I am just ripping & gripping through MakeReady Restaurants establishments hehe cuz why not?! Perfect area downtown (has some space). Amazing hotel. Perfect coffee shop. So large. So cutesy!! I got a cold brew with cinnamon & maple syrups ok ya girl was feelin' it!! Awesome spot to catch up on homework, work, fast date, quick girly hour like I did (or 3 tehe). Such Hallmark movie vibes ok. I will be back. The sweetest staff.

Great coffee. Ample seating. Connected to a hotel? Luxury Building? Honestly, I'm not sure but it was sleek and clean. The pretty bathrooms made this a perfect coffee stop along our road trip. Our americanos were great. So were our chocolate croissant and strawberry bun. The place was so nice and comfortable we decided to chill and enjoy our coffees instead of taking them to go.

I got a vanilla latte and my friend got a cinnamon honey. 10/10 coffee this place is so yummy!!!!!

Barista went out of his way to make me what i wanted. Great vibe! Even though it was crowded, it wasn't very loud - great spot for getting busy work done! Small issue is that there is NO network in here - at least with att. If you're here by yourself, it's a hassle leaving all your stuff on a table to make/answer calls. Also parking is not very easily available, but to me that was kinda expected bc it's attached to a hotel. Overall would I recommend/come back? Yes I would. If I was going to spend a few hours here, it's worth it. Just no one might be able to reach you over a phone call that does not involve WiFi.

What a gem for remote workers!! The coziest vibes ever in the Junto lobby with lots of spots with plugs and tons of seating in general. They have house-made syrups which seems to be becoming increasingly rare and makes such a different. They have a 12 oz iced latte which is also so hard to find - perfect coffee to milk ratio. The guy who took my order on 3/7 who I assume was the manager was such a sweetie and seemed to be killing it at his job the whole time I was there. I'll be back! The only downside is that parking is a bit tricky as it fills up around the area so quickly.

This place is so beautiful inside and out. It has the coziest aesthetic and ambiance. From working on a laptop and needing cable ports - they have it. From a nice inside fire - they have it. To comfortable chairs and couches - they have it! I would come here for many occasions and hangs out. Saturdays can be super busy - so either get here before the crowd does, or go a little after! Although I didn't try any of their food this time, everything that was coming out looked delicious and picture perfect. I also appreciate that they don't charge extra for other flavors of milk! I feel like this is one piece of information that truly sets them apart from other places.

I tried their coffee when they tabled at the Coffee Festival, so I was excited to check out the cafe! The entrance is in one of the alleyways. You'll notice a cow sign in front. It wasn't busy when I came. But the space is amazingly large! The front area has booth seating but the back part has tons more comfy seating options. Beautifully designed too! I wasn't hoping to stay long, but I ordered a croissant and a latte. Delicious! I'll be back to hang out there next time. Parking around here is parallel. Not sure how busy it gets around here, but it was early afternoon on a weekday and i had no problem finding parking.

Our 7th stop on the Cbus Coffee Trail brought us here. The secret menu item is the Cinnamon Maple Cortado. Nice, dark flavors on this cold morning. Paired with a brioche knot. Beautiful atmosphere as the lobby is decorated for the holidays, fireplaces glowing and plenty of fun areas for seating. Very tidy and staff were pleasant.

Kick of the Columbus 10 year anniversary coffee trail with a stop to Maudine's before the Friday madness to get a cortado and do some work- taking calls. The place is small with some comfy seating that I am sorry to say could use a good cleaning already. Man cbus folks, you do not care about upholstery do you? Other than that, the folks were friendly and I was caffeinated to a tilt without the cow - oat milk only! I will be back next time earlier to stake a seat.

