At this point, I've been on hold for over 45 minutes listening to a digitial voice that keeps repeating the same message every 20 seconds. "we're sorry, our staff is answering other calls - we'll be with you shortly" - EVERY 20 seconds for over45 minutes. I picked up prescriptions on the way home tonight and one script was only partially filled. I called for an explanation. THEY JUST ANSWERED (50 minutes) and the man I spoke with said someone should have explained that they didn't have enough on hand so they did a partial fill -- WITH NO EXPLANATION. SERVICE IS DECLINING.
