My sales person Jesse was a good person to deal with. He was attentive and super chill while being professional and direct with a lot of constructive info about my purchase of a 2027 Kawasaki mule. Highly recommended. read more

Good price on bike, but salesman and store policies not so good. In May 2026 I drove in from out of state to test ride a bike. A few days before I called ahead to set up the ride. The salesman said the $500 deposit required to do a test ride WAS refundable. But when I got there the paperwork said it was not refundable. The salesman's attitude was "you sat on the bike and liked it so why would you not buy it?" My response was and is: you don't really know how a bike fits you and how it performs until you ride it. Furthermore, the test ride is limited to 1.3 miles on a local road with a 45mph limit. I did end up buying the bike and had it shipped to me. When the bike arrived, the battery was dead. I had to charge it to get it started. About a week later I texted, and called and spoke to the salesman to ask if he could tell me if the oil had been changed before I bought the bike. He never got back to me with the answer. read more

Ryan was the best salesperson. We knew what we were looking for and the prices online were way less than the Harley Store. We had a choice of several bikes in the price range. Ryan was knowledgeable and a great help. Finance took a while but it always does. read more

10/10 experience jesse was very patient and helpful great customer service from every one. Will be buying my next bike there

Service and parts area is super. Sales not at all. Went there today to look at new motorcycles and the sales person (glasses and grey/whitefish hair, tall) did not help and quickly walked away when I said I was interested and had a trade-in. Going to another dealer for new motorcycle but will use J&J for service and parts. read more

awesome service and speedy processing. I spoke to Jesse, showing interest in the new line up of ninja 500's. He quickly got back to me and provided pictures and information of his inventory. He worked with me from start to finish, making it a very smooth process to purchase. Could not be happier! read more

definitely recommend stopping here even if you're just looking. i called ahead of time and spoke with Jesse and he gave me the okay to come in and sit on some bikes. they have a really good selection of bikes from really small bikes for children all the way up to some pretty cool cruisers. i was looking at the ninja 400 for myself and Jesse answered all my questions about the bike. he seems really knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on some bikes to look at starting out on. christina was also super friendly and let us carry our small puppy inside which was nice lol. they also help with financing bikes if anyone interested. i plan on coming back when i'm ready to buy a bike!! read more

Just purchased a brand new Honda CTX700 and worked with sales person named Chad. The deal was so incredible my wife and drove over 400 miles from Virginia to buy this beautiful bike. I literally called Chad EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK and he was so patient with me answering all my questions and walking me through the long distance purchase which helped to ease my anxiety tremendously. Give them a try you won't be disappointed! Chad also helped secure the bike on our trailer very surprised at the customer service that went above and beyond!!. Only con is that the dealer should maybe consider putting gas in the bikes before delivery, it would be a nice courtesy. read more

J & J Motors - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Massillon, Ohio

Expect first class service when you come to J&J Motors! It was well worth the trip out to Massillon from Cleveland. I was completely blown away by the vast selection of motorcycle offerings they had in their stock! Anything you would want and several of each to chose from. Their stock was also very smartly acquired.. every bike clean and with low miles. Very top end merchandise.. exactly what motorcyclist seek high and low to find. I can see myself being a longtime repeat customer for years and years to come. I was ushered around the property by a salesman named Rich.. who really gave me his full attention and was so helpful and honest.. I felt like he took care of me as he would a daughter. He REALLY knows his bikes and wants everyone to be on the exact perfect bike for them, and to get the best deal imaginable. He is by far one of the only people I want to ever buy a motorcycle with again.. stellar service experience! The financing staff and managerial staff at J&J is no less top notch. Brandon created a sales experience from start to finish that was efficient, friendly, convenient, and I was very comfortable through-out the process. J&J Motors is a best kept secret in the Ohio bike sales community and I will continue to return to these guys. Beautiful bikes and unbeatable deals... could not ask for better. A+++++++ read more

Just picked up my new Kawasaki Mule 4010 Trans 4x4 from J & J Motors. The Salesperson Nick and the entire staff were awesome to work with. Even though they are 300 miles from my home, the experience was fun and very painless. I would fully recommend them for your motor sport needs. Thanks for all your help. read more

