Cool store with the best fuel prices in the city that I can find. They even offer a lower 88 grade unleaded option below regular unleaded. I have not tried it even though it should be safe based on my owners manual and online search but it's a very popular option. Been here a few times and only negative I found is getting to the pumps and the lines at times. Food, they have food too! Made to order burgers, steak subs, Italian subs, appetizers, fries, and a plethora of items. I have not tried any of their food but heard good things so grabbing a bite here is on the list. So I finally got a chance to try Sheetz as a reward for finishing a 5k - breakfast shnacks were in order! (Also, I apologize for lack of photos. We were ravenous and ate everything before I remembered pics. I will update next visit!) So first impressions: the hype is real! This place is so clean and set up so well. Big self-checkout section and a really good selection of drinks and packaged foods/snacks. We came for the fresh menu, so we used one of the kiosks, typed in our order, got our number and waited just a little while for our order. Because we didn't know any better, the super friendly employee explained we had to pay for our food prior to pickup. Makes sense (facepalm) So now we know we can self-checkout while we wait! He checked us out, learned it was our first time in and treated us so nicely and offered us a free drink. We got coffees (breakfast blend) and it's really good coffee! We ordered sausage burritos. They're smaller than I expected so next time I will get 2 or get one bigger burrito. The hash brown bites are bomb though! Little seasoning on them and so crispy!! Also worth nothing: the free salsa packets chosen to go with the burrito were delicious. Also tried the little Cinnabon bites and they were absolutely delish. I could eat 50 of them lol So yeah man. This place is awesome and I can't wait to try more things on their menu! I wish they sold Ohio-made Ballreichs potato chips but that's not a dealbreaker. read more

First time coming here, great Sheetz location in the heart of Columbus. Great location from the cleanliness inside and out to the ease of access to the streets. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest but the Store is well stocked, has great pre made food and good selection of healthy affordable options. The lady who works there--I believe her name is Angela--is very nice and helped me with my investigation of this gas station for an individual named, "Gaijin". Whom has been avoiding me for many days now and I am unhappy about it. It is seriously a health issue that he thinks he can run away from his problems. Disgusting. i work weird hours and this place is unfortunately one of my only options sometimes. they CONSISTENTLY slops my order together, doesn't give me things i pay for and it's so frustrating! like how hard is your job at sheetz that you can't make a fucking sandwich properly? i am very patient with service workers and food workers usually because i have been there but when this is happening time after time after time maybe you guys should have management doing quality checks! maybe you should have management upholding a certain level of service and product quality. idk when these issues are this consistent it's a management problem trickling down to the staff. shit managers have shit staff. read more
