Roush Honda is top notch! I wouldn't trust anyone else to my vehicle if I felt there was a major problem. I have had the pleasure of working with Nick, November and Ken in the service department and they are all excellent. I feel they have gone over and above to solve my issues. You can tell they treat your car like their own car. I highly recommend them. read more

Roush Honda - My car I purchased at Roush - Car Dealers Near Me - Westerville, Ohio

I damaged a wheel rim on a pothole and ordered a new rim, which I was assured would be in by the next day. The next day, when the phone rang, I thought "There's Roush telling me my wheel was ready" NO! They were calling to tell me they had ordered the wrong wheel. The advisor said he ordered the correct part and assured me it would be in by the next day and mounted and balanced ASAP. When I called late morning to see where my wheel was, the service advisor had no idea what I was talking about and tried to set me up with a service appointment, when all I needed was my wheel and tire. When I finally made him understand, he referred me to another service advisor. By this time I had driven to the dealership and went inside to see him. He said my wheel tire was being mounted and would be ready in 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. 15 minutes later, it was ready as promised and he said as soon as I checked out with the cashier, I would be good to go. I had paid in full for the tire when I ordered it, along with a $50 core charge and thought a refund of the core charge was the only reason I needed to see the cashier. NO! They wanted another $366! It turns out that they charged me twice for the tire, and no mention of a $50 core charge. The cashier didn't seem to know much about anything and disappeared for 5 minutes. Another person hurried down and did some things at her work terminal, smiled at me and then disappeared. After another 5 minutes of no cashier, I asked one of the other cashiers if they could tell me what the hold up was or get someone who was actually able to help me and they just stared blankly at me while mumbling some king of vague apologies. I happened to notice my cashier out in the service bay talking to my service advisor and a manager(?). They were more engrossed with something on their screen than in helping me on my way and the service advisor eventually said "just take the tire and go". I was still wondering about the core charge refunds and when I got home went over both invoices in detail and see that they overcharged me by more than $105. My wife stopped me from storming out the door to go back and settle the matter in person and I am now waiting a call back from someone who knows what they're doing. There is just absolutely no excuse for this level of clusterf**kery read more

Great dealership with a wonderful staff. Stopped in to take advantage of their evening express service (they are open till 10 PM). It is so nice they are open late so you don't have to take time off work to get your car serviced. Service advisors are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my coffee and looking at the showroom. If you are looking for a Honda you really should consider this dealership. read more

One of the worst Honda dealers in Ohio. I own two Hondas (a CR‑V and an Odyssey) and usually go to John Hinderer Honda, but since I live close to Roush Honda, I tried their service several times. Each visit was disappointing. In December 2025, I scheduled an appointment to get a value for my 2016 CR‑V. Instead of helping, the representative kept trying to sell me a car. When I explained I only wanted an evaluation, he acted annoyed and sent me to another building. They offered me only $9,000, while another dealer offered $15,000 and they sold it for $19,000 a week later. In July 2026, I went for a simple oil change. Even with an appointment, it took them 1.5 hours. They didn't put a service sticker on my windshield, and they didn't report the maintenance to Carfax. I tried contacting the service manager, but the auto‑reply said he had been out of office since March 2026. I called and emailed again, got no response. Very poor communication and customer service. read more

No pushy sales, friendly atmosphere and best car buying experience we've ever had! We will be buying more cars from here.

bought a car on 9/2025 for 1299.00. ten months ago. I have had to take the car back to them several times for the same engine problem. The latest bills for the car include a used engine replacement cost 8300.00 they sent a bill. Two 4000.00 repairs and a 1400.00. they refused to do the engine repair. My mom purchased the car she is 75. I asked them to buy the car back and they gave me 6500.00. read more

