced our car, has nothing to do with what they just did. I felt unattended when bringing my vehicle here for maintenance. I always left my vehicle there and would pick it up upon completion. A couple of different times they failed to call me up or failed to tell me the repair would take longer than the original estimate. That is fine but please alert the customer as to what is going on. I shouldn't have to be surprised when I go to retrieve my vehicle and learn the repair is not finished. The staff is alright to work with. My guess would be upper management is maybe not staying on top of the individuals in their respective departments to keep them running on all cylinders. Something is amiss in the operations of this place. There is room for improvement. read more

On July 15th 2020, I called Krieger Ford spoke with Rick McGrath to schedule an oil change for my granddaughters 2018 Ford Focus, he was very professional and I was told to have her bring her vehicle in early the next morning in which she did. During the oil change the service engine light came on and the service person told her there was an error with her key fob and she should start using her spare key, after a few days her car started to slow down while she was driving and the service engine light was on again, she's 21 so she called me, her grandmother. I had her to send me a picture and it was a wrench with the message engine fault service now. I called Krieger Ford back and explained the situation to Rick, again he was very professional and scheduled an appointment for her car to be serviced, he called me with the diagnosis, it was her turbocharger he said the parts had been ordered, my granddaughter rented a vehicle the day she dropped hers off July 24th we were given an estimated date of August 1-3 The following day Rick called and said the wrong part had come in and it was going to be a few days longer. After fourteen days she was able to pick her vehicle up on August 6th, her turbocharger was replaced, she worked extra hours to help cover the $458.00 rental bill therefore, not driving her vehicle much after picking it up. On the second night, August 7th after picking her vehicle up she called me frantic, the car was lit up like a spaceship it had slowed to 30 miles and had a loud knocking sound, I immediately had her to check the oil...there was a smear of oil on the white paper towel, I had her to walk across to the gas station to get a quart of oil so she could drive home, remember she had just gotten a oil change at the same dealership a few weeks prior to having her turbocharger replaced. She drove her vehicle back to Krieger Ford 1800 Morse Rd Cols, Oh this is when everything went wrong. My granddaughter explained what had happened to her vehicle, was told they would check it out and was given a loaner at no charge. A couple of days past we hadn't heard anything so I called and left Rick a detailed message days passed I didn't hear from Rick I left another message days passed no word from Rick. I called back and was told Rick was no longer on her case and I would be speaking with Julie Remington, she was not available I was told she was there and would call me back we finally connected...she was very rude, unknowledgeable, and argumentative, I asked what happened to the oil in the car she told me they didn't touch the oil. I tried to explain to her that, that was not possible if her turbocharger had been replaced that was a main component in replacing a turbocharger. She began to talk over me, telling me it was impossible for my granddaughter to drive her car without any oil in it, but still not addressing my question what happened to the oil that she had changed there on the 16th of July she danced all over that question until pressed about weather or not the turbocharger was installed correctly. At that point she said to me that the oil was kinda-sorta messed with, I asked her what was kinda-sort again she deflected. I was told she'd be calling me back, tonight August 26th at 7:19 pm she left a message saying the service manager wants us to pick up the car and return the loaner, I'm contacting my attorney and six on your side tomorrow. Someone at Krieger Ford is responsible for not replacing the oil in my granddaughters vehicle which has damaged her engine and they (Krieger Ford) does not want to accept responsibility! I bought a Ford Fusion for my work 3 years ago. I bought a full service plan with it to cover services every 10K miles. I have a recurring issue that I've inquired about and no one will look at after they installed tires. Second, I have written a letter to the service manager and emailed, and he won't respond. Now today, I take it into get serviced and they tell me that my "lug nuts are stripped". I asked how that's happened, since they're the only ones who serviced it, they wouldn't respond. They just charged me $106 for new lugs. I asked to talk to someone and got ignored again. I buy a new car every three years since I drive 800 miles a week. I'm in the market now and I can't believe I'm going to say this, but you just lost a customer over lug nuts. I don't need a vendor, I need a partner to keep me running. You guys need to learn how to talk with your customers. