I understand this is frustrating and I apologize and as I was walking out he said to the person that was in line behind me "oh my can't even afford to buy gas but you can buy ice cream in here every night". I was already embarrassed as it was and he just made the situation even more uncomfortable. Everyone else at this location are some of the nicest people I've ever met but tonight was just my breaking point.

Several issues: 1. Air pump is more often broke than not. Pump is not ideally placed to stop people waiting for air from parking you in if you use their customer parking. I have waited 10 minutes to leave after shopping because customer would not move and lose their place in line. 2.They do a poor job of keeping the paper towels and washer fluid full. 3. Employees do nothing to keep the panhandlers away from the front door, they try to get you coming and going, and do nothing to keep them away when you are at the pumps. With the bus stop in front of their store, seems like there is always someone begging. There is a police officer or security guard always standing around inside the store, why not have him come out and run these people off. 4. Charge more for the same product charged inside the store and do not accept specials that giant eagle has in the weekly circular. If coke is on sale, I shouldn't pay 40% buying it from the same person in your parking lot.

It's the first time I've been to a GetGo gas station and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. There aren't any gimmicks here, no super fancy diner, no real restaurants attached to it. There is absolutely nothing making this Gas Station any better than most standard Gas Stations out there, only there is. When you can excel in customer service, you've absolutely won the game. Two of the nicest, and quickest staff members I've ever come across at gas station. I can't remember the exact name of the gentleman that rung me out, but he was a baller. He sparked a conversation with me and made me feel welcome, like he wanted me there. Wasn't in a hurry to get me out of there, the feeling I typically arrive to when I'm at any gas station. He was more than willing to treat me like a person, bravo. On another bright side, they were very well stocked, and I think that goes still with the two employees I saw working there. They had the Deli food stocked to a tee and I felt like I had some real choice in what to eat, which is great. I wont highlight the food too much, it was decent but the overall experience and the people they have working there make this a 5 star experience. I had the most unpleasant interaction with store manager (?) today. I was shocked by how rude she was to me and also to the staff working. Extra star for the store always being well stocked and very clean.
