My lady friend made an appointment to get 2,50 amp fuses replaced. The hatch wouldn't open and a fee warning lights were also on. I took the Mazda for her.The woman, Ally or something, surprised me a $169 diagnostics charge that wasn't mentioned when she made the appointment, 21/2 hours later she told me they didn't have the fuses in stock and it would be 3days out, now 5 days and no call, and she would call me when their in and would install them for an additional charge of $58. There for absolutely nothing was done. Not much that a person can do. Maybe because I'm a senior citizen she thought it would easy to snuggle me. I put the fuses in for her. 5 fuses for $6 so her final price $186 including the Serra Mazda $180 With tax and what ever. Unethical employee. read more

My Mazda CX-5 was towed to the 3363 S. Arlington Rd location after hitting a piece of concrete laying in the middle of the street. I called Serra to ask if they could work my vehicle in. I also asked about an ETA and was told that they had room to fit me in. I was told that they needed one day to order the tire. I dropped my car off on Wednesday I did not get it back until the next Tuesday. Meaning it took them 6 days to change a tire and clarify their own warranty contract. The customer service is a joke; no one, and I mean no one, knows what they are doing there. Save yourself the headache and hassle. That location, in particular, is trash. I hope word of mouth gets around on how disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this store is. I purchased three vehicles from Classic Mazda Westside, located at 13930 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. Trust me, it is worth the 45-minute drive from the Serra Arlington Rd dealership. It is a quick trip right up 77. As a Transportation Insurance Specialist, these are things I deal with every day! This is simple stuff, folks! Using a warranty should be as easy as buying one. Good luck if you go there! What a nightmare. My best advice is to steer clear of them unless you love a big hassle and headache! Thay away from Serra's mayhem! read more

i inquired about a car listed on their website on Sunday. Received an auto reply on Sunday, two more auto generated emails on Sunday and an email from a sales man on Monday. I asked 2 short questions and was told he'd get right back to me. It's now Wednesday with no reply. Guess this is another dealer not interested in selling cars. read more

I went with my son to look at a specific car. It was a rainy day, but Fran Kinion grabbed an umbrella and came to help us. She is the best part of that dealership-- she did all she could to help. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable-- hopefully she'll find a place to work that is up to her standards. Our son wanted the car, but had no credit at the time-- however, I worked in finance for many years and know that a large down payment overcomes that situation. (He was prepared to put down as much as $4000 on a $10,000 vehicle!) The finance manager at the dealership was not friendly at all, and did not seem to care one way or the other---did not even suggest that he'd work on it a little further, ask if he had a bigger down payment, (we initially said $1000) or a co-signer. We were willing to co-sign with him, (and actually did on the new Chevy Cruze that he bought from Sunnyside!) He now has established credit and a great score. Where do you think he'll go to buy his next car? It's an absolute shame for the dealership's customers and salespeople as well to not have a finance manager that works for them. There is ALWAYS a way to put a deal together! As for the rest of the staff-- they stood around telling war stories and talking about the customers....really bad for business, guys! This included the managers...really tacky and I will not recommend the dealership to friends for this reason. read more

We bought a brand new CX-7 from them. At the time of purchase they offered to install the iPod upgrade cable. We had that done. Then we started noticing we had to change headlights every few months. This didn't seem normal. The dealership assured us it was normal. Then we went through several batteries. We thought we had faulty batteries as the car wouldn't start if not driven in 2 days. This continued to happen until I requested they run more diagnostics. They did and found a "parasitic draw" from the radio. The radio that only they had touched and upgraded to install the iPod cable. Instead of taking responsibility for it and fixing it, they tried to offer me another $800 head unit to replace the current one. This has made this car unreliable (won't start after a few days of not driving) and unsafe (we still have to install new headlights every few months). They won't take responsibility for their faulty workmanship. read more

It was worth a 2-hour trip from Pittsburgh to save over $3k on a car (as compared to the same car available in Pittsburgh at the time). Very Sad Dealership if you ask me especially with all the competition around it! I was on the lot for at least fifteen to twenty minutes and no sales person. I know at least three sales people observed me parking my car and walking towards to Mazda CX5's before checking out used car lot. I did my thing and moved on!! I bought a Mazda from here and Casey was super friendly and amazing as far as sales ( I highly recommend her). Where the 3 stars come in is everyone at this dealership is absolutely terrible at communication. From day 1 they brought me in the wrong color interior and then acted as if it was my fault(I told them 3 times what I wanted) and told me they wouldn't be able to get the one I wanted in for 2 more months. The next day I got a call saying they found one. They got me in the correct vehicle and I asked to get remote start on it. They scheduled me an appointment and told me that the amount was figured into my loan. When I arrived, the sales guy told me that I needed both keys (I was never told to bring them both). I had to drive back home to bring it back. Then he told me that it was not figured into my loan and that I had to pay outright for it. However, after further review they realized it was in my loan just not communicated. I was also told that this would be a 2 hour service yet I waited for over 4. At this point I am just super annoyed with the dealership. I am a returning customer and never had an issue before. This dealership is going downhill and I will definitely be going elsewhere the next time I am car shopping. read more

My wife bought a car for Park Mazda about a year ago. The salesperson Talked her into this warranty from Warranty Solutions. They told her it covered everything head to toe. The Salesman charged her an extra $2,000.00 for the warranty. Right off the bat the car had problems and the warranty company would not fix anything!! Everyone i have talked to at Park Mazda and their warranty company "Warranty Solutions" have been rude and not helpful. We feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. Buyer Beware!!