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Do I have to leave any stars?? Found a Ford truck they had listed online, my husband flew out to Ohio to pick it up. They weren't honest from the get go. The truck in person compared to the pictures?? Completely different situation! The pictures make it look clean and it was filthy!!! Dennis the Sales Manager was just a terrible person to work with! He was nice over the phone, but once we got there was rude from the moment my husband stepped foot on their lot?? I'm sure he knew that the truck wasn't we would be expecting! The seat was ripped and when we went and looked at the pictures posted online they took a picture where you couldn't see that part of the seat. They acted like they were surprised that the seat was ripped??? It's the drivers seat, they absolutely knew!! They wouldn't give my husband back his deposit when he had confirmed 2x over the phone that he would get a check cut! The sales guy was out trying to clean the car because it was so filthy and they wouldn't do anything about it! That's not his job! He tried to tell my husband as he was leaving that hey had told me 4 times over the phone that the truck wasn't ready??? WHAT??? Complete lie, he never listened to any phone calls and I can guarantee that he never told me the truck wasn't ready?? It had been listed for several days... and we definitely wouldn't of flown out to pick up a truck that wasn't ready! *DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.* First of all this is my entire experience in which I drove from Michigan to give a dealership in Ohio my business on October 10. 2018, which by the way will NEVER happen again. *1st thing, I was quoted an amount per the internet and the customer care person by email and upon arriving the sticker price which was the same as both quotes prior to the trip which was $4900.00 I was told that one of the other salesmen made a mistake on the price and that it should have been priced at $5500. So I tell the guy that was assisting me about what amount was quoted and he asked that I send him the email in which I did he went and talked with his boss and came back said he couldn't sale it for $4900 and that it was an error and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. So, once they saw pictures being taken of the van with the sticker price of $4900 at this time now they are able to sell it at the $4900 price. *2. I asked the guy assisting was there anything wrong with van he stated that there had been a vehicle inspection completed on the vehicle and he stated was one of there CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicles. So I took the salesperson word in good faith and because of this verifications no warranty was purchased. *3. Purchased vehicle on 10/10/2018 *4. Would not start on 10/16/2018, not even a week later. I contacted my salesperson and when I asked if there's anything they could do to help me he instantly said to me "you bought an as is vehicle" I told him I understand that but I haven't even received the paperwork on it yet, haven't had it 7 days yet he says sorry nothing they can do. So I had to get the vehicle towed, and I missed work. The total repair cost was $280, it was the starter. So I contacted the dealer to see once repaired if they would assist in the cost. I was told maybe $100 dollars so I said that's not even half the cost for repair. So his boss contacted me and said same thing $100 dollars. I did not accept this offer instead I contacted the Attorney General office there in Ohio. Once getting them involved the Krieger Ford company offered to cover $169 in which I would have excepted until she stated the grounds for that deal some type of disclosure in which I could not give a review about my experience. I spent $4900 with Krieger Ford and they wouldn't spend $280 for the part and labor for a vehicle I had not had for even 7 days shame on you Krieger Ford! You lost what could have been a regular customer. Every consumer needs to know my experience I will not be quiet. So now I'm wondering who else has this company tried to bribe to not give a review. Brought my car in for service here 3 times and every time was horrible. First time was for an oil change and i asked for a specific oil filter. 2 hours later they told me it was done and put the wrong filter on. They argued with me and made me pay for the filter i asked for even though i was originally told it wouldnt be a problem and then took another hour to fix it. 3+ hours on an oil change. After that i brought it in to have the stereo and transmission looked at but they couldnt find the problem with the transmission because they never bothered to try to recreate it. They at least found the issue with the stereo and ordered a part. Scheduled an appointment to have the part installed and was told multiple times it should only take 2-3 hours. Brought the car in and waited until an hour and a half later when they said they hadnt even started and that they couldnt get to it until later in the day so i left in a rental. Over 10 hours later i call to see whats going on and am told to call back the next day because the person in the service dept didnt know. At no point whatsoever was i contacted or told they planned on keeping my car overnight. I went in to try and get more details and they hadnt even started work on my car so i gave them the rental back and took my car home without them ever even working on it like they were supposed to. We were directed to Krieger ford by a mutual family friend who had used Krieger successfully and so we already had someone we knew working there. Prior to visiting Krieger we had gone to Marysville Honda and Marysville Chevy. While those visits were fine I was a bit off put by the fact that at the Honda location I had been told that a car stereo (for navigation purposes) installed in a vehicle may negate the warranty. While I sincerely doubted the validity of such an absurd statement I will admit that I told my wife it was a real bone of contention for me with Honda. Combine that with the fact that their cars on their website were listed at starting at about 17K and actually sold starting at about 5k more meant we moved on. Chevy was friendly and accommodating but the best they could do was the Chevy Cruz and we just weren't enthralled with that choice. We wondered if we could do better so we headed on over to Kreiger Ford. Arriving at Krieger we were greeted nicely and talked with Scott while we waited on our contact Mac to arrive. