I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

I also asked about an ETA and was told that they had room to fit me in. I was told that they needed one day to order the tire. I dropped my car off on Wednesday I did not get it back until the next Tuesday. Meaning it took them 6 days to change a tire and clarify their own warranty contract. The customer service is a joke; no one, and I mean no one, knows what they are doing there. Save yourself the headache and hassle. That location, in particular, is trash. I hope word of mouth gets around on how disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this store is. I purchased three vehicles from Classic Mazda Westside, located at 13930 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. Trust me, it is worth the 45-minute drive from the Serra Arlington Rd dealership. It is a quick trip right up 77. As a Transportation Insurance Specialist, these are things I deal with every day! This is simple stuff, folks! Using a warranty should be as easy as buying one.
