There for absolutely nothing was done. Not much that a person can do. Maybe because I'm a senior citizen she thought it would easy to snuggle me. I also asked about an ETA and was told that they had room to fit me in. I was told that they needed one day to order the tire. I dropped my car off on Wednesday I did not get it back until the next Tuesday. Meaning it took them 6 days to change a tire and clarify their own warranty contract. The customer service is a joke; no one, and I mean no one, knows what they are doing there. Save yourself the headache and hassle. That location, in particular, is trash. I hope word of mouth gets around on how disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this store is. I purchased three vehicles from Classic Mazda Westside, located at 13930 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. Trust me, it is worth the 45-minute drive from the Serra Arlington Rd dealership. It is a quick trip right up 77. As a Transportation Insurance Specialist, these are things I deal with every day! This is simple stuff, folks! Using a warranty should be as easy as buying one. The service advisors are friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, professional,efficient and helpful. When I made a slightly critical remark on a survey the service advisor contacted me and we got it cleared up. I've had no problems with what the service done to the vehicle. If I've had to get a regular maintenance done at another Honda service place the folks at Great Lakes Honda have been great about keeping my records up to date. The waiting area has comfortable seating, a television, fresh donuts in the morning, a charging station for your phones, a playroom for kids, a popcorn maker, coffee, and pure water station. I've had to wait each time my car was serviced and though I didn't want to have to wait for two or more hours at the place of business the waiting area made it manageable.

Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3.