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. He was able to entertain all of my inane questions about Hybrids and how they functioned (I'm a techie so that interests me) and all of the questions I had about the classic cars they had parked in their show room (that were way out of our price range and sensibility but nonetheless...). Once Mac arrived he and Scott set us up with some test drives and even encouraged us to take a vehicle home if we thought it may be a good match. We went through a couple of cars before inquiring about an all wheel drive and Mac told us he had a nice 2014 Ford Escape which fit the bill. Well the vehicle was loaded, with low mileage and looked brand spanking new so we took it for a drive. It drove really well and we took them up on using it overnight to get a better idea if that was the car for us. After having the vehicle for a day we decided to see what Krieger could do so we headed back down and Mac was able to get us a great deal and we left the vehicle there to get washed/cleaned and in the meantime we were able to give Scott some of our information to get the financing started with Harold. The next day we headed back down and met with Harold who was able to get us financed and all set up in just under one hour. My previous experiences was that the financing would take a whole day so not sure if Krieger just does a good job of it or if the pre-information we gave them was the key to getting us in and out very quickly and the entire process not taking an entire day. I liked the fact that Harold gave us options on how to finance and did not pressure us to do any one thing. He was also quite friendly and explained all of our options quite nicely in regards to warranties for the vehicle and/or tires. In summary, we did have one issue with our vehicle but a quick phone call to Mac has assured us that it would be taken care of if it happened again and we've been very happy with our new vehicle. Having spent some time with Krieger Ford I can strongly recommend them for being very knowledgeable, very friendly and courteous and they most certainly go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Most importantly, at least for me anyways, we never felt pressured to buy anything more than we needed, in regards to the vehicle or any other options. That for me is one of the biggest compliments I can give to a dealership because we all know that some of them can really give you the hard sell. No worries about that here. Went here to look at a SUV I saw online and after talking with their internet manager (Larry), I decided to go check the vehicle out. Note: I had already been approved for financing through my bank and had the paperwork with me. When I got there, I found Larry and took the vehicle on a test drive. During the test drive, there was a whine when I would accelerate at any speed (no turbo or supercharger in this vehicle). Since it was raining out, I figured it was probably just due to some moisture on the belt or it could have been an issue with the transmission. I informed Larry about this issue and he said he would have the shop replace the belt. I came back the next day to test drive the vehicle again and when giving the engine some gas while in park, the whine was still there. I asked him to come listen to it and he said he couldn't hear anything, even though my girlfriend and I could both easily hear it. He then proceeds to bring over a brand rep that happened to be there and asked him to listen to it. I asked the brand rep and he simply said, "it sounds like my car." The brand rep wouldn't give a yes or no answer, even when asked to. At this point I asked Larry for a Carfax on the vehicle, which he promptly said the dealership doesn't do (I should have left then and there). He said their service department goes over every vehicle with a fine tooth comb and they can find any issues that's wrong with the car. I pressed the Carfax issue a little further and Larry told me that if I really wanted one, I could go buy one myself. A Carfax report for a single vehicle is $35, which he wanted me to pay to take a chance that it would come back clean. After telling me to buy my own carfax, he then goes on to tell me that he drove this car, 2 mechanics drove this car, the store manager drove the car and he drove it a second time to make sure there wasn't a whine coming from the engine. He told me none of them heard anything that I did, even though if you drove the car there was a loud whine every time you accelerated. Eventually, I'm standing about 2 feet from the front bumper and told him that I'm nervous about the vehicle. At this point, he pushes his way between me and the car (knocked me off balance slightly) and turns off the vehicle and slams the door. He then walks away from me with and I heard him mutter the word "Asshole." I have never been treated this bad from anywhere I have shopped before. Also, what kind of dealership doesn't use Carfax and when asked about it, has their people tell the customer to go buy one? If you decide to go to this dealership, make sure you take the car to a mechanic, since theirs will certainly be biased to get a sale for the dealership. The day after this happened, I went to Lindsay Acura and bought the same year/model SUV that Krieger had for cheaper, less miles and no mechanical problems. Also, I called ahead and told the sales person which vehicle I wanted to look at and he had a Carfax report waiting for me as soon as I arrived there. read more

