They took the time to show me what the issue was, and advisd an easy, inexpensive repair that saved me hundreds of dollars. I bought sway bar end links and control arm to have them installed. Another $300 to fix the rattle but of course it was still there. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! I never said LIE I asked him to check, he began yelling at me about taking the truck on a back road drive about 35mph and hit the brakes! I'll just leave cause he clearly doesn't want to look at it. Manager comes back saying he doesn't mind looking. After calling me a liar- yelling- making a scene because I am a WOMEN asking the right questions. He gets mad and calls the next customer. I have been to this location before & have returned with the PREVIOUS MANAGER! This guy should NOT be allowed to interact with customers. I am Customer Service & he was Deplorable! The mechanics had better communication skills than he did! I went to another shop & was treated very kind. That new manager that was there 5/1/26 at 3:30pm is terrible.
