I am a 71 year old woman and eventually they never came and then requested another company be called. This is DISGRACEFUL. I pay for this and the company acted like they had no kind of upbringing. I was there on Thursday November 9 the, 2017 on my day off to get my brake line replaced. Sat in…read morethe parking lot for two hours before then pulled my car in his bay and waited another hour before Charlie even looked at it. Another customer came to see if his truck was done and told Charlie that the problem with his truck was not a necessity and that he could work on mine. Charlie continues playing around with this truck while I'm still sitting there patently waiting. He finally looks at my car after three hours of waiting and says he's going on vacation Monday and then tells me he's not going to fix it and tells me to just keep putting brake fluid it and to use my first and second gear when using my brake and sends me on my way. What kind of mechanic would do that to a woman with a broken brake line, and did he actually think I was gonna keep putting brake fluid in it, until he came back from vacation? He probably lied about the vacation and believe he had something against me, why? I haven't a clue. I never had this problem with Charlie in the past, so why now, because I work? He even had the nerve to ask me personal questions that were none of his business, before he declined to fix my car.

He did the tuneup and fix the leak on the power steering. I would recommend anybody to go to Dean auto repair or Oak Street. I would definitely have them do all the work on my car.

I brought my car here for a second opinion. Jeff (the owner) was very friendly, and personable. After inspecting my vehicle, he told me I DID NOT need a new muffler, I simply needed new hangers and an exhaust pipe. He also said that I DID NOT need to replace ALL of my catalytic converters, just two. He offered suggestions geared to saving me money. The simple fact that I was treated with respect and was not lied to, goes a long way in my book. Very highly recommend coming to see these guys FIRST.