I take my Ford Ranger here for oil changes, as recommended. I get "The Works" oil change which includes the following * Tire Rotation and Pressure Check * Brake Inspection * Vehicle Checkup * Fluid Top-Off * Battery Test * Filter Check * Belts and Hoses Check ) 2 oil changes ago I noticed that the coolant level was down to the add mark, but wasn't concerned because that should be topped off under "fluid top-off". Well, the fluids including wiper fluid was not topped off, so I asked service guy if they could please check the fluids. Also later that day I noticed that the tires did not look like they were rotated. The next time I took it in, I made a chalk mark on the inside of one of the tires so I could see if they were being rotated. Well the chalk marked tire was still in the same spot when service was completed. I take my truck to Ford because I figure I will get top notch service, but not so sure now. read more

Krieger Ford service literally every time I have taken my car there has cost me more money. I first took my car in at around 20,000 miles for a knocking sound when I put on the brakes they told me it was the brake pads slipping in the housing to which I said I don't think so, and The guy said he had the same car doing the same thing it took a while to figure out but it was in fact the brake pads slipping in the housing so since there is nothing more I could say due to the fact that I did not know what it was, I left. I took the car back a couple more times for same issue, and again they kept saying that is the brakes until the car hit around 37,000 which is just outside of its 36,000 mile warranty, and now they say that it's my control arms to which I said "you were telling me it was the brakes while it was under warranty now it's going to cost me $1000 to replace both control arms?". So I called Ford International and they agreed to pay Half the price of the repair which still leaves me out $500 unnecessarily. When they did the control arms I had them replace all the tires this was in 2015, fast forward to last week where my tires are dry rotting out from under me, I take it to AAA they tell me the tires were actually 2012 tires that had sat on a shelf for three years before they sold them to me as new. Called Krieger Ford to see if they could help me in the service manager told me I haven't been there since 2016 and to go to AAA and have them do the repair and that they would do nothing for me. I first came to Krieger a few years ago to have a recall repaired on my Ford Escape, and continued to come to have my car serviced here. My car was older and under warranty and I had to have a lot of work done on it. The service representatives went above and beyond to make sure my warranty covered everything and kept me in the loop. They are always honest and helpful with making sure I get the best deal on parts and services. Earlier this week my car's power steering went out, and I had it towed to Kreiger. I knew I didn't want to keep putting money into a 15 year old car and decided I would just trade it in. I let the service representative know this and he transferred me to the used sales department and I spoke with the receptionist who was very helpful and understanding. I received a call from Dennis less than an hour later who helped me narrow down my choices, and never pressured me into anything and ensured I was comfortable with every decision I was making. The car I ended up buying had been maintained at Krieger, and this was definitely a determining factor in my decision, because I knew the car was well maintained. I met with Dennis after work the same day, and 2 hours later I was driving off in my new used car. (He even got the price of the car down a little bit for me!) Dennis even helped me clean out all the random junk from my old car, and handled all the details. Harold, the finance manager was also great in helping me understand the different warranty options and the breakdown of all the costs associated with purchasing a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and was able to speak to both Dennis and Harold with all my questions after buying the car, and feel comfortable reaching out to them throughout my ownership of the vehicle with any other additional questions. read more

