When we called in to make an appointment l, they were prompt and super friendly. After having our car and thoroughly checking/testing, they were unable to duplicate the issue. Honestly, I can't believe it and wish they would have at least charged us some amount simply because they were amazing and truly did help us. It's amazing to find this level of service and I will never go anywhere else! This is the kind of business that truly deserves its 5-star review. P.S. They do services like oil changes, too. I searched the internet looking for reviews and saw that these guys were highly recommended. I called Best Motor Werks, spoke to Rufus and explained what I was looking for. Told him that I had fallen behind on a lot of regular maintenance items plus the fact that the E46 M3 has the "Big Three" issues (Vanos, Rod Bearings and Subframe Cracks), and wanted the car checked out. Rufus is a real "car guy". He knows his business very well plus he's a real enthusiast. That makes a difference when you own a car like an M. He "gets" the fact that we LOVE our cars. I dropped the car off and told him that he could keep it for a while as it is not my daily driver. I asked for a complete multipoint inspection and a coolant change as it had never been done in the 11 years I owned it. The technician gave the car a thorough inspection and came up with a list of things that should be addressed as well as assigned a number from 1-10 in terms of how soon these items should be addressed. Rufus went over everything on the list one by one and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure to fix everything at once like you might get from a dealer. Since I only put less that 5000 miles a year on the car, there were things that could possibly be addressed next year. The owner John is great, honest and professional. As I mentioned earlier, Rufus is a true "car guy" and understands the love we have for our cars. I will definitely be using Best Motor Werks for all my BMW repairs and maintenance. Thank you Best Motor Werks.

My only regret about JASC is that I didn't start taking my car to them sooner. As a woman with next…read moreto no knowledge re: auto matters, I have spent years taking my car to the dealership and always feel like I am being talked over, possibly duped and definitely upsold. After years of seeing JASC pop up on NextDoor with reviews so glowing I thought, "Can this possibly be for real?" I finally ended up giving them a go. From the moment I connected with Andrew and David it was clear this was going to be a car experience unlike anything I had known. From the very first conversation, I felt like I was talking to friends who had my best interest at heart -- from safety to money matters. They took time to explain everything in detail, staying in touch via text at each step of the process to keep me updated. Not only did they not try to upsell me on anything, David actually called and had me bring over some extra lug nuts I had at the house because he "didn't want to sell me something I already had." In addition to their extremely efficient no-contact, COVID-safe process, I was also delighted to discover that JASC has been involved in several community and give-back initiatives ranging from Hilliard community gatherings to toy drives to Honor Flight sponsorships. It's a pleasure to support a local company that is doing good business and doing good for the community. So here I am, another JASC fan writing a glowing message that will possibly make you wonder, "Is this for real?" Like me, I hope curiosity gets the best of you and inspires you to give them a try because you will not be disappointed.

I would've appreciated an honest response so I could've taken my car to a shop that does wheel alignments. The car was aligned twice due to steering wheel not being straight while driving. 2. Owner admitted that an inspection was not done even though the repair order/invoice directly states it. He insinuated it was my fault because I didn't allow the shop to perform it. When a car is ready & the customer picks up their car. I would logically assume all the work is completed, including the inspection. 3. Lastly, the owner's attitude on the phone conversation was not professional ( insinuating I was part of the problem). Lesson learned: always confirm that the auto shop that you do business will do the work & not contract to another shop.

Due to the extent of the oil leak I asked if the rear main seal was leaking. I was told no that it was the only items listed above. Approved the repairs and picked up the vehicle. Was told they had to power wash the underneath due to the amount of oil that had been leaking. So not to be alarmed if I saw some drips for awhile. Drove the vehicle less than 50 miles and the leak was just as bad as it always was had to put 2.5 quarts of oil in. Took back to Dart was then told it was the rear main seal. This was definitely misdiagnosed the first time. They then wanted another $1000 to do the rear main seal. Per the owner Dave after doing the other repairs it added more oil pressure causing the rear main seal to go out. Oil pressure was never an issue and carries the same oil pressure before and after repairs. At this point I'm not convinced they even replaced the gaskets they said they replaced. As I can't tell any difference with the oil leak. Definitely would not recommend this shop.
