Want to take a moment to recognize both Hunter and Brandon who continue to provide the best customer service and experiences with my vehicle and Audi. Hunter is an incredible salesman and helped get me into my dream car and continues to check in to ensure all is well. Brandon has been great with all my service needs and has time and time again helped navigate all my car needs. Great dealership and even better people. read more

Going on five years as a customer of this brand but I have also owned Volvo and Subaru from this dealerships umbrella. Service and techs are always stellar; knowledgeable, informative to talk to, nice people all around, in a pleasing environment. I like that the mechanic tech provides a video walk-around with a story of what was serviced. And close to home is a big plus. Big fans. read more

Audi Columbus - 2 year scheduled maintenance - Car Dealers Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I never leave public reviews, but my experience with Audi Columbus (specifically Rachel Paskey) was extraordinary and I would like for others to know this as an honest review from a regular person. I recently purchased my second Audi with Rachel, the 2025 Audi Q5E. I normally dread walking into car dealerships because I assume I'll be spending so much time and money and (as a female), feeling like someone is trying to pull one over on me. This has never been the case with Rachel and the Audi Columbus team. It's a fantastic group of normal, good human beings who truly care about the customer experience. Rachel was so helpful from beginning to end - we shared high level what we were looking for, and both times Rachel found us the perfect car, and helped us navigate our busy schedules by expediting the paperwork and financing so we could have the keys to our new cars as quickly as possible. This is how you build long term customer loyalty; fair, honest, quick communication, as well as kindness. I am so grateful for this team and would highly recommend this dealership as well as the Q5E which I am in love with! Thank you Rachel! P.S. Their coffee machine is top notch! read more

May 2023 - Unfortunately in April 2023 my beloved 2016 Audi Q5 was totaled :-( . (Thank goodness it wasn't my fault and the other person who totaled my truck had insurance). I immediately called Audi Byers to inquire about a new Q5. Called to make an appointment and got Hunter who was expecting me at 5:30pm (he kept reiterating that they closed at 6pm) but ok, I got there a few min. early. I liked what I saw and the price (remember I lovvved my first Q5). Me and my fiance decided to test drive the 2023 Q5 at around 5:45pm. Not even 10 min. later Hunter calls me, and made me feel like we were stealing the test drive by questioning our whereabouts, so we rushed back (reminder I ordered my first Q5 brand new from Byers (just check the system sir! And was looking for a 2023/2024 but ok whatever). We got back to Byers Audi (literally was around the corner) at about 6pm. He took the keys and said he would follow up. I liked the Audi but definitely did not want to work with Hunter so I called and left my prior sales rep. (now Finance Mgr.) Mike G. a message. Well, unfortunately no one ever called me back or followed up. I guess repeat customers are not valued at Audi Byers. Definitely wont do business with this group again!!! Two stars b/c my first experience was great...Guess business has gone down since my first Audi Q5 purchase. read more

My wife and I were in a car accident (while parked!) and started a search for a new vehicle. We were looking at a few different brands and included Audi in the search. Our salesman was David - he spent time with us (several trips) and helped us get into a car that was a perfect fit. No pressure approach was really appreciated; we're blessed to be able to shop in the luxury market. I'd note that on one occasion, Hunter also helped us, too (normally we're pretty low maintenance - blame the accident). Best Audi dealer we've found in the Midwest. read more

Worked with the staff to find a car. Super friendly, helpful, they even offer water. The staff take care of you like family. I highly suggest Rufus as the car salesmen. He spoke with my other half about their cars, he's Very knowledgeable. The dealership is clean, they have a whole cafe if you would like coffee. They have a nice supply of vehicles as well. read more

Unfortunately for this service department, they only get one chance to make a first impression. I bought my 2015 A6 from the local carmax in easton. They were great as always. But over the past 10 months I have received two recall notices and the engine light went on, so i called this service department. I informed them that I had had my oil changed at a local valvoline twice, once recently, and was told that they would only turn off the service light if I again changed the oil with them. The oil chance quote was $125! I tried to negotiate a more fair price but the manager refused outright, no way. I jokingly said "well that's why we have Yelp, I guess" And rather than take the opportunity to apply excellent customer service skills, he said "well if you are going to threaten me with a bad review, we will refuse to perform service on your car" So I backed down and told him I wouldn't threaten him with a bad review and sat to wait. About 10 minutes later they sent the youngest member out to tell me that they weren't doing my service. The manager is not only bad at customer service, he is a coward. And he brought this review on himself...dumb. Also to give more insult, the grey haired man behind the desk said that their service wasn't for people "who whine, bitch and complain" Go the service in Dublin...that crew is professional...and as far as I can tell so far, no cowards read more

