On a recent trip home (driving over 500 miles), I just didn't feel my car was running right. I called and talked to Chad, who remembered me and told me to bring my car in and he would be happy to take a look at it. Jeff, was wonderful with pinpointing exactly what the problem was after looking at the pages of repairs I recently had done, at the shop in Virginia where I currently live and after a simple test drive. The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
