We originally purchased a…read morecar from them in mid December and were told we would receive the navigation sim a couple days to a week later sent in the mail. 6 weeks and multiple phone calls later, still nothing. Management never called back after multiple messages nor do they answer the phone after waiting on hold for over an hour... so we finally posted my 1 star review online. This finally got their attention and a manager finally contacted us. Service was considerably much faster once a manager got involved and the sim arrive about a week later. So..... make sure you get everything you need up front before signing the dotted line, else you will most likely have a similar experience. Management will help, but you must first be able to reach them, which can be a pain if you live far away.

The shopping experience and selection has always been good, but my third experience has come to bite me in the wallet. I've owned an Odyssey purchase there for about five years, and a couple years into it I got a flat tire in my garage from a sheet metal screw. Turns out the driver side wheel liner and plastic shield underneath the engine had been reinstalled with sheet metal screws at some point prior to our purchase. I was annoyed and contacted the corporate office only be told that their inspection should not be the basis of a purchasing decision. This vehicle also had a clean Carfax report. This brings me to today. During a recent family vacation, the driver side fender started popping out, pulled the wheel liner that then shredded against the tire, and exposed a rather extensive Bondo job. So my Odyssey now sits in a body shop with about $1,600 in estimated repairs. I was a little too trusting and assumed that these sort of issues would have been discovered prior to selling a vehicle. Really hoping this wasn't a CarMax repair.

Although the dealer said the issues with me have been resolved this is not true. I had to resolve all of the issues with the car on my own. I paid $2000 to fix the transmission and the dealer did not help me at all. He claimed that nothing was wrong with the car when he sold it to me but that was far from the truth. I ended up having to fix the transmission, the starter for the car, the glove box, the ab sensor as well as the O2 sensor.