Another great car-buying experience with Roush Honda in Westerville! My wife and I purchased a new car earlier this year and were so impressed that we came back and bought another one yesterday. Our salesman, Jeff Ward, once again made the process easy and enjoyable -- no pressure, just professionalism and genuine care. Julie in accounting and administration handled our title and registration flawlessly, making that part completely stress-free. Thanks also to the Service Department and Used Car Appraisal Team for their efficiency and fairness. You can feel the pride of employee ownership in every interaction. I've had my honda for 2 & 1/2 years now. Today is thie 2nd time I've had problems with their service department. The first time my car got scratched up during it's service stay there & they accused me of lying about it happening there until they looked at there cameras. So they fixed my car. Apologies had to be solicitated.. Now they are accusing me of not calling in & asking them to change my oil before the service engine/ change oil light comes on. I knew I was going out of town this summer & wanted it done prior to being on the road. That is why I wanted it done early. Not to mention cell phones keep records of all call history by day & contact. So, I do have proof of calling. Good customer service does not include telling your customer they're lying. Good customer service should be able to negotiate and/or maneuver without accusing a customer of a lie. I've dedicated my ife to social services for 30+ years & never woul tell a person they are lying. Even if there was proof. So sad that our World & society has become fuled by hypocrisy & malicious behavior. What a hot mess! read more

The sales rep. I worked with made this process painless. We had spoken on the phone prior to my appointment and I shared about myself and what I needed. Marco assisted me with respect and listened to my concerns. I left with a new car a better one that I expected for my price point and what I could afford in monthly payments. I feel he went above my expectations. I also was grateful to the service dept. namely Chris, who addressed my issues promptly and thoroughly. Even the financial representative that walked me through the signing of the deal, Kyln, was kind as well as clear and concise. I appreciate being able to still feel the level of trust I experienced in this day and age.. thank you Roush! read more

I have had Hondas my entire driving experience. My first was a Honda Accord and the last five Hondas were the CRV. I was very excited to upgrade to the Honda Passport Trailsport. We scheduled a specific time for pickup and to sign the financial paperwork. Honda did not have anything ready for us. They didn't even realize we were coming in as our sales person was out sick. They should have covered his schedule with him being out not just plain forget their customers. I waited 3 and a half hours for them to clean my new car that should have been ready for us at our scheduled pickup time. They didn't even start cleaning it until almost 3 hours after we had been there. They had everyone else's cars all set for pickup but not mine. It was so disappointing and the massive trigger was when the person who helped me into my car and gave me my keys -- said to come back when I had more time to learn my new car! I had all the time in the world at my scheduled time! Unbelievable! I will never ever recommend or purchase a car from this dealership again. read more

We've visited Roush while car shopping (here and at their former used car place on Westerville Rd.) They have always been decent- friendly, helpful, not pushy. Today I needed my radio code since I got a new battery. Couldn't get all the information myself, and they want you to come in instead of doing things over the phone- to reduce theft I'm sure. Pulled in without an appointment, the lady checked things out and got the code, friendly and efficient. And, on my way in five minutes, at no cost. We have and have had Hondas. I worked at Honda. If we need service, or a car, we will come here, because they have been great every time we've visited. read more

I had the most unpleasant experience with general manager Cameron Dean, Tim Senek at Roush Honda. The bottom line is I was lied to. I was waiting for a month to have a car delivered. After the car arrived I was ready to pick the car up I went to sign papers and decided I needed a payment date changed Tim Senek told me he had to call funding. I asked why "what is that?" This is my 4th leased Honda. No one had ever had to call funding. I said ok. I went back 2 day later on a Monday Senek had never called funding I asked Cameron Dean why? Cameron said funding was closed. I said "closed?" This was a weekday with all of the cars being sold all over Hondas footprint and funding is closed? I called another dealer and sked was funding closed on April 8th? They told me funding is open 6 day a week. I. The mean time I called Honda to get my payment date changed. There was no problem. I went told Roush Honda Tim Senek still would not ease me the car I had waited a month on. I went to Lyndsey Honda and was in and out in 1 hour. read more