Drove over an hour away to be ignored by every person in the store! But they spoke to my boyfriend who wasn't even buying a bike I was. This place is a joke & is completely disrespectful to women who ride. I even had cash but after getting treated like that I just left! read more

Buyers most definitely beware!! This place is without a doubt the WORST place I have ever done business with. Low energy salesman with horrible consumer relations skills. In the past I worked with Brandon, he was great and this time around I worked with Mike an inexperienced salesman, which was an absolute mess. Mike wasn't truthful about the price of my purchase, couldn't do basic math even with a calculator, never contacted me when my parts came in, nor did he explain the rebate process correctly. Lol... the letter Mike sent me for being a valued customer didn't even have my name on it just said, "Dear______" but yet he signed it and my name was even misspelled on the envelope, like I said, "low energy". The apple doesn't fall far from the tree though. The manager Don is a big goof, not to mention his talking skills and facial expressions are one of the same..... blank, a real class act, a matter of fact he hung up on me because he couldn't stand to hear how bad they are. Mike, Don and the lady in the office were all suppose to call me back about different things and never received one call. I even tried to speak to one of the owners and he was just as bad. I honestly don't see how they retain and stay in business. I received low trade in values on two low mile excellent condition trades. It was my fault because Don didn't even want to see the trades, it should have been a major clue, he just whipped out numbers, low balled me but I let it go because the salesman misrepresented the rebate process and price of my purchase, which made me think I was making out on the whole deal. Doug the financial rep was a decent guy but pay close attention to his speaking and terminology, he's not explanatory with crucial parts of the numbers, initials or signatures. In my case, instead of explaining what I was initialing and signing, Doug said, "initial here, this is what you and Mike discussed". Well Mike and Doug were not at all on the same page. FYI.... the parts rep said the restocking fee for returns are 20%. I wanted to return parts that my salesman ordered for me and they tried to tell me they couldn't return my parts because they were financed but yet they got their money from the bank. On top of that, I later checked their website and it says the restocking fee is 15%. Lol.... the parts rep said it's been 20% for the past 6 years. Again.... low energy workers there, can't even keep up on their own website. I think it's fair to say..... if you're purchasing a $15,000.00 machine, you would expect the salesman and staff to be honest and professional. Not here!! Here's a few free tips for J&J Cycle: Invest in some consumer relation courses, dump ur manager Don and earn ur money the right way, without deception. Buyers.... do yourself a huge favor, shop around and read reviews. Just know that you will get no satisfaction after they take your money. My only mistake, was trusting my salesman and thinking my business meant anything. read more

Great selection of bikes but sales absolutely suck. If you can deal with the B.S then buy here if not don't bother!!!!

We drove 3 hours away to pick up a bike. We were ignored by our salesman Chad, it seems like Chad was just in the job to get his steps in. I'd have to imagine he's rocking his Fitbit goal everyday. It took a solid 25 minutes before we were even noticed at the dealership. Chad told us to go out to dinner because it's going to be awhile. We waited at the dealership for well over three hours, given we got a good deal but our treatment wasn't worth it. We were never offered water or coffee or anything. This had to have been the worst dealership experience ever, especially since we drove 3 hours and had to wait another 3 hours. I'd invest in some better customer service, and have your staff realize that the customer is the only reason you are keeping the doors open. read more

Don't bother riding there, we were there and made a deal on bike they came back after spending 2 hours looking at bike and deciding to buy and they said they had a call that put a deposit on the bike what a bunch of bullshit!! They claim it just came in and we could not buy because some shady salesman said a guy he was talking to for a couple of weeks was interested in bike so he put down a deposit. how the heck does a sales manager not say well we have a buyer here now, if they don't buy then we will take your deposit. instead they say tough shit to me we can't buy cause someone called and might want to buy! Shady!! But our salesman Joe was good. Evidently a deposit is more important than a buyer that is there ready to make purchase and they already gave figures to read more