This newly developed area in Franklinton off Broad street is really cool and I can see how it will continue to grow in popularity as it continues. The Junto Hotel is one of the first business openings I remember, including the fact that there's this cute coffee shop attached. While it took me a minute to visit, I finally got around to it and while the place is beautiful, the service I received was subpar. I was starving and needed coffee badly and my boyfriend and I decided it was the day for Maudines. It took us a minute to find the place from outside but we eventually found the entrance that's not inside of the hotel. It had a fun cow theme that was present throughout and comfy booth seating. I also love how it flowed into the gorgeous hotel lobby. When we visited we were the only ones in the place and I was excited to finally get what I was craving. I asked a few questions about what the pastries were and decided on a few to go along with my coffee. That's when I saw the breakfast sandwich listed in super small writing behind the counter so I ended up switching things up and getting that. While I asked for it without bacon, that request was ignored (luckily I'm not too picky of a vegetarian and my boyfriend ate it) and that leads me to sharing why the service was not up to expectations. The young lady at the counter seemed to be very annoyed and it was clear to the jump, the bacon was just the icing on the cake. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, but we couldn't remember the last time we got such cranky service. It definitely stood out in a bad way. That being said, the sandwich and latte I got was delicious. We said we would consider coming back but hopefully the staff is in a better mood that day. The sandwich was really that good.

Located in the Junto Hotel, this is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a really good cup of coffee. We always enjoy our visit. There is lots of comfortable seating in the lobby area, including huge fire. There are plenty of couches throughout to visit with friends and lots of tables providing plenty of space for you and your laptop. There is also a really nice area outside with a fireplace. Coffee is wonderful. I got a drip and enjoyed it. My wife ordered the special Honeysuckle Latte and she said it was worth the 20 minute drive to downtown. They also have boozy coffee drinks, which looked really good. We ordered a breakfast sandwich to split. Usually it is very good, but unfortunately our sandwich had an incident and the bun was squished. Nonetheless, it was tasty and I recommend it. They also have several other breakfast items and I nice grab and go selection. The baristas are always pleasant and provide wonderful service. They take time to answer any questions and create your drink. If you enjoy being able to relax and enjoy coffee, check out this CBus gem.

Pink peppermint mocha

A cool (cow-themed) take on a hotel coffee bar. I loved how the shop opens up into the hotel lobby and bar, so lots of comfy seating and good people watching while you enjoy your coffee. Coffee menu is short and pretty straightforward, but they did have a few seasonal specials. The pink peppermint mocha was really nice. I do wish it was served hotter, but the mint flavor was subtle and perfect. I did not see any hot food menu items available, but maybe I just missed them? They do have pastries and some grab and go refrigerated items. There is a beautiful patio for warmer weather. Parking is available on the street or in the nearby pay-to-park garage behind the hotel.

The food and drinks are amazing!!!! Highly recommend the bfast Sammie, it's so fluffy, filling and has a little twist to it. I really enjoy their mocha latte with extra mocha, but also like the brown sugar latte and their cortado. Heads up the chai latte is super gingery which is interesting and unique but it's not my favorite. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and comforting and clean! The staff is nice and quick with pulling espresso

Great sitting spaces! (06/14/2025)

The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.

We enjoy their products and welcome Resch's to Gahanna. We are highly confident Resch's would be even more successful if they took two actions: 1. Open for business at least by 7:00 a.m. 2. Offer the option of traditional no-filling Chocolate and Vanilla frosted Long John donuts. -- market data supports this and shows .... Based on: * Sampling of 100+ independent bakery hours across U.S. cities * Regional bakery association listings * Yelp/Google Business hour patterns * Known bakery business models A realistic, data‑grounded estimate is: Only about 10-15% of neighborhood bakeries open at 8:00 a.m. or later. Further market data shows... Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are extremely uncommon. Why unfilled Long Johns almost always remain on the menu * They serve the "less sweet" customer segment. * They pair well with coffee (important for morning sales). * They are cheaper to produce and have fewer failure points. * They are the "default bar donut" in many regions. Even bakeries that push filled varieties keep unfilled bars because they sell steadily and require no additional labor. --- Bottom-line conclusion Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are very rare -- probably under 5% of all bakeries. The overwhelming majority offer both, with filled varieties outnumbering unfilled but not replacing them.
