The got me scheduled quickly with no problem, and the oil change took exactly as long as they said it would and COST EXACTLY WHAT THEY QUOTED ME OVER THE PHONE. If you've ever gotten an oil change you know how amazing that phrase is, right there. Every time I've gone to a chain store for an oil change it's at least 25-30% higher than the quote or the price on the sign. They also upsell you everything they can and it's intimidating if you hate saying no and you know little about cars. Not here. I got an oil change and an inspection and no upselling whatsoever. I was also told that anytime I need them to check my levels (oil, tires, whatever), to just pop in and they'll do it for free. This was a service the last guys offered and I was worried about missing at a new shop. While I was there I started talking to them and we had a great conversation. I was treated like a PERSON and not just a wallet walking through the door. This was seriously one of the best customer experiences I've had since moving to Columbus. So glad we switched our business here.

The sales associate, Nick, gave me a tour of the vehicle by FaceTiming me and test driving it. He pointed out any marks; however the vehicle was virtually spotless. The price was lower than any others I had researched across the country, looking as far south as Texas and as far west as California. Nick was reliable and helpful. He even drove an hour in the pouring rain to pick me up when I did find a ride to Ohio! He told me his philosophy was to be a good human and not scam anyone in hopes that his customers would return for many years. This kid is truly nailing that. The manager Travis Rausch and finance group were also very helpful in getting all the paper work to me because I live in Indiana and Germain is in Columbus Ohio. This type of purchase involves moving the title between both the Ohio and Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and to the bank where the loan is held. By the way, getting the loan through Germain was very quick and at a great rate. The Germain people communicated via overnight mail, phone calls, emails, and text messages and this also made the purchase easy.
