Thats because they havent even begun to fill it up less the customer initiates the transaction. I've now been getting all my prescriptions there since the beginning of this year and I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and with the efficiency of their operation, I receive texts when it's time to refill prescriptions; texts when the scripts are ready for pick-up (including the cost of the prescription) and a follow-up text after the prescription has been picked up. No needless, repeated robo-calls with the same information. Overall, I'm very happy with their professionalism, service and efficiency.