I got my Audi A3 here, got a great deal and been very well taken care of since. i am super glad I got the tire warranty, had no idea my tires were like, $360/ea or something...3 out of 4 replaced so far. Road hazards are off the hook, and these guys do well in service during busy times, very accommodating and customer service oriented. Good coffee in the wait-room. read more

I am a first-time Audi buyer. The entire process was made enjoyable by Rufus Alexander, who was the representative assigned to me. From the time of my first contact with him until I drove off the lot, I was confident that he was doing everything he could to help me. I am very pleased with the Audi A4 that I purchased, and with the no-pressure attitude at Byers. Excellent experience. read more

So, in fairness I knew better than to purchase a European car, but I did. My bad. And, again in fairness, Audi Columbus was able to diagnose the problem where my own (otherwise excellent) mechanic was unable. But, and this is huge - the cost for parts and labor is excessive. I mean - over the fucking moon excessive. $1400 for a part to repair the heater which doesn't work, and another $400 to repair a malfunctioning power window switch. And here's Audi's problem. Based on this evidence, it reinforces my impression that I should never buy one of these cars again. It's kinda stupid when you think about it. They charged me $1800 in parts and probably will charge another $500-$600 labor to install when they arrive. In the short term they get to make a shit-ton of money, but they lose me forever as a long term customer by not offering some type of "reasonable" cost to do the work. Not saying they're wrong, and I know they need their service departments to be profit centers wherever possible. And maybe, they can continue to charge this for "one percenters", but for others who might even aspire to these vehicles, they are making themselves unattainable. On another note, please see the good folks at North End Wrench if you want to see how a great garage is run. read more

I just bought a new A5 from Rachel at Audi Columbus. This has been my best car buying experience ever, as Rachel is knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to work with. She worked us on our trade ins and I left the showroom feeling great about the deal and the relationship newly formed with a trusted partner. I would highly recommend Rachel Paskey from Audi Columbus if you are looking for a great sales experience! read more

These guys are wonderful. I have been in a few times to service my Audi A5. I took my car to an auto parts store to get a bulb and the guy charged me thirty dollars and gave me the wrong bulb. I went to Audi and the bulb was half the price and they were friendly. I always thought the dealership was supposed to rip you off but not here. These guys are kind fair and really make you feel good about your purchase. Being female I'm leary of being taken advantage of at car dealer ships but not here. read more

The team here were great. They did not push anything on me which I normally hate about an auto buying experience. They were very responsive and flexible with my changes needs. I highly recommend. read more

I stopped in from driving cross-country after a small part on my license plate fell off. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone and in person by Jason, the employer running the parts department. Not only did he fix the part on the spot (free of charge) but he also offered to wash my car. It's service like this that continually makes me choose Audi. Thankfully I'll be sticking around this city for a while because I'll definitely be back! read more

I want to share my very positive experience with Byers Audi of Columbus; I stopped over in March and April 2015 for a major vehicle inspection, application of a few accessories and wheels rotation. I was sincerely impressed with the approach, speed and professionalism of the ENTIRE team on the floor, after being the premium cars owner for many years I have seen and dealt with a fair number of premium brand dealerships and Byers Audi of Columbus definitely stands out and its team makes all the difference. Special thanks to Eric Friend, the Service Director of Byers Audi for the personal approach when working with customers and assembling the great team, it was my true pleasure to work with Ellis Sorrell, an Audi Service Advisor and his assistants who made the entire servicing experience so focused and enjoyable. Parts Advisor Jason Sparks was very helpful in providing a great insight into parts and accessories and delivering them in a timely manner, exactly as ordered. Also for me it was important to get a detailed technician's "hands-on" opinion on my car's condition and Adam Frantz who took care of my vehicle, did an outstanding job of walking me around the service bay (the whole service area looked VERY tidy btw) and answering my questions at length - really appreciate it. Finally the last but not the least - it feels truly great to get your car back SPOTLESS clean and detailed. So the provided quality complimentary wash on every visit is totally worth it and Jaime, the detailing specialist, is my go to guy when I need that car shine. PS: The dealership interior and condition is very nice, the waiting space could have been a little bit cozier but it is not off-putting in any way. The loaner vehicles are brand new, super clean and the dealership does it best to match the loaner class to your own. Bottom line is, if you have a premium vehicle or just like your car to be well taken care of, definitely go to Byers Audi of Columbus (Byers Imports). read more

I scheduled an appointment on their website. I was a nice feature where you could select the date, time and the services you want done. However, when I show up at the appointed time, the service advisor tells me he is fully booked and won't be able to service my car on that day at all. He was not apologetic at all and all he offered in response was, "I hate our website." Not at all what I expected from an Audi dealer. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