Bought a used 2009 Honda Shadow after 1 month of owning it the front fork seals went out I had to pay over $100 to have new ones put in they lasted a matter of 2 weeks weeks and the dealership says there's nothing they can do about it but to charged me over $100 again to put another set in just for them to go out again. On June 23, 2020, I initially contacted Jesse Brown Lee to purchase a 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide I saw online through J&J Motors Inc. He was very easy to get a hold of during the purchase phase of the bike. However, that went downhill very quickly after sending him the money. I paid for a shipping company to come and pick up the bike and on the day of pick up. Jesse and the other employees decided not to pick up their phones when the truck driver was there. The truck driver arrived on June 26th, 2020 and called them 5 times and not once did any of them answer their phones. Obviously, the truck driver left as he had other shipments to pick up. This was the first error made by Jesse, but it would not be the last. I tried getting a new driver that was going through Ohio to pick up the bike for 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I asked Jesse to send over the title and paperwork for the bike so I can start the registration process in my home state. During this time, Jesse would not answer my calls and would text me about when the bike would be picked up. (If they had answered the first driver's calls, he wouldn't have needed to have to ask me about this). Then I got one text stating that the OWNER of J&J Motors Inc. wants the bike gone or they would start charging me for STORAGE. Storage?! It was initially Jesse's error in not answering a simple phone call that caused the bike to still be there past the end of June! So I called the owner to speak with him around July 16th or the 17th and they would not let me speak with him, so I left a message. He NEVER called me back. I decided to fly down to Ohio and pick up the bike myself and drive it back home. After driving approximately 1,500 miles, the bikes cooling pump went out halting my trip and costing me an additional $833. They were supposed to fix any discrepancies on this motorcycle before selling it and this bike couldn't make it to 2,000 miles after it drove off the lot. I should have known more would be messed up on this bike when storage box hatch on the right side wasn't even secured and was missing 2 bolts. Is this how you treat customers who paid almost $16,000 in CASH for your motorcycles? Why was I treated so poorly after I purchased from this establishment? I definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from J&J Motors Inc. at all if this is the type of customer service people would get. I am a customer and I was treated worse than someone who never paid at all. read more

We took our BMW e90 in for a wheel bearing replacement. Was quoted $470. mechanic ended up destroying the hub and axle. Instead of advising us of the cost to repair and replace we were told they had to purchase parts leaving us to believe they would cover the cost for their mistakes. When we finally we notified the car was ready to be picked up over a week later we were left with an unexpected $1400 bill. We charged for the part replacement and all the labor. We tried to work out a deal and were continuously told "No money, no car." Even offered to sign a contract conceding to pay for everything but in 2 installments. "No money, no car." We called and spoke with the Marion PD and they tried to negotiate with owner and was told the same thing. 2 days later owner called and was hostile on the phone making comments about being a punk kid (to a 40 year old man). We felt it was an unsafe situation to return to so again had the Marion PD meet us to pick up the car. We ended up paying for everything. on the way home we noticed a rubbing/grinding noise. Their was also a black ring of grease on the driver side seat. After this situation, I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

I typically don't write reviews - but the service and quality I received from J&J Motors warrants a rating! I have been searching for a good, used, Harley Davidson for nearly a year. When I travel, I visit every Harley dealer and large motorsports dealer in the area, and I was truly impressed by the service presented by J&J Motors. I was visiting Cleveland and saw this Massillon store online. The inventory at the store was AMAZING. The salesman (Chad) was knowledgeable on every bike that I had a question about and was by far the most professional AND personable salesman I have dealt with. He was upfront about where and how they acquired the bike, upfront about any potential issues, and answered every question - with what seem to be honest (maybe too honest) answers. Chad was the furthest thing from my stereotype of a car salesman. Chad was able to answer my questions about the different models of Harley that I was looking at. When we were done talking, he showed me the models he had in stock (several more than I have seen at other dealers), and my decision was clear. J&J worked on the pricing - to be the BEST available, and I bought a bike. I didn't plan to buy a bike while I was on that trip... The salesman at J&J was very helpful in figuring out how to get it back to Indiana. I have told my local friends about the service and selection and J&J, and several of us will be making a roadtrip (3 hours) before spring. Thank you to J&J for the exemplary service and phenomenal selection. They are as good as it gets! Jim - Angola, IN read more

Good prices on there bikes, but if you have a bike to trade in. You're outta luck, way below dealer trade in.