We traded a vehicle for a new ford ranger. We provided a 10 day pay off for our trade. Both parties signed a contract stating krieger would pay a certain amount to pay off our loan. They did not send payment to our lender until after the 10 days, so we made an additional payment and incurred additional interest. The dealership called the bank for a new payoff amount since they had drug their feet on paying off the loan. They sent the new lower payoff amount to the bank instead of what they had agreed to pay. If they had paid the agreed to amount, we would have been rightfully credited the difference. Now after calling and explaining the situation, we are forced to wait for a check from the dealer because they say they cannot send the check until they have the title from the bank. So they didn't pay timely and didn't pay what they we contractually obligated to pay. We caught their errors and we are now penalized because of their poor performance. read more

2013 Focus SE. The car was taken in early one morning for what was thought to be a leaking oil pan gasket. Original promise time was by 4:00 PM the same day. No call received by then. Called in, left voicemail, received a call right around 5:00 stating the valve cover had leaked oil onto a belt, so the valve cover gasket was being replaced, along with the belt, and some cleaning. The car was not yet ready. I received a call the next day that the car was ready. The total repair was: leaking oil pan, valve cover, and timing cover gaskets, and belt. So far so good (if not entirely accurate between report and what I was told on the phone). Overall cost (thanks to being in warranty, and not being hassled about it) was nil, as it should have been with a car under the Ford 3 year / 36k mile warranty. I am thankful there was no hassling. The problem arose when they brought my car: the tech peeled out at the other end of the building, outside in the back lot. When approached, he stated he didn't have much experience with manuals, and quickly walked off while barking a quick "sorry." I went back inside to talk to the other techs, and they stated "we already yelled at him about it. He doesn't have much experience with a manual. It's OK." A word of advice: that kind of response is unprofessional and dismissive; don't do it. The seat was far too close to the dash, and the HVAC settings were also not left the same as when I brought it in. Perhaps it's a tech/dealer choice not to leave a car as it was when it came in. Having worked in the auto industry, I have always told (and been told) to leave a car as it was, especially with the seat, as many drivers are particular. Regarding a tech's inability to drive a manual: get someone else to do it properly, or take the time to learn. A curt "sorry," is, at best, unprofessional, particularly when it's obvious the tech did not care about something that wasn't theirs. I can not recommend going to this place if one drives a manual, and wonder what could have happened if a more powerful car were involved (IE: Mustang). As such, and not due to the work performed, but the very end of the experience, I will not be returning. read more

Erica Bowens and Christina (supervisor) need basic customer service training. Erica told me that "o sorry my supervisor Christina told you wrong info" she didn't know that we only give a max of $50 off with a AAA rebate and she told you that the final bill will be X but I am sorry its Y (about 150$ more)". Then at the end of trying to pick up my car 40 minutes later at 830pm (with no line just me in the service center). I was told from Erica - "Well if you don't want your car tonight since we have no supervisor here - you can leave or come back tomorrow". I was shocked and said nothing paid my bill and left. I just look now at the customer ratings on line, and they are in line with the customer service that I received last week. I do not recommend this service department at Krieger Ford, and I will never go back to this location. read more

I've been here a few times in the past & had really good experience. This time it was the most horrible experience I've had there. I have a warranty that fully covers all services & rental car. I'm only supposed to be charged $100 for services & no cost for the rental car. All said & done, I was charged $177 for labor & diagnostics & $39 for the car rental. Won't go back again. read more

