The next day Tuesday October 29th after getting my oil change my engine service light came on while driving home from work. Which caused a very high concern for me as I have gotten many oil changes and have not had this happen before. I was unsure if it was a faulty light, so I waited a few days, and the light never disappeared. So, I took it back Saturday Morning 11/02/2024 around 9:15am with mileage they recorded at 32884 and when they checked the problem he came to same conclusion that there was no oil or a lack of oil. They gave no resolve and had a lack of concern for my safety. They told me the only solution would be to pay more money to have oil added, which is a service that should have already been completed. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.

I took my car into this facility and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My tires needed to be special ordered and the estimated time would have been a day or two. Ashley heard of my situation and arranged for another employee to drive to the warehouse to pick up my replacement tires. A potential two day repair nightmare was resolved in a few hours. First, their facility is spotless and well organized. Mark Dillon and his staff were very professional and friendly. I got my car's AC fixed within an hour and they told me everything they were doing and going to do. I was so impressed, I asked if I could bring My Pick-up over and see what they could do. It had a similar situation with The AC system. They said to bring it right over. So i took my car home and brought my truck up. Within 30 minutes the found a bad relay, and recharged the system. The only slight delay was waiting for the part to come from the parts store. So within 3 hours I had both vehicles AC systems checked and repaired; and didn't "lose my shirt" in the process. god where to begin with this? honestly some of this is on me for being dumb enough to come back…read more countless appointments where I've shown up at my scheduled time, only for them to wait until the last possible second to finish it. Have you ever waited in a Firestone for eight hours because I certainly have. countless times where I've come in for one problem, spent hundreds of dollars, only for the problem to not actually be fixed. I've even had no less than three appointments where I've been called and told they cant actually fufill my appointment. first time was reasonable enough at the day before, another was twenty minutes before, and one was FIVE. HOURS. after I had dropped off my car. not only that, I've had my struts, wheel bearing, sway bars, and exhaust system fixed here a little over a year ago. now, since I'm outside of the warranty coverage, suddenly every single one of those parts are broken and need replaced. it feels like every day I remember a new way this store absolutely screwed me over without ever once actually helping me. The most honest mechanic!…read more We moved away a few years ago so we don't know if this business is still there but if Ben is still running the business, go there! He is the most honest mechanic we have ever had and we miss not being able to go to him. We found Kent Auto Service when my clutch was acting up about 18 years ago. I called around and everyone said it would be $400. When I called Kent Auto Service he said it would be about $400 but maybe it could be adjusted and delay the replacement. Sure enough for about $60 I got more than a year before I had to come up with the $400. As a student at the time this was fantastic. For about 15 years after that we took our cars to to Kent Auto Service and Ben was always fair and honest. His parts may be higher than national chains but you get a great savings because he does not do needless work. If he sees an issue with your car and he feels it should be under warrantee he will tell you to take it to the dealer. If it is a minor issue with he car but would be a major cost to fix it he will explain ways to delay the cost. This is not the place to go if you have a complicated computer problem, but for normal mechanical issues we just think this is the best service shop.
