I had the work done paid $330 and drove away but the rattle was still loud. They told me they dont know maybe struts but I knew it wasn't. I bought sway bar end links and control arm to have them installed. Another $300 to fix the rattle but of course it was still there. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! They said one ignition coil needed to replaced and all the spark plugs needed to be replaced and it would cost $400 for the services. I agreed but also insisted that if they saw any of the other ignition coils were damaged when they opened up the car, to go ahead and replace it at the same time so I would not have to pay $220 for labor again. The manager insisted that only one ignition coil was damaged and I would be fine. One week later, car starts shaking again (more violently than the first time) and service engine warning comes on. I take the car in again. This time they want to replace the remaining ignition coils and charge me $550 including another $220 for labor. If they would have replaced the ignition coil from the beginning, I wouldn't have had to pay for labor again one week later and would not have wasted more hours waiting for my car/the headache it caused. They should have courtesied the labor the second time because it was ONE WEEK after the first time I took it in. They charge for two full hours of labor, when it takes them 1.25 hours to finish the job. These people are not customer service centered and half do the job. Go somewhere else please!

I am a retired auto tech. I dropped my car off for an alignment. They called me a while later…read moretelling me there were bad parts and they would have to replace them before doing the alignment. They also told me I needed 4 new tires before they could do the alignment. Having checked everything before taking the car to them, I knew it didn't need any of the parts they claimed. I asked them to show me the bad parts. When I got there, the man doing the work tried to show me the bad parts using an incorrect method which made it look like the parts were bad when they were not. I took the car home, and subsequently made an appointment at the Alinement Shop, who checked the car out, found no bad parts, and aligned the car for me with no problems.
