I am a retired auto tech. I dropped my car off for an alignment. They called me a while later…read moretelling me there were bad parts and they would have to replace them before doing the alignment. They also told me I needed 4 new tires before they could do the alignment. Having checked everything before taking the car to them, I knew it didn't need any of the parts they claimed. I asked them to show me the bad parts. When I got there, the man doing the work tried to show me the bad parts using an incorrect method which made it look like the parts were bad when they were not. I took the car home, and subsequently made an appointment at the Alinement Shop, who checked the car out, found no bad parts, and aligned the car for me with no problems.

Many of us watched Ralph grow up with work-worn and greasy hands in his Dad's shop, but he too is moving on to something new. Dave, enjoy your well-earned and way overdue retirement! And Ralph, I know you will easily find a new job at some lucky business that understands the various definitions of "Opening Day". Called him 2 days later, he answered the phone, claiming that the battery would not take a charge. I asked him to bring the battery back and place it on my porch, that was two days ago, no call or no show. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, it isn't dead after all!!! FAR exceeded my expectations on EVERY level, YOU…read moreWILL BE TAKEN CARE OF!!! This dealership actually cares and demonstrated this on levels that I will honestly never forget!!! Nothing makes a woman more nervous than buying a car (especially those of us who know next to nothing about cars), and when I fell in love with an SUV at this dealership, I was cautious and nervous. Bricil put me at ease and guided me through the process with so much kindness and sincerity, I feel like I made a new friend! I felt very secure in my trade-in, a very fair exchange price was offered and the team made sure to get me in the road quickly and in my dream car. But where Serpentini earns my loyalty, and should earn your business, was what transpired after. Without getting into specifics, an issue did arise that any other dealership would have shrugged off or dismissed. John, a manager within the sales department, rose to the occasion. His dedication to my safety and my concerns was unparalleled; honestly I'm still in utter disbelief at how well I was taken care of, what lengths he went for my needs as a customer, and wish I could do more than this review. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from Serpentini if you want absolute peace of mind. This car is everything I have ever wanted, and I may have found it at another dealership, but what I would not have found was this incredible dedication to customer satisfaction. You won't, either. Go to Serpentini, look nowhere else, you will NOT regret it!

This is the worst place to buy a car. And the absolute worst place to have one serviced. They had…read moremy truck for a month. When I got it back. There are scratches all over my truck. And there is a plastic cover in the cab of my truck that is broke. Looks like they set it in place. And when I drove away it fell in the floor. Now they won't fix , or admit they did anything wrong. So now my shiny new sparkling blue truck is now a work truck special. And is now also depreciated. So trade in value has just dropped about 3 thousand dollars. And will now rust over the winter. Which will make it even lower on the trade in value. There service prices are out of this world. And for the money you spend on service. You would think they would treat your vehicle better. So not sure what kind of clown show they are running there. But I will never buy from them again. They have ruined my truck. And refuse to fix it. I only hope anyone who reads this doesn't take it as just one bad experience. The worst part of it all. I have no proof they caused the scratches. I am beyond mad about this. And hate being held hostage like this. I truly wish I had taken photos of my vehicle. Inside and out.