I was in this establishment looking to purchase a bike. I had called a few times prior to traveling 6 hours one way with the sole purpose to purchase a particular bike. I read many testimonials that is posted on their website regarding their establishment, and found them to be very positive, So I was actually shocked, after driving 6 hours one way, when they did not negotiate $200 or even $50 for a 16 year old bike that I offered over what NADA has it booked. Bike listed $4790, out door was $5013, I offered $4800 out door with my credit card. NADA book, as I am writing this review is $4491. (this may fluctuate, but it's what NADA says now) I just felt like they didn't care if I bought it or not. I was first taken aback, when I got there to test the bike, I was told before I could ride it, they would need to service it, and depending on if any bikes were being worked on, it would be 30 minutes or longer. This is after I had called a few times prior to arriving, and had told them I'm 6 hours away and I'd be there at a certain time to look at it. Just felt they should have already done this. I felt they could have said something of why they couldn't go any lower, but all I got was nope, can't do it. I regreted not paying the $5013 driving home, because I drove 6 hours, and I really wanted this bike bad, but I think I'd felt worse buying it after the way I felt treated. I sent them a message after coming home, and they have not responded back to me, so I'm satisfied I did not buy from them, nor will in the future. read more

I was searching for a Honda Gold Wing for a couple of months. I sent J&J an e-mail thru the Trader Cycle website. I got a call from a sales person on August 29th. We spoke about the Gold Wing briefly. It was advertised with 23,000 miles, with Heat and Audio comfort package. They was asking $9.900.00 for the bike. I thought about it thru out the day and spoke to my wife. She was sold on the bike due to the heated seats. She gets cold easily. I live four hours away in Central Pa and I didn't want to drive out there August 30th and find out it got sold the night before. We walked in and asked for the salesman. He walked us over to the bike and disappeared. He never came back. I sat there for a while and no one came over, I started the bike and He came running telling me to turn off the bike. I told him I had questions. He said he would be right back. So I went back in the building and looked at the wing. I found a few things on the bike that was damaged one of them a safety item the lights on the trunk was broken. And still no salesman at the bike. While I was in the building looking at the bike my wife was outside and he came by. She asked him are you going to pull the bike out so we can look at it or not? That got him to pull the bike out. As he was getting off the bike his words was to me and my wife was" Don't take the bike anywhere". He didn't come back. My wife got another person from the dealership to show me a few things on the bike and how they worked. He was at least helpful. He had other business to attend to and had to go. The next thing I know the salesman comes out and asked me to come inside. I mentioned the bike had some issues and his words were "It is a used bike. If you want to buy a new one I can do that". So once the deal was done and all the paperwork signed by my wife and I. I asked the salesman to give me a hand unloading and reloading the Wing on the trailer.. I thought I didn't see the heated switch controls. I went back in and said to the salesman. Please come and show me how the heated seats and grips work on the bike. He came out with the bike all tied down, paperwork done to show me how to use the heat. As he was looking at the bike I questioned the audio package as well. He said it had the audio because it had the tweeters in the speakers; ( I found out later from a Honda dealer it doesn't have the audio package or heat package as advertised, and that it had aftermarket heated grips only) we went back to the heated seats and grips. In 30 seconds he said it doesn't have heated seats. I said to him that is a problem. I told him it was advertised with heated seats and grips with an audio package. His words to me was "Well do you want to unwrap it?" meaning unload the bike and walk away. I just spent four hours driving, spent a night in a hotel, spent four hours at the business buying the bike. At that point I had enough of this salesman. I told him I am done talking to you. You need to get me a manager or owner. He told me "I am as good as it gets. No one was there". After some thought on the ride home, I thought he lied about that too. His sales manager came out to look at my trade. But wasn't available when there was an issue with the purchase. He then said that they weren't going to put heated seats on the bike. He said "He didn't know it was advertised with the heat and audio package and that he would print out the Cycle trader advertisement put it on the sales mangers desk and that he would call me first thing tomorrow morning. J&J cycles lied. I never got a call. I waited until after Labor Day and sent another e-mail thru Cycle trader site on the bike advertisement that I bought the bike and it was advertised improperly. I never got a call. I called and asked for a general manger or owner on or around Sept 26th. Well I got a sales manager I went thru everything with him and his question was. Then why did you take the bike? My response was quick. I said did you hear anything I just said. I was told at the time I would receive a call from the sales manager the next day. Over thirty days of ownership of the bike and I can't get a call from this business. I don't know if they treat everyone this way or just the folks that are out of the area. If I had a salesman that did his job and stayed with the buyer and explained all the option or at least was familiar with what they advertise there may have been a good chance I walked away from this bike before I spent all the time at the dealership doing the entire deal and the fact that I was promised a call from someone at this business the next day. Another lie. I never got a return call, e-mail, text from the business. J&J Cycle hasn't made a good faith effort to address my consumer complaint and I was forced to file a complaint with the BBB. Well since then the business hasn't responded to two letters from the BBB. It has been over two months. They have never called me. Buyer beware!!!!!! Don't do it !! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give negative stars I would! The worst dealer I have ever been to! Bought a used bike that I was told was in EXCELLENT condition but that was FAR from the truth! Not only did it have a front fork seal leak, it had a bad LIFTER in the engine. We are from out of state and on the way home the exhaust pipe FELL OFF in the middle of the highway!! The engine noise was so loud that I could hear it in my truck behind the bike on the highway! I called the dealer after returning home and demanded my money back. Nope. A week later they sent a semi to pick it up. Another week later and they found the bad lifter and fork seal. Another week later I called (I always had to call...never once got an update from the dealer) and they forgot to order the fork seal. ANOTHER week later when I called....it was done but NOBODY bothered to call me! We get there and after a month of waiting I still don't have the title. THEY CAN'T FIND IT. After waiting over an hour, finally we get our bike but the temp plate is MISSING. They accused us of taking it off!!! ARRRGGHH!! We finally get it back home (a 5 hour drive) and it is running fine except it still looks like the front fork is leaking. It isn't but they never even cleaned off the leakage on the rotor. Also...not only did someone from the dealer steal our temp plate, THEY STOLE THE GOLD EAGLE EMBLEM OFF THE FENDER!!!!! There is a nice hole where it USED to be. The manager never even said squat to me when we left the dealership. And I never even raised my voice throughout the whole ordeal. I would NOT recommend this dealer!!!! read more