Everything happens for a reason and my husband and I are grateful that we had a bad experience that lead us to this amazingly successful dealership and great salesman Shaun! This rating is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and does not reflect on the new car sales department. It's very easy to schedule service online and to make an appointment to drop off your car. I usually leave mine and come back later to pick it up but they have a very nice, very comfortable waiting area. I did wait once in the past and found the waiting area to be very nice. The service advisor who checks you in stays in touch during the process with periodic text messages. And the car is always done when promised. Service also includes a free car wash. To date, I've been impressed that they have never tried to up sell me any extra services - they're good at doing what's required and not pushing the extras, Prices for the routine A1 and B1 services are a little high but generally reasonable. However, during my last visit, I asked them about diagnostics for my backup camera and was shocked when they quoted me $180 just for basic diagnostics. For that price, I can live without a backup camera. Overall - very pleased. read more

We had an exceptional experience at Roush Honda! From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Jeff Ward was fantastic--he was so informative and helpful that we were nearly sold before we even stepped foot in the dealership! Unlike other local dealers, the team at Roush was never pushy and truly made us feel like family. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Honda HR-V LX! You asked for another chance and my wife and I took it. You are conveniently located close to our home. Sadly, you overfilled the oil in our CRV and caused a catastrophic check engine light to come on while I was heading out of town over a year ago. It took several days to get you to acknowledge that it was your fault and not charge us for the repair. I was never reimbursed for the towing fee. Now I get to recent visits. Check engine with an on again and off again oil light. You did a repair and days later the warning lights are back. I take it in again and you do another repair at an additional cost and time to wait on a part. No more than a day later the lights are back on. I call you because I have concerns that a third repair might not solve the issue. I didn't want to speak to the service department, I wanted a manager. That never happened. I took it to Germain, and they fixed the issue rather quickly. I will say that typically the visits are fine, but when you go sideways, you go big. Never again and don't worry about calling now. I'm not answering this time. read more

Kevin H went above and beyond to make our car buying experience positive. From when we first met him to when we got the keys, Kevin was extremely kind and professional. We could've bought the CRV Hybrid at any Honda dealer but we liked the high level of service from Roush. Kevin showed us the service bay, the remodels and how much pride everyone takes in the dealership. We had a better experience at Roush than at another Honda dealership when we shopped around. I feel like I need to give just a few facts and you will see that Roush has gone above and beyond. I live in Cleveland. They came out to tow my used car and gave me a loaner until I found the time to drive to Columbus to buy a new car. They talked me through all the options on the phone, they made me and my wife feel like we were in the showroom. We purchased a car -- and 99% of the reason is that we want to trust our car dealer. I met 3-4 staff along the way and each one made us feel like we were special. Then, I arrived and it is the cleanest dealership I have seen -- comparable to Valley Honda outside Chicago (if you are local to Chicagoland, that is a great place as well). I will drive 2 hours for service moving forward. There is plenty for me to do in Columbus. Thank you Roush Honda. Dennis read more

Great place many different great people, but even though they know and have proof that I made every payment on my very first car of finance that was 10 grand, they still did not even allow me to make payments on the next car all because they thought that I didn't have a set job. I have money income, but yet just because I didn't have a legit job. I did not get supposedly finance for the company. I don't recommend this company unless you got a Headstart of what they want which is a good chunk of change of two grand in hand and any kind of legitimate job of some short you can't even DoorDash or attempt service that has to be a real job. Good luck to who goes in there. And they still handed me a fix me up car knowing that I make every payment I felt so degraded do not take my word for the opinion, but just letting you guys know what you're getting into before you go like I said great people just they don't know how to really work with people that actually payment their payments on time and never miss a payment. I will take my value somewhere else. No personal problem. I'll come back when I have a real job lol. read more

