I went into their location after having been in a serious car accident that resulted in my car being totaled. I had only had my previous vehicle for a few months, and was not looking forward to the experience of buying another new car, however Brandon Lahn, my sales consultant made it an easy experience. From the moment we first met, he NEVER used any high pressure sales tactics. He was understanding of the situation I was in, the need for additional documentation due to my previous vehicle being totaled (insurance forms, getting plates transferred, etc) and worked with me to find an incredible vehicle at a price that was far better than I ever could have dreamed of. Then I was placed with the finance representative Cal, who also was a non high pressure, very straight forward, decent individual. From the start of me deciding on the vehicle I wanted to the time I drove off of the lot in my new car, it took 3 hours 30 minutes. I had an incredible finance rate, an even better vehicle that I had before and felt like I had been treated with respect, decency and like family. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy another vehicle. Twins Buick GMC has earned my business for life.

Which I'm not 100% sure is even a legit business. I applied on yestobk.com being that I filed bankruptcy and this site deals with bankruptcy clients. I started having contact with Audrie Stoker. I informed her I was looking 4 a truck. She sent a few trucks with prices but would never give me a website to look at the vehicles they have 4 myself. Well after doing some research on my own, I found out that each of these business names are all associated with Miracle Motor Mart. I found the trucks that Audrie sent me on their website. The prices she sent with the trucks in the email were almost $4k less on the website. I questioned the price, I never got a response from her about that. I was contacted by the finance manager, Jerry. He told me that they buy the truck from miracle motor mart 4 the price listed online. He stated they put a mark up 2 make profit. Come 2 find out, they are all linked with Miracle. I picked a truck, was sent tons of pics & info on this truck. When I started the process 2 buy the truck, I requested videos of the truck. That's when I saw the tailgate, bumper & damage 2 the side. WAS NOT THERE IN THE PICS I RECEIVED AT THE BEGINNING. Entire back of the truck looked different and half fixed. I questioned Jerry on it, supposedly 1 of their guys backed into something and tried to fix it themselves. He agreed to send it to a body shop to repair damages. He told me on a Thursday that it would be ready the following Monday. So Monday I reached out the Audrie and Jerry both asking when the truck would be shipped to me. Audrie replied that the truck would not not be ready till that Friday. Which i replied, "Friday"? As I was shocked. She replied, "do you want the truck fixed properly or not?" SHE IS ONE VERY RUDE LADY. Once they got the truck back from the shop Jerry called and stated he wasn't shipping the truck to me bc of the small dent on the side of the bed won't come out. I then told him that if that is all that is still there then I will still take the truck as is as long as that's the only issue that wasn't fixed. He confirmed that's all that was still there. So truck was shipped. Upon delivery of the truck, I noticed the tailgate looks better but scrubs the bed when letting up and down, they only painted over the other damage and didn't fix the issues properly. Also, the passenger bed of the truck is damaged and wasn't fixed. The dent on the side of the bed was indeed there but Jerry failed to tell me the entire panel is bent and can't even be attached to the wheel liner. The same day, I took the truck thru the car wash when I noticed water pouring into the back seat in both corners. I contacted Jerry and his response was we will just pick the truck back up instead of trying to make things right. I let him know I like the truck but just wanted it fixed properly. While discussing these issues on the phone he then proceeds to tell me that he did tell me that the damages was not fixed properly. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. He then told me that they won't do anything else to fix the truck and offered me a $500 check. After arguing with Jerry about these issues he agreed to mail me a check for $900. WHICH THEY DID SEND. Which is nowhere near the amount it costed me to fix the issues with the truck. I wanted Jerry to hear my concerns and disappointment before putting this behind me and moving on from this. He told me he didn't care to listen to what I had to say. That either I take the $900 and keep the truck or they would take the truck back. Being that there's only 1 bank willing to finance to me with the bankruptcy I felt forced to keep the truck being that it's the only opportunity I have to rebuilding my credit. This place is very rude, disrespectful and constant liars. I also added the pictures of the truck they sent prior to delivery. Not even the same tailgate or bumper. PLUS THEY STILL OWE ME $1k.

Purchased a used Ram truck in early Feb of 26. All / most of the negotiations were done over the…read morephone as I live 1.5 hrs away, with the understanding i could refuse the purchase upon personal inspection . Showed up the morning we agreed on and went for a test drive. Over all the truck was as advertised. A couple very minor things were quickly resolved. A turn signal issue was discovered during the test drive . After discussing a few options on how to fix it, Germain said they would fix it. This ended up being a bigger issue than I'm sure everyone anticipated, it ended up requiring me several additional trips into the dealership and involved rental cars on multiple occasions for the extended time the truck stayed in not only Germains service but also an additional Ram dealership. Finally after weeks of trial and error and several more weeks of waiting for parts, the issue was correctly repaired. I endured no additional cost for this just as agreed upon at the time of sale. Logan (Lo) in service was my contact during this process and i was kept informed during this entire process. I cant say enough about how i was treated and that Germain stood by the agreement to resolve the situation. Thanks Lo, and all involed at Germain for all the work and dedication to taking care of this as was promised! Chad M

They directly misrepresented a car that was supposedly for sale. I spoke to a representative, over…read morethe phone. I told him that I had very little time to come to see the Mazda 3 in person today, advertised for $1,500.00, because I had a important appointment to attend, in just a couple of hours. I asked him why this vehicle, which looked very nice in the Autotrader ad, was selling for such a low price. He assured me that it was just because it was getting near the end of the month. I told him that I would come directly to the dealership, to pay a cash deposit to hold the vehicle, until I had some more free time to complete the sale, and required paperwork. I drove to the dealership, which took nearly 1/2 hour, in heavy traffic. Once I got there, a "sales representative" approached me, smoking a cigarette, and asked what vehicle I was interested in? I told him that I was there to see the tan Mazda 3, to which he said "oh, that car already sold last night". I told him that I just spoke to a phone representative , who assured me that it was still available. He didn't seem to care, so I had a few choice words for him about his company wasting an hour of my time, to come to see a car that was not even on the lot. My thoughts: The local phone number listed, went to a call center rep, who had no idea of vehicle availability. This car was listed for a price that seemed too low, and too good to be true, and was only being used to lure in unsuspecting customers. In other words, it was the oldest trick in the book, used by many unscrupulous businesses of common bait & switch advertisements, which is illegal in the state of Ohio. In conclusion, I will say that I would never personally purchase any type of vehicle from Columbus Luxury Cars, L.L.C. It seems that other people have also felt the same way about this dishonest dealership, based on their very poor customer ratings.

I asked why he said they added a paint sealer and an engine inspection. I told him the reason I'm here is it was listed for 15,994 on the website and he said we just changed our prices. I asked if he could get the keys and his response was let's go in inside and talk some numbers and I told him I want to see the inside again. He walked off and never came back and had one of his co workers come out and tell me they couldn't find the keys. Stay away from this place. The price on their website was 5,000 dollars lower than what they said it was on the lot.

Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I just got my car back after three and a…read morehalf weeks of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.
