i came in a few nights ago, i was loosing air. and a young lady and man where thankfully at the…read morestore. it was coming close to closing time. but the young lady came out and helped me with my tire in any way she could. she even let me barrow her toque wrench she let me barrow her tools. she even went above and beyond and helped me loosen my lug nuts. she helped me find where my spare tire was. even noticed where the actual issue was on my original tire and then helped me plug it and loosened my lug nuts again for me and even aired my tire back up. i was heading to west Virginia and in need of help and they went above and beyond for me. I could not be more grateful they where there to help me. and the young man helped me select the exact stuff i needed in store. i believe the names where Paul and Desiree. i just want them to get a shout out they really deserve it. you got some great compassionate staff here at 3651 Massillon rd. She informs me that they are recommending "rear differential service" & "transfer case service." Instead of a $79.95 oil change, they wanted me to authorize the work on their recommendations with an out the door price of $289.44. I politely informed the service advisor that my wife's Rogue doesn't have a REAR DIFFERNTIAL or a TRANSFER CASE. Advisor said I was wrong. I invited her to check the VIN. She checked her computer and came back with, "Oh, I am sorry. You're right." I thought about this all the way home. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. When he called back, I explained. I was left with the impression he wasn't too concerned about why I would never set foot in that dealership ever again. I will leave it to you to decide whether this is a reputable business or not.

I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

I'm very particular about my vehicle, which is why what happened today is completely unacceptable. The Service Writer (Hunter) decided it was appropriate to use my personal vehicle as a demonstration car for another technician who wanted to learn how to drive a manual transmission -- without my permission. This second individual had absolutely no business being in my car. After they parked it, both of them remained sitting inside for another 30 seconds, doing who knows what. When they finally exited, the second technician was holding a vape device, leaving me concerned they may have been vaping inside my vehicle as well. This behavior is inappropriate, unprofessional, and a clear breach of customer trust. It is unethical to treat a customer's vehicle this way under any circumstances. I immediately requested my car be removed from the service bay before any work was performed. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this dealership for service -- or for anything, frankly.

The forced me to go get cash from the nearest chase. I came back and they have to re bill me on another part so I didn't even get the same part that I paid for !
