I have been using the app to order my Rx and it has been one issue after another. One minute the app states my Rx is ready, and when I get to the store it is not ready. I tried the delivery which I thought would be a convenience, and it turned out to be a headache -- took forever to be delivered. Now the last straw...placed order, and said I have no refills left when I actually do. I noticed that all Walgreens in Columbus have a lot of negative reviews...not sure what is going on since it was always my favorite drugstore. I have never used a grocery store pharmacy, but I noticed that Giant Eagle pharmacy has better reviews...I think I will give them a try. I initially gave two stars, but changed to three stars as this review is only reflecting the pharmacy. If I did not have issues with pharmacy, I probably would give five stars.

The other advantage is that the store is very conveniently located between Morse Rd and Rt 161 on North Hamilton Rd right in front of the Meijer Department Store. They just remodeled the interior earlier this year. It looks brand spankin' new now. I like that. There's nothing better than a clean store. They have all of the usual products available, so you won't be disappointed when you're making that midnight run for snacks or beverages when everyplace else is close or inconveniently located too far off the road for you to bother venturing. The only thing that Meijer needs to implement is a point system like Kroger and Giant Eagle. They have to be losing business without it. But, they still don't have customer discount cards yet. I guess that can be a good thing. They don't have to artificially raise their gas prices to provide a so-called "discount" with points collected from food shopping. As long as they are in the ballpark price-wise, who's complaining, right?

This is a pretty solid gas station in an area with numerous businesses. The station itself has access from both Sunbury as well as Valley Quail. There are numerous pumps and plenty of parking spots. The parking lot and all the pump stations are extremely well lit. The inside of the store is very clean and bright. There are plenty of choices for drinks and snacks. The attendants here are all extremely helpful and courteous. On my first visit, the young lady at the counter signed me up for their rewards card and explained it to me, advised me to ensure I registered online, as well as showed me on the receipt how I received points for that visit.

(This medication is timed and you need to replace the patch that day or you start having pain.)I am currently fighting cancer and this lovely pharmacist was so kind, empathetic and a wonderful human being! I could not thank her enough. The next month I had the SAME issue at my regular Walgreens. She again came to my rescue! I have found a new pharmacy closer to my home and I have dropped the Pickerington Walgreens Pharmacy, I sure wish she was close to my location!

Some years ago, when my doctor prescribed a particularly expensive medication, the pharmacist called me before filling the prescription and suggested that I verify if my insurance would pay for it before I got shocked by the price. Another time, again with a particular med, the pharmacist explained that it wasn't something they usually had in stock and that she would order it. When it was time to refill the prescription, I called ahead of time to ask them to order additional doses and was told they had already done that since they knew I had 2 refills on the script. The store is convenient to home, is always well-stocked (well, except for hand sanitizer during the COVID-19 pandemic) and the staff is always pleasant and efficent.

Just don't even care to work like this one did. If you're looking for Swensons, I'd say stick to the Akron based area and avoid all the Columbus locations because rumor has it the staff rotates throughout all of the different locations versus having a regular staff.
