They said that they fixed the radio slot because the radio was loose, they folded 2 pieces of foam rubber and put it on each side with no front plate because they broke it. We had asked them to do a lot of little things and they did none of them. They had our car for two weeks and did basically nothing. But you get charged for hours and somehow they claim to have spent a lot of time on it, I really don't know how. Still taking my car here two years later. I don't really understand the negative reviews I've seen…read morebecause I have never experienced any kind of unprofessionalism from this place. The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Very disappointed with my experience…read more I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed and the tires were rotated, but shortly afterward the right front started shaking badly while driving. I took the car back and was told that one of the wheel studs was bad. I was charged to have the stud replaced, but the shaking was still there. I returned again and was told the tires were balanced. After that, the car still shook. At that point I took the vehicle to another repair shop on Massillon Road in Springfield. They inspected the tire and discovered that there was water inside it. What I don't understand is how this wasn't discovered here. The problem started immediately after the tires were rotated, I brought the car back more than once specifically because of the shaking, and the tires were supposedly balanced. I would think that during a proper inspection and balancing of that wheel, something this unusual should have raised a red flag. Instead, I paid for another repair, made multiple trips back, and still left with the exact problem I came back to have corrected. Another shop was ultimately able to find the issue. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in the tire work or troubleshooting that was done here.
