I looked on Car Gurus and found a car that really impressed me and I inquired. The next day I called and talked to Steve and was immediately struck by how in depth he was about the car. He listened to my situation and let me tell him what we needed. We discussed the car and had several conversations that day and it was no time at all and we were approved by various lenders and we were arranging to drive to Delaware to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately I became really sick and couldn't make the trip for a few days and Steve was more concerned about my health than the sale. Which is not surprising since he is not a typical salesman. We came today, finalized the deal, signed, sealed, and after a few hours home with our new 2014 Chevy Cruze and it is JUST what we were looking for. 100,000 miles less than our totaled car, great payment and 1st payment not due for a month. Beautiful car, clean, great gas mileage, and so happy to say this Made in America and Made in Ohio car is Ours. Thank you Steve -- you have been a wonderful help to us. We live about 2 hours away, but saw a car on a used car finder App that put us in touch with Royal Auto. We were going to Columbus for an unrelated trip, and stopped to check out the car at Royal Auto. Their facility is a work in progress as they just moved into a building that used to be a mini-golf place. But the cars we looked at while there seemed to be of good quality and reasonable price. The company is family run by siblings. We were very happy with the personable approach, friendlines, and professionalism of everyone. We ended up buying a car that day. Royal Auto worked with us to get into my daughters budget. The car we bought was just as advertised, and maybe even better. Most of their inventory is late model higher end cars. This is NOT a beater lot. They do have a few lower priced options as well. Overall, I feel like we got an awesome deal and buying from Royal Auto was a stress free pleasurable experience. We would buy from them again.

My sister goes & buys a car which not only body damage but the smart key isn't working. She has to manually unlock the car and the car does start but doesn't recognize the smart key. Smart keys are expensive especially for Acura so they promised to fix both. They took the car back and after week body is done but refuse to say when they will fix the key. When called in manager says he will ask owner (who he refused to mention he was related to) for loaner & call back which no call after 3 days. When we pick up car asked about key repair His only response is "when I have time I'm a busy man" this is from the OWNER. When asked for a loaner at least he refused. Wouldn't let us get a word in kicked us off the lot with no solution. Once you buy you are nothing to these people. Beware to thoroughly look at the car & make sure it works before signing because they will not tell you the issues. The manager even had the nerve to sound irritated when obvious body damage was pointed to him after car was sold. I wish there was an option for negative stars. They say they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau but they are not. This company held our registration title until we deleted our bad review. I am now reposting this. I am sure their actions violated Yelp rules & regulations.

I was looking for a car & seen a good deal obviously found out it was to good to be true when I gave them my information & started to inquire about the car. They had a 2019 Dodge charger R/T with a sales price of $13,000. So when I asked if it was available I received a text message that the price was $18,000. I then called because of the obvious confusion and I also live two hours away from the dealership. I wish I could give you the audio to this call. I asked about the car & the polite girl on the other side of the phone just says yes that's the price. I then told her about the text I got & the fact that I'm driving 2 hours to look at this car so I wanted to double check before I leave. She then says well that's the down payment not the actual price. They informed me that the $13,000 is a down payment and the actual price is around $32,000! It's actually wild to me that these types of dealerships get away with what they do & I'm currently looking into reporting them because I don't care what loophole they're using, simply lying is unacceptable in business!