Follow up to my review for j&j Motors. I'm not sure if the bike was wrecked or not the Harley dealer said it could have been and then fixed ? The gas tank had been off, different wheels and tires and different fron forks !!! I left the bike at the Harley dealer to have a new rear wheel and tire put on,plus a complete service. The Harley dealer call me and told me when j&j put the new rear tire on (before I bought the bike they had put a new rear tire on) the spacers for the rear wheel were not the right ones and the axle nut could not be tightened and the axle could be spun by hand. I ask them so does that mean the bike was unsafe the way they sold it to me? The service guy at the Harley dealer said yes it was not safe like that and it was a good thing I brought the bike to have it checked out. It could have come apart ! I called j&j again and told them about the axle....nothing they would do for me !! It cost me $1000 for the right wheel and tire. The Harley dealer could not beleave that j&j would not stand behind a bike they sold with problems like this one had ! AGAIN J&J MOTORS DOES NOT SERVICE THE BIKES THEY SELL THAT IS WHAT THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME !!! THEY CHECK THE OIL AND TIRES NOT MUCH MORE IT SEEMS !!! I left bad feed back it will be there soon ! read more

Went there to look at Street Bobs and Fat Bobs. Had lots of cash or would finance for a better bike. Salesman Rich Green refused to bring bike outside unless I had "something on paper" or if I was "sure" it was "the one." During this whole ordeal, Rich complained my four year old talked too loud when he was just talking like a normal kid. I was incredibly interested in buying a particular bike, 09 Fat Bob, and Rich reluctantly decided he "might" push it out for me to hear. After finding out the battery was dead, Rich then told me the only way I could hear the bike is if I put down a $500 deposit and then a mechanic would get it started for me. I asked why they couldn't just get it started and he said his mechanics were too busy getting bikes ready for customers that had already paid. I then said I wouldn't put money down on a $9000 bike unless I could hear it, Rich then reiterated that I needed "something on paper" and "commitment" to hear it start. I told him I wouldn't give him money on a motorcycle that I have no idea would run and Rich reiterated again that I had to give a "down payment." I then left and will never ever deal with this establishment again! read more
