Last summer I needed a car pretty quick. I purchased a Corolla that I knew had been hit in the rear and repaired. Driving it home it didn't steer quite right. There was some leftover rear suspension damage that couldn't be seen visually but showed up plainly on an alignment rack. I took the car back to them and they made it right. Also included was a year long drive train warranty. The car has been great since. I would recommend them just understand the ground rules.

He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.

Showed up the morning we agreed on and went for a test drive. Over all the truck was as advertised. A couple very minor things were quickly resolved. A turn signal issue was discovered during the test drive . After discussing a few options on how to fix it, Germain said they would fix it. This ended up being a bigger issue than I'm sure everyone anticipated, it ended up requiring me several additional trips into the dealership and involved rental cars on multiple occasions for the extended time the truck stayed in not only Germains service but also an additional Ram dealership. Finally after weeks of trial and error and several more weeks of waiting for parts, the issue was correctly repaired. I endured no additional cost for this just as agreed upon at the time of sale. Logan (Lo) in service was my contact during this process and i was kept informed during this entire process. Saw one advertised at Luxury Auto Sales on CarGurus. I also read the yelp reviews which initially threw me off. However, I decided I would go there and decide for myself. I figured to this point they couldn't be any worse than the nimrods I'd run into so far. My experience was the opposite to what I am reading on this site. Yes it's a laid back place, and perhaps the lot is tight with cars, and you have to wait a few minutes for the guys to get the car out. However, it's a smaller car lot on Sinclair Road. Just what do you expect? For the size of the lot, they have some grand vehicles on it. I was treated with the upmost respect. Employees were pleasant, and friendly. My salesperson was David, and he was very well mannered and great to deal with. I picked up my Toyota FJ Cruiser today, and took it to my mechanic to get his seal of approval. He told me the vehicle is sound and that I had made a good purchase. I already knew that, but just wanted his reassurance. I have no doubt that I will return there to purchase my next car. I told him that I had very little time to come to see the Mazda 3 in person today, advertised for $1,500.00, because I had a important appointment to attend, in just a couple of hours. I asked him why this vehicle, which looked very nice in the Autotrader ad, was selling for such a low price. He assured me that it was just because it was getting near the end of the month. I told him that I would come directly to the dealership, to pay a cash deposit to hold the vehicle, until I had some more free time to complete the sale, and required paperwork. I drove to the dealership, which took nearly 1/2 hour, in heavy traffic. Once I got there, a "sales representative" approached me, smoking a cigarette, and asked what vehicle I was interested in? I told him that I was there to see the tan Mazda 3, to which he said "oh, that car already sold last night". I told him that I just spoke to a phone representative , who assured me that it was still available. He didn't seem to care, so I had a few choice words for him about his company wasting an hour of my time, to come to see a car that was not even on the lot. My thoughts: The local phone number listed, went to a call center rep, who had no idea of vehicle availability. This car was listed for a price that seemed too low, and too good to be true, and was only being used to lure in unsuspecting customers. In other words, it was the oldest trick in the book, used by many unscrupulous businesses of common bait & switch advertisements, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. In conclusion, I will say that I would never personally purchase any type of vehicle from Columbus Luxury Cars, L.L.C. It seems that other people have also felt the same way about this dishonest dealership, based on their very poor customer ratings.

We're in a peculiar situation with a car purchase, and I found one at Capital Kia (Great Lakes now) a month prior to submit to GMAC for approval. Gabby was most helpful then. But it fell through. So yesterday, we look at a Ford EcoSport which had some high mileage for GMAC, I think, but I loved it. She and her team worked to find me something GM can't complain about: a 2020 Kia Soul with under 15K miles on it. That's right, boys and girls, I Said under 15K miles. Not a Ferrari or a Bugatti, a Kia. Two hours after we arrived, (see picture below), we have a (new to me) new Kia Soul. And I Still say there's an "e" missing from Soul (where's Kia made? S. Korea. Figure out the pun yerself, I'm not explaining all of my Dad jokes lol) I love Capital Kia. They treat you right. Every customer chair in the place is leather. They are all reasonably intelligent (I mean they quickly understood what "substitution of collateral" means, that other place ... the idiot looked at me like I'd grown a third head), and worked with me through every step. They kept in touch with me and honestly, that's why I returned to them. I like helping out people who care. It's just me. I should be picking it up Tuesday.
