Purchased a truck from them online. Asked them directly. Is there anything wrong with the truck. Scratches dents etc. Does everything work as it should. Specifically asked about seat heaters. All good claimed the salesman. Nothing wrong anywhere. I get it delivered and there's over a dozen scratches covered with nail polish. And the drivers seat heater doesn't work. I told the saleman. He did nothing. Called the dealership. Nothing. Called other sarchione dealerships. Nothing. Don't ever buy from these guys unless you want cheated or screwed over. read more

Just awful! The sale is the only thing they care about! Just hours before we were to pick up our brand New F-350 high-end truck, they wrecked it into a door! It ended up with three deep scrapes down to the metal and a dent, along with a thousand little scratches! All in all they damaged three panels and two of the black trim pieces. All they wanted to do was throw 500 dollars down our throat along with a repaired damaged truck. They said we shouldn't even give you the 500 dollars but we're just trying to be nice. This is almost a 100 thousand dollar truck and I'm not going to buy a non-factory repaired/painted truck for that price without significant compensation. They continue to insult us by saying this happens all the time and they fix/hide what happened and resell them without disclosure of what happened, their hope is people will never know better! After all this with no movement to make it right, we say we won't be moving forward with that truck. So now they start trying to upsell us to a 110 thousand dollar truck with other trucks since there isn't a close match to replace ours. I asked if we can meet in the middle of the two prices since this isn't really what we're wanting now? I was told basically we don't care enough to make this right and we don't need your sale, we will just sell it to other people! So now here I am with a lot of time, money wasted, and my credit dinged along with already switching over insurance to a non-existent truck. Long story short, it was going to be a great review/purchase till it turned right into a nightmare! Maybe someone higher up will reach out and make this right but I have little hope since the sales manager had little care to no care along with the sales person! read more

Don't take your car here for service......Bought a new Ford Ranger from here....decided to let them take care of my car oil changes and tire rotation and general maintenance......none of their fine mechanics could see that my tires were wearing out on the front inside tire....not a little but my front tire has a 3 inch bald strip while still having a 1/4 tread on the rest of the tire.....finally caught it MYSELF and called and talked to the service manager Tim, who had the nerve to ask me if I really thought they were at fault....I mean who the ****was taking care of my maintenance .....My A and Friends and Neighbors plans will no longer be given if you shop here...... read more

I purchased a use car at Sarchione Ford in May of 2019. I did not fill out an application for a lone, nor did I give them permission to disclose my personal information which they gathered under the premise of getting my license plates. Seven month later they used my name and social security number to run credit for another customer. The loan was approved and it damaged my personal credit rating. To this day, nearly a year later it is almost impossible to get a loan. When I discovered this issue in December of 2019, Ryan promised this would be resolved and removed from my credit report. Top priority. Nearly a year later, nothing has changed. I would not trust anything these people say and I WOULD NOT trust them with your credit info if you ever want to borrow money again. Liars and cheats I thought I should come back to update my original review. Since the end of November, I have spoken and swapped emails with Ryan and Brandon. I have spent more than 20 hours trying to get my credit report fixed, with zero success. They constantly send me back to the credit agencies with instructions on how to get the fraudulent hard credit checks off of my credit report, but the only thing that happens is I spend hours on the phone and writing letters with no luck. And now, despite the fact that my credit is destroyed, they will not even respond when I try to contact them. These people do not care about you, your credit or your future. They only care about taking your money at any cost. Buyer beware I would start this review update by saying that Sarchione and in particular Ryan Burton has really stepped up to try to get my hard credit checks fixed. They absolutely executed a hard credit check on me without my permission, but after my conversations with Ryan, I am confident it was an innocent mistake....and they are getting everything fixed. I never had a problem with the car I purchased at Sarchione Ford, I love it and it was a great value....I was simply irritated by the credit check. Part of the issue was not getting to management fast enough and that was on me. Now that Ryan is directly involved, we are getting the errors corrected and I really appreciate the efforts Ryan and Brandon have made to correct an innocent error. Glad I bought my car and glad I can honestly say that these folks do what they say they will do and take care of their customers. I am genuinely impressed by their efforts to fix what I am now confident was in innocent mistake. I would absolutely shop with them again. read more

Took my car in for some transmission warranty work which was completed satisfactorily. When I got it back it had a coolant leak and a torn cv boot. They weren't willing to take any responsibility for either and I don't believe it can be a coincidence. Didn't offer to do anything to retain me as a customer. Wasn't impressed with the first salesman. AJ "Juice" Balog (yes, this is seriously what his business card states), was the 1st person my daughter talked to about a used car. The car was blocked in & he refused to move it so that she could test drive it & instead had her test drive a different vehicle. After returning a day later he was finally willing to move the vehicle so she could test drive it. Once she figured this was the car she wanted to put her long saved money into, I drove up to talk about the pricing. AJ, aka, "Juice" met me inside & I have to say it was an awful experience as the entire time he was condescending & I got the impression I was putting him out.