I hate going to the car dealers. In the past, car sales men always rushes and intimated me to make a decisions. Sometimes, they can be a little condescending too, like they know more then you about cars, so you need to listen to them. However, my experience with Roush Honda was very different. We went in to see what kind of deal we would get if we were to trade a car. We were not expecting to buy a new car. Parker and Cameron took their time to explain everything in detail. Cameron took his time to come up with a package that would benefit us. They did not rush us for anything or make us feel pressured to buy or make a decisions. Roush Honda is Fantastic. The best car buying and service experience in central Ohio. Very competitive pricing and outstanding customer focus. I have been a brand loyalist and have owned many Hondas. After I purchased my first car from Lee Cohen 614-588-4960 at Roush I refuse to go to any other dealer. New car sales team is very knowledgeable of the vehicle lineup and Lee is exceptionally good. Since I purchased my first car from him, I have referred many friends and family to Roush who had as good of a car buying experience as I have. Service team is outstanding also. Call out to Joe Stanwik (Service Advisor). Love how they use the new tech to check in for service appointments and good communication and feedback. I also got to say if a human error ever happens during servicing process Roush team more than makes up for it. When you are at the dealership don't be surprised if the GM drops in to chat with you. All new car dealers should use Roush Honda customer service play book. ** Update 7/2/23 purchased my 3rd Honda from Roush. Amazing experience as always and they offer great deals. read more

I'm done with Roush. Yeah, sure, they've tried to sell me parts and fixes I don't really need but would be nice. I get that but they would back off when I said no. Lately, they just won't quit trying to convince me I need some repair that I know for a fact--I don't. The last advisor (or whatever) blatantly lied to me about replacing a part for $600. I even indicated how I knew the part was fine but they didn't care. I put some 3-in-One oil on it, good as new. No thanks Samantha H. of Roush Honda No matter your apparent sincerity or how sweetly you talk to me, we both know nothing is really going to change. And I've already told you the problem. Pushing overzealous repairs when simpler cheaper ones will do is one thing. Lying about repairs is over the line. I'm sure you already know who I'm talking about. read more

40 years of buying cars at Roush Honda and I can now tell you that the sales and service experience went from outstanding to very poor. Sales people trying to steal sales from one another and then having you pick from which one you buy a car while both standing there looking at you. I picked the non-sleazy one who I wanted to buy the car from in the first place. Service likes to schedule you out in the future so when you have your service done you get told that you are a few miles over the limit for the free service promised when you bought the car even though it was well under mileage when the appointment was made. Want the promised car wash at the end of the service...sorry out of soap. Good cars, just be aware that the new Roush Honda that sells lots of cars is MUCH different than the dealership of only a few years ago. read more

Their service department is unreliable and poorly managed. I purchased a brand new car from them and 8 months later with less than 4k miles on the car the front axles needed to be replaced, which is a common issue for this vehicle according to the NHTSA. The car also is unable to charge above 25kwh on a DC fast charge. Roush completed the service and as soon as I left the dealership, the axles were failing again. They had also dismissed the charging issues of the car completely. I called them to explain that the axles were still making the same issue. They informed me there was nothing they could do because the designed part was defective. They claimed it was not a big issue. I told them that it was unacceptable to expect a person to drive a 5200lb vehicle on the road with a suspension that could prevent me from controlling the car. Cleary, they do not understand nor care about safety. After telling them I would have to involve a 3rd party, they said they would "fix" the axles again. I then scheduled the appointment and dropped off the car on Monday. They claimed it would be fixed by Tuesday evening. After calling numerous times and leaving voicemails along with sending texts, nobody would respond the entire day or evening. On Wednesday I called numerous times during the morning and left voicemail after voicemail along with texts. Roush has a horrible practice of refusing to answer the phone for service. I then finally called the sales desk and they transferred me to the service manager's voicemail. After a few hours he returned my call and explained they had not even started the work. In fact, the tech who was supposed to service the car would not be back until the following week. Yes, it was scheduled to be serviced on a day when the person was scheduled to be gone for a week later. They then offered me a rental which was filthy inside and smelled like cigarette smoke. When I finally did get the car back a week later, they explained "most" of the noise should be gone from the axles. Yes, "most" of the noise. Clearly having a CV joint clicking and popping as it turns is normal for a brand new car. Furthermore, to this day the charging issues have never been resolved. Due to their inability to fix the car, it will be going to another dealership along with my business. Having been a repeat customer, I will gladly take my business to another dealership. Do not go to Roush in any capacity. read more
