HOWEVER, I do NOT appreciate the fact that they don't allow customers to use the restroom. I have been with my young niece and she really had to use it and they wouldn't let her. Another time, I had to use it as well and was not allowed. They say its because people do drugs in there. There is no reason all customers should be penalized because of the mental illness/addiction of our neighbors. Another problem area for me is the manner in which the fountain machine is kept. Most of the time it is dirty.

They're smaller than I expected so next time I will get 2 or get one bigger burrito. The hash brown bites are bomb though! Little seasoning on them and so crispy!! She was rude, lacked customer service skills, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question about parking. I was basically told that if I did not pay for a parking spot, then I could not park at this location. I drive all over and know that many Pilot locations offer free parking for drivers. Because of this experience, I will avoid stopping at this location whenever possible. Thank you, Pilot, for making drivers feel unappreciated.