Unorganized, unprofessional, take your car to Ricart or another dealer . This dealership doesn't like taking responsibilities when it comes to checking the work they do on cars. I recently found out from ricart that a part Krieger replaced is defected and they still want me to pay for service that should of been right the first time. I have been bringing my F150 for service since it was purchased. Service was great but the last 2visits not so much. First during my oil change dirt and oil was smeared on my seats. I am very picky and keep it spotless. On my next visit (free oil change) the mileage on my reminder sticker was wrong. Luckily I remembered the miles it was changed or my warranty would've been voided. I just want my oil changed by a Ford Certified tech without having to look over everything to make sure they didn't mess up. read more

I purchase my car at Graham Ford and since they went out of business the servicing has been done at Kreiger. I have experience nothing but the worst servicing in my life. The last 3 trips, in what shoulkd have been simple 1 day jobs, have taken extended periods (up to 3 days). Excuses have been, "We did not have part", "Mix up between day and night shift", etc. How many dealerships do not carry wheel bearings in stock? The day shift tells me the night shift has worked on it, the night shift tells me the day shift is responsible. This place is a real cluster f. They have seen the last of my servicing and forget about when I am ready to buy a new vehicle. I would recommend you take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here for servicing. read more

Excellent experience purchasing a certified used Ford from Krieger over the internet. One phone call with Geno Frissora in sales, and we had a deal. Geno was even instrumental to help ship the car to CA. He dealt with the auto shipping carrier personally to ensure everything was in order. Chris Wachtel in the finance department handled all the paperwork, sent any paperwork to be signed FEDEXed overnight with the return pre-paid. He followed up with the extended warranty, and even a month after the deal overnighted the vehicle title document. Both these guys kept me updated by phone every step of the way. Took my Lincoln to get a recall done and had the best experience possible. Luke in the Service Department was very helpful, personable and professional. For the second time I had to take my car in for service. Both times they failed to call me to let me know what was wrong or how long it would be. I dropped the car off after hours so maybe this was my first mistake because apparently the person that checks you in is responsible for contacting you. This person doesn't come in until the afternoon and I assume failed to do his job because I waited until 7pm and called but got a voice mail - I left a message and called back again later that evening. I was able to reach this person on the second call. He pulled it up in the system - acted like he didn't know what was going on then preceded to tell me they had to order a part but couldn't tell me when it would be in. The the next day I did receive a return call from a person who was not friendly and acted like they were doing me a favor and had no information on when the part would be in and I would have to wait until my so call service rep came in to research it. "REALLY". Poor Poor service etiquette. Unfortunately, this is the closest Ford dealership to me. I've purchased cars from Carmax and they call the same day to at the very least let me know what is going on with the car. I've taken cars to individual repair shops and they too called me the same day as well. If you need a tire repair I guess it is the place to go otherwise they really don't care about the customer's needs. read more

Brought my fusion in with around 26k on it for knocking sounds when breaking. they told me it was the brake pads slipping inside the brake housing, to which I said I highly doubt it and there reply was " I have the exact same car as you and mine do the same thing, and it took us a while to figure it out" well it got worse and at around 30k miles I brought it back in and they said the same. fast forward to 37k miles and now it is really bad and they tell me I need both control arms at a cost of $1000.00 I called Ford international and explained and they said they would cover Half. Ok, but I'm still out $500.00 for a problem that presented itself while well under warranty. its now 2018 and the Michelins I bought from Krieger ford are dry rotting, so I took my car to a AAA auto care center to evaluate and they tell me the Michelins I bought in 2015 were actually 2012 tires that sat on a shelf for 3 years and then they sold them to me as new. Krieger fords Service Manager told me he couldn't help me and to just have AAA auto care jump through the hoops with Michelin to get them prorated which I did, and it is costing me literally the same price I paid for the tires new to replace them with only half the life used of the tires. These are only 2 examples of Krieger fords service issues. others have been stripped screws, over tightened lug nuts (literally over twice the torque amount specified) etc. to give them 1 star is more than they deserve but I think you have to give them something so 1 star it is read more

