Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. Not sure what that meant, but it was very offputting as I was trying to enjoy my experience walking around the store. I was completely blown away by the vast selection of motorcycle offerings they had in their stock! Anything you would want and several of each to chose from. Their stock was also very smartly acquired.. every bike clean and with low miles. Very top end merchandise.. exactly what motorcyclist seek high and low to find. I can see myself being a longtime repeat customer for years and years to come. I was ushered around the property by a salesman named Rich.. who really gave me his full attention and was so helpful and honest.. I felt like he took care of me as he would a daughter. He REALLY knows his bikes and wants everyone to be on the exact perfect bike for them, and to get the best deal imaginable. The salesman said the $500 deposit required to do a test ride WAS refundable. But when I got there the paperwork said it was not refundable. The salesman's attitude was "you sat on the bike and liked it so why would you not buy it?" My response was and is: you don't really know how a bike fits you and how it performs until you ride it. Furthermore, the test ride is limited to 1.3 miles on a local road with a 45mph limit. I did end up buying the bike and had it shipped to me. When the bike arrived, the battery was dead. I had to charge it to get it started. About a week later I texted, and called and spoke to the salesman to ask if he could tell me if the oil had been changed before I bought the bike. He never got back to me with the answer.

I will never step foot in that establishment and will make sure my friends and family are aware of how we were treated.

**UPDATE*** After…read morethe initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty.