Took my truck in for a recall (output sensor for transmission), terrible decision to bring it here. "Advisor" took the truck in, and told me they would need to keep it over night (dropped off at 7am.) Fine. Picked up next day, truck in worse shape than when I took it in. Same "advisor" takes truck back in, informs me he will call to update. No call. I catch him as hes walking out the door and he says it has not been worked on all day. I bring back a third day (furious at this point), they dont get to it until the afternoon where the run a diagnostic check and say nothing is wrong. Theres a clear disconnect from computer to truck (gets stuck in 1st gear, dash stops working, undeivable), and they claim theres not. They keep vehicles without even working on them, then claim they cannot put you in a loaner. Despise this place. Would give them zero stars if possible. DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. Completely unprofessional, and are clueless on how to fix a simple update. Havent heard the last of me. read more

Service messed up my car and would not make good on their mistakes. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Was planning on trading in my old Ford for a new Explorer there, however, because of multiple bad service experiences, will be going to a different Ford dealer for sure! read more

I could never recommend the Krieger Ford service dept to anyone. If you don't want to deal with getting the "run around" with trying to get answers, do NOT go here. My brother, who is an auto mechanic, called the manager Mike to discuss the charges and service I received, and told me to call him to talk more. When I called for Mike, he had left for the day, so I talked to the evening supervisor Christina, who told me she would need to discuss things with Mike and I would get called back the next day. No call all day. The next afternoon I call for Mike, was bluntly told that he is finishing several things and then he will call me. Guess what....no call, and when I called again 4 hours later, he had conveniently left for the day. I was told Christina was busy with a customer and that she would give me a call back, but still nothing. The silence speaks volumes about their lack of timeliness and professionalism and makes you wonder if they care about their customers. In short, go somewhere else for service if you can! read more

I just purchased my second new car from Krieger Ford and A.C. Carter. A.C. went out of his way to make me a good deal on this car, just as he did the last time. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Carter. The business manager, Harold, is also very pleasant and easy to work with. This is decidedly a customer oriented Ford dealership. I have had good experiences with the service department as well. read more

I worked with Ryan to acquire a new vehicle and can't say enough about his patience during the process. I had done my research and had a lot of questions and he worked with me over a couple of weeks to get everything answered. Not a apples to apples comparison. I work at a high performance speed shop that makes big trucks bigger and fast cars faster. My client spend 10s of thousands of dollars on their vehicles to upgraded them.When I'm at work just because I'm not currently helping a client does not mean I'm avoiding or ignoring you. I have schedules to delicate, parts to order, advertisements to create, follow ups etc.One parts person at Kreiger was busy while the other was going back and forth between the service writer and his desk making jokes and eye contact with me while I was waiting. He eventually was done joking with the service writer and sat at his desk drank his coke, folded his arms(as if he had nothing to do) and avoided looking directly at me or if I needed help. Eventually the parts guy who was busy when I came in asked if I need to help. He managed the task he needed to get done and when he was done he knew he could help me. However the other parts guy still was hiding behind his desk with his coke and his arms closed. The parts guy I worked with did a good job at his job while the other was obviously avoid working and was quick to answer a phone call that came in while I was with the other parts guy. read more

No stars. I'm leasing a 2014 Ford Focus. I've had the car for 2 summers now. I've had to have the steering column replaced, and now after 3!! Visits of explaining the car doesn't drive right I have to have the clutches replaced and if THAT doesn't work then the transmission replaced. My car stalled out in the middle of an intersection. I have to wait 4-6 weeks before I can get parts for the car. It's not safe to drive. Their solution? Give us $900 to renew the lease and get a new car. Are you kidding me??? Or wait 4-6 weeks for a part to come in and not offer me a loaner??? And you wonder why no one wants to buy an American car anymore?? BTW. 11,700 miles. Got the car the end of '13. Been in the shop 3x. Will never go with Ford again. read more

Bought a 2016 explorer all was well...until my service appointment. The man was extremely rude to me and walked away while I was trying to ask questions about maintenance. I've never been treated this way at a car lot and won't return. I recommend Germain if you live near Krieger. It's only a couple miles further away and they are much more professional. read more
